T::
- SPECIE:: Trolls xxxxxCommon Desc: Trolls are usually equipped with a fairly close facial appearance and physical bone structure to humans, with exaggerated features: Long, hooked noses, extensive, furry ears, the occasional tail, and an immensely exaggerated muscle structure set them widely apart. Smaller than trolls, but bigger than an average human by at least a foot, in most cases. Often possess strength similar to an Undead creature of the same size. xxxxxNatural Ability: xxxxxxxxxx • Weapon Improv: Trolls aren't usually terribly intelligent, often only surpassing Orcs by small margins, in areas that depend on regionality. However, to a troll in trouble, anything, and everything, becomes a weapon applicable to the need. That cat? A weapon. The vial on the table? Knock his lights out with it? That chair? Break it over his head and beat him with the pieces!
Racial Disadvantage(?): Because of the lacking intelligence, Trolls don't often consider the way an action may affect another. This often leads to dirty fights... And not always in the terms of cheating. Many trolls believe that, if you can get the answers to the quiz without cheating, you're too smart for the breed. Because of this mentality, it is often hard to trust them during tests, and they'll often end up in detention for being caught cheating. (Any other trolls in the classroom will applaud caught cheaters as they're escorted out.)

R::
- Ratling:: xxxxxCommon Desc: A similar creature to werewolves, Ratlings, also called Ratpacks depending on where you're from, have a difinitively ratlike appearance. Often sporting a long tail and a pair of broad ears mounted on their heads, Ratlings have a phenomenal auditorial sense, and pick up languages fairly easily thanks to their ability to catch subtle nuances. Most Ratlings speak common and what they call 'Squeak Speak', aside from whatever they've picked up through schooling. (Squeak Speak is their variation on rat languages, and is a little more versatile, extending to the other rodents they share territories with, but not usually the rarer or more exotic ones.) The average Ratling lifespan is about 35-45 years, although that can be extended with plenty of socialization and a ready supply of Fear. xxxxxNatural Ability: xxxxxxxxxx • Dire Shape: The Ratling folds it's form to all fours and mutates it's bone structure, changing into a huge rat about the size of a St. Bernard dog. This form usually looks as though riddled with mange and bearing fleas. Unless a Ratling has Tourettes, they maintain full control over the shift. xxxxxxxxxx • The Masses: Called Swarmers, some Ratlings don't shape-shift normally. Born into a different shifting ability, they simply collapse into a swarm of rats. Specialized training can allow them to take the shape of other rodents they're familiar with, but rat is more often preferred. Each rat is unique in appearance and mentality, but they share similar goals. Kind of like playing Telephone, the goal can occasionally be confused or misconstrued as the Ratling breaks up. If a member of the hoard is captured, damaged, or slain before the full shape can be regained, the Ratling will sport a bruise, or be missing the chunk of flesh that rat was spawned from. Because of the danger involved in this, the 'Vital' rats usually have a different motive from the rest of the hoard, and quickly seek out hiding places while the hoard addresses any threats present.
