Why does the Shotgun feel it fails 10% of the time?!

I have the same problem with the Spaz sumtimes too... what i've come to notice is if there is somthin in the way no matter how minor it will not kill them no matter how close they are... like that stupid little railing on the stairs xd but most of the time this shotgun kicks a**!!!

that happened to my clan mate once, it was S&D hardcore and it was one on one and the guy shot his shotgun at him in his face but the bullets just flew right by him and the the bullets were so close to hitting him but my clan mate nded up killing the other guy which was REALLY funny lol

The SPAS-12 and AA-12 rarely let me down. Only shotty that really does for me though is the Striker. Amazing with Sleight of Hand, but that range and having to shoot twice to kill someone is a bit of a bother. =/

True about the striker but if your invading a room with a group of people in it, your gonna get some kills. Just gotta spray those bullets as fast as your finger can tap.

aiming sure works for me, i could see someone having problems if your hip firing.
I dont have a problem with the spaz, its the only thing i use.
I straight spaz out with that thing.

m1014 with extended mags is beast just not as beast as the aa12 extended mags (its just noobie in my opinion.) spas 12 is good but i like to spamz0r my shotty when i use it. just not aa 12 spam

Anybody else notice how in online the m1014 only has 4 bullets and in the campaign there's like 8 or 7? I guess that's how OP it is

I love akimbo Model 1887's. They keep me very entertained. The range for them is pretty good. If I am playing more tactically and less like a madman I use the SPAZ. It has a nice reliable 1 shot kill and in some cases two, at least for me.

well let me give you a story. I was playing on campaign(;O omg campaign) and i was in the favela lvl with rojas. I was low on ammo so i picked up a Fail. it had a shot-gun attachment and i thought WOOT ;D. I went up to go shoot the Ai and shot once...only to have the Ai stagger like i hit them with a pebble...WTF MAN WTF D:<

The shotgun attachment is deadly in hardcore, quick switch, best range and no damage drop off any other gametype though you may have to spam it a bit.
