They're not going to come out with some law that little kids can't play, or have a mic. My 15 year old bro went to go buy assassin's creed last week and they wouldn't let him because he's not 17. I mean, that's as far as any of that is really gonna go, you know?

And like it's been said, it's a parenting thing... So in reality, we all need to mute em and get over it. Or just kick their whiny asses and show them what it's like to be a big kid.

That's how it is with my little sister. So then my bro and I take out WaW and play zombies with her, and she complains about not getting kills, gets downed all the time, then thinks it's MY fault when we only get to wave 6. It's not fun. And then we don't want to play with her, so WE are the bad guys and the ps3 gets taken away by the parentals.
