Please forgive me for randomness but I must share my love for potatoes and onion blossoms. I love them fried and baked and boiled. Potato chips. Potato salad, potato wedges, potato skins. HOw I love to nom them ^/////////^ ANd I love love love big fat white onions in everything. But my heart shall forever urst with joy from an onion blossom.

I enjoyed a lot my IMVU avatar customizing, but when it came to chat, then I quit IMVU too.

I still Love Second Life, but I have just been so busy with building the new house in RL that I haven't had time to build on SL. Once we get settled into the new house though I am sure I will go back to building in SL. xp

Awesome! I was feeling like an old fart here... I have met a couple others that are in their 30's or older, but I think we are a dying breed.

I tried SL but never really figured out how to work everything sweatdrop

I spend a lot of time playing Sims 3 though :3 , I like working my Sims up from the bottom without cheats and eventually building them a Huge elaborate house with a self earned fortune :3

Well, I pretty much just help people get set up in SL and let them go off and do their own thing, i dont "play" any games in there most people think im a huge b***h cause i pretty much stick to myself and my clan. The only time i go anywhere outside of the SIM we live in is when I am placing a home or furniture for a customer. Unless my friend donna is on she usually talks me into going to SL clubs with her.

I never really explored the SL community too much in depth so I cant really imagine what it is like, maybe a more freely customizable version of Gaia in 3D xD?

What gets me the most is that actual legitimate corporations and businesses actually set up virtual offices on SL o.o.

Yes, I have my own shop in SL. I sell furniture there then I also make custom shapes, homes, shops, furniture and sometimes clothing... I get paid for all of that. Usually i end up turning around and spending it on more stuff in SL or I end up spending it on the people I am closest to. One day donna, crystal, sharon and I spent almost 50,000 L just on clothes... then I turned around and bought some sculptie sets for another 5,000L ...

(Note: 5,000 L is $20.00 USD)

is there a way for you to actually convert that to real currency? I know there are some games out there that are actually based on a real world economy that let you do that but I didn't think SL was one of them.
