Lord of Armageddon Waynebrizzle you know what i call it i call it unhealthy A friend of mine told me once that if you don't drink soda for an entire year, you'll lose an accumulated total of fifteen pounds of weight. I can testify to that. You'd be surprised how small a change in your diet will just lose you tons (not literally) of weight.

All I did was eat a little less and drink water (though i kinda cheat by using crystal lite). I exercised some in the beginning, but I don't think it's really necessary if you just want to lose weight.

That's what I've started doing too, except I'll occasionally substitute water for Sobe Life Water, or some other generic low-carb, sugarless drink. EDIT: And much of my daily exercise includes me walking to class, biking, and walking/running about a mile or so down to the beach.

You know what does wonders for a diet? A biochemistry class. After having learned extensively about all the utter s**t that goes through my digestive system, I've been ridiculously good about watching what I eat.
