Heh, my parents stayed up tp 1.00 pm AEST time to watch the Chinese New Year broadcast on CCTV. xd I had to sort of stay up to then as well as I couldn't sleep with all that racket plus the humidity.

YaY! Gosh, I've taken a long hiatus. Not my fault of course.

Yeah minielf, it's been so bloody humid this last week in Melbourne. and then you have the hazy fog thing, that might have come from the bushfires or something.

food, celebrations, and money!

hehe went to Chinatown today. It rocked. So did Richmond. I didn't get to goto Springvale or Box Hill.

I hate the past few days. Haven't gotten a decent night's sleep in ages. Either it's too hot, or like today, it's so humid I sweat even if I'm sitting down. sweatdrop
You went to Chinatown? How was it? Were there dancing dragons? xd

It was good. well we didn't stay for too long, but there were just stalls, dancing, food, and the lion dances and some dragon parade. biggrin

John So was there...he must've come from the opening of the Big Day Out or something xd God his speech was boring. As wasa Steve Bracks, Amanda Vanstone tried speaking mandarin, she has this big speech in it and it was...alright. sweatdrop

Grand total of today: $310. By the way, I heard from my friend that Goong Hey Faa Choi means "I wish you wealth and prosperity" and Goong Hee Seen Yen or something likes that means Happy New year, that's what I was taught too. Well I say both then!
