While your at it you should get him to have a major update on the ranking list, it looks like it hasn't been updated in months.

lol, Hero is working on that. I'm hoping that I get the title "Thunder of the Mist." Luo made me a mist 7, but I need to beat Hero's test to be a full fledged member

Actually you can be a Mist 7 at any rank, they just prefer to have the stronger ones.

I was trying to get in but I never finished the mission that Luo gave me.

Edit: The only thing I did was drive away Scrapps when he attacked as Kitsu. I was looking for a fight and then he left, crying
