I smacked myself in the forehead. WOW I'm retarded. "Oh, right..." I blushed from embarrassment, and started walking again. "SO where do you live?" I asked, changing the subject.

Kai busted up laughing at her response "Aww, come on, it couldn't have been that bad." He draped his arm around her shoulders again, leaned down and looked her in the face "Now could it have been that bad." He ignored her question for now.

I looked up at him with slightly rosey cheeks; my maroon eyes glistening in the sun's light. My lips were slightly agape as I stared up at him. The light reflected off him at a side angle, and his features glowed beautifully. The expression on his face said that he really did accept me, and...if I'm lucky enough...maybe more...
Something felt so right while his arm was around me and we were so close. I couldn't help but lean up to him and...
Beep! Beep! Beep! Something stoppd me dead in my tracks. A text message. DAMNIT! WHO THE HELL IS TEXTING ME?? ILL KILL THEM!!! I leaned back down, blushing red from embarrassment, and checked my phone...Jesse. Oh, lord have mercy on his soul. He'll need it next time I see him. It said "Hey, wanna hang?" I replied, "******** off!!" And turned off my phone before he could reply and put it back in my pocket. I looked up and gave a nervous laugh at Kai, "S-Sorry about that..."

Kai chuckled and shook his head slightly "Don't worry about it...."he tossed the rest of his ice cream cone into the trash can that stood about five feet away.He looked down a Aki, paused slightly, then lifting her chin slightly, he kissed her gently.

I looked down sadly at his words. I'm so retarded....how could he ever like me? Then I felt his firm warm hand on my chin, and my eyes wdiened in surprise, and my cone fell to the ground and splattered as his lips touched mine. OH. MY. GAWD. Not only was this my first kiss, but it was from KAI!!!!!!!! I was in too much shock to even move, my mind was hazy and my knees were shaking. Damnit, I couldn't kiss him back...

Kai smiled slightly and pulled away "Sorry..." He stuck his hands back into his pockets and looked at her "I shouldn't have done that." He gave her an apologetic look.His crimson eyes slowly turning into the color of burning embers.

My face was almost the color of his eyes, I could swear it. I shook my head vigurously and looked up at him, "N-no! Don't be...." I paused, swallowing half my nerves, "Don't be sorry. I never said..." I swallowed again, and this time it made my voice all breathy, "I n-never said I didn't like i-it..." Then I looks down shyly, unable to make eye contact. My body was tense with nerves and efar of hsi reaction. But, what did I have to fear? HE kissed ME. Does that mean...maybe....no.

I leaned into him as he lifted my chin and said those kind words to me. What the hell does he need permission for? I'd let him kiss me ANYTIME. My lids were relaxed and hlaf-closed, and my eyes glistened as they made contact with his. Oh, his smile was amazing...it's just so-...wait. Are those...fangs?! FANGS?! FANGS?!!?!?!?!?!?!?! HOLY s**t!! Now then, I only wish that's what went thorugh my mind at that moment, aside from disregarding it and leaning further into him, "You don't need permission..." I whispered, inches from his face, "I'll never dislike a kiss from you..."
Damn, I was so caught up in the moment I couldn't even realize he was a vampire. Stupid me. I'm sooo screwed.

I blushed and pulled back, feeling like an idiot. "O-oh yea! Yea, home...walking...yea..heh.." I started to walk, looking slightly tense. How could I forget the whole reason we were walking in the first place? WHAT THE HELL? I know what you're thinking, but I am NOT drooly fan girl. Just a....day-dreamy fan girl. Yea, that's it. SO I continued to walk next him, my hand behind my back, flopping with each step.

I didn't say much as we walked, I kept to myself, not wanting to embarrass myself further. When we reached a street light I looked over at him, "Shouldn't I be the one walking you home?" I giggled a bit, "I mean if we walk me home first, then how will you find your way to your house?"
