StormDawn dragn99 Vaettur It's not really that new, China has done it multiple times already. And the Moscow guy has already done it against rain. On parade days. Brian, instead of looking east or west, look up. Do you realize that a strong north wind will carry that s**t just, lets say, a couple hundred kilometers right to us very easily over the Arctic circle? Read the article Daniel. The stuff they put into it makes the clouds dump prematurely. As in, before they can even make it to Moscow, let alone across the north pole.

.... You're dumb, Dawn.  That's a map of the wind pattern of the world. Notice all of the wind blows south from the north pole, not up and over it.

What about animals in parts of Russia that depend on winter weather? or is it just the cities themselves? They're dumping the clouds outside the cities, so the animals will just have to deal with more snow I guess.
