Amara couldn't belive what she saw Demios had done. She then looked at the guard and at the liar of a priestess as he said what he had to say. "Let's go Demios" she said as she grabbed his hand as they began to run. "What was that...I've never seen you do that" she said. "Luckily Lady Sakura left us some money...we have to start a new life" she said to him in a concerned tone. Little did she know they would escape...but their lives wouldn't get easy just yet....

Demios looked at Amara and nodded as he followed her "I..I don't know I was just so mad at her that I just..." His voice trailed off. "Lady Sakura...my grandmother once told me that magic isn't good or evil it's just it's users intent" He said. He frowned "I'm so confused...lets just get as far away as we can" He said. As they got far enough away he took one last look back to the village. Strangely it seemed a dark cloud had formed over the city and it began to rain. "May you rest in peace..." He said quietly. He then turned to Amara "Let's go" He said.

Amara looked at Demios as they continued to run, until they were in the wildnerness. They had traveled until it was night fall and it was about time to set up camp. "It seems like we'll be staying here for the night" she told Demios. It was near a brooke so the sound of rushing water could be heard.
As she constructed a fire she looked up at Demios and smiled. "I'm sorry about your grandmother" she told him honestly. "She truly was a great woman" she said to him. She hoped that Demios would be able to recover from this tragedy as she was able to recover from hers.

Demios had helped set up the camp and even built a small place for them to sleep. He then took a seat by the fire as Amara talked to him. He herd her mention his grandmother and frowned but said nothing at the moment he was emotionally numb. He was in shock from everything. He looked at the fire and frowned in it he could see the priestess and her dark glare. He closed his eyes and looked away and the flames died down slightly. "...my grandmother raised me since I was a small child...she told me I'd be great one day...I always knew she would die...I just didn't think it would be so soon" He said. He stood up and walked to the edge of the camp. "Where will we go that was our home we have nothing now" He said. He closed his eyes trying to hide the tears that were forming. "What will we do" He asked. He looked to the sky and saw the moon it was bright and full "My grandmother once told me that the two guiding lights the sun and the moon were symbols of the divine they were a gift to the people of earth so that we could be blessed in their light and bathed in their warmth" He said. He knew it probobly didn't mean anything to her "I've always thought the moon was the most peacefull thing in the sky" He said.

She listened to what Demios had to say. "You're grandmother was a wise woman" she said. "I see the great potential that you have" she told him. She was silent for a few more minutes as she thought about the things that he said.
"Yea my parents would always tell me about that..especially my mom...she had abilites too...she said that the Sun would be the source of my strength one day...but I always thought she was just saying something to make me feel special" she said. "Well we'll figure out something Demios...we're smart...and we'll get by day by day" she said to him.

Demios smiled for a moment from Amara's words "Yeah she always told me I'd be something...I just never understood what she meant" He said. He closed his eyes "Two beings born to the same sight one of day the other night, one who's mind is great and spirit divine the other of body who's soul could shine. One the day the heavens drew these two beings saw that earth was true. They gave their strength to gain a life and try to see what caused the strife. From the heavens their strength did grow two beings that made the heavens glow. From the fires and passion did one loves shine to make the heavens light sublime and from the second the stars would glow and bring the moon to and fro. This is the legend of the two beings who brought the shine born of heavens these beings divine" He said as he quoted an old legend he was told. He looked at Amara "It's hard to believe I can remember it all" He said.(Thanks should we time skip)

Amara was impressed by what she was hearing. It was a beautiful tale and the way Demios had been speaking made it even more beautiful. "That's a really beautiful tale" she told Demios and smiled. Looking up to the moon she sighed. "Well it's getting late Demios...I think we should get some kind of sleep" she told him.
A whole two months had passed since Lady Sakura had died. Amara and Demios had moved from town to town, helping those who needed help. They had gained a reputation, some even calling the saints for their services. Demios had been sleep in their boarding room, and Amara had went to go buy some equipment for their journey.
Amara had never came back. It seemed that the people who had accused them of such a horrible crime towards Lady Sakura, capturing Amara she was now shackled heavily, and was in the town's square being tried for dark magic. Little did she know this would be her last day of being normal...and death was her only way of experiencing it.

In those two months Demios had matured he had gained in both strength and power. He had learned how to use more offencive magic but tried to stick to healing purposes. In the two months since Lady Sakura's death Demios had tried to keep from thinking about her but one day every month he prayed to the spirits that she would be remembered.
However on the day of Amara's kidnapping the clouds grew dark. He had awoken late after a day of heavy magical healing only to find that she was gone. He spent most of his day searching for her only to find she had left with strange people. At first he wondered why she had left, but hoped for her return. That night when she didn't return he set out to look for her. Armed only with a sword and his powers. "Amara I don't know where you are but I will find you" He said. He waved his arm "Holy sight blessed from the forces of light show me where Amara hides tonight" He chanted. The spell was simple enough it was supposed to inform him of her general direction. He only hoped his magic was strong enough for what he had to face.

Amara had been sedated for a few hours. When she came to she looked around. She had a tremendous headache. Looking around she could see people cheering but she was still kind of out of it. She then came to as she discovered she was tied to a stake.
A man in black came with a torch. She began to freak out but couldn't use her abilites. He soon droped the torch as the fire began to rise. The burning of the straw around her feat and the flames climbing up her legs. The sensation was unbearable as she felt the sting of being burned alive.

Demios had managed to find where Amara was being held but the place brought him no comfort. "...why here...why now" He said to himself. He felt rage beginning to build and wanted to get Amara back no matter what the cost. "Wrath of the heavens show me your reign fall from the sky and show them my pain" He chanted darkly. Suddenly the sky grew dark and lightning stuck the outskirts of the village eliminating the guards. He quickly ran towards the town center but it was quite a distance "Amara!" He yelled. He hoped he could make it. "Burning darkness grow and spire bring them to shadow and release Hell's Fire!" He chanted sending large spirals of flame at anyone who got in his way. "Amara! Please be alright" He yelled. In the sky a dark figure could be seen it was a demon who wanted the villages magic and to do that it needed to eliminate all the owls of the village. "Wind fade into silence and prevent the rest of the wicked Diamond Shower!" He said. Suddenly large ice shards fell from the sky. Demios was growing vengeful and had yet to reach Amara.

Amara tried to break free but couldn't. Why wasn't her powers working? The fire was intense as it consumed her whole body. She had wanted nothing to do but help the people of this world...but it seemed they did not want her help. Suddenly the fire increased spreading outwards repeling everyone away from her body.
It was unknown to her but Amara had died and been revived. By a cosmic entity souly known as the Phoenix Force as it merged with her. She was able to break lose as the steak shattered into nothing. She looked back wondering how she was able to do that.

Demios had done his best to save Amara but when the fire consumed her he was sure she was a goner. He closed his eyes and clenched his fist "Amara!" He yelled. His voice seemed to echo through the whole town. He felt tears roll down his face. He knew that there was no redemption for this town. "You poor fools are beyond retribution and as such the cosmo's shall have justice" He said. Guards began to charge at him but he he held his hands out and they were halted. "Heavens light end this night forever more this town will be known no more" He chanted. As he chanted his stone glowed a vibrant blue that grew and consumed him. His voice becoming somewhat demonic "Stars fly and planets die this place shall follow their path now deal my wrath" He continued. With each word the blue spread over the city. "Divine Judgement!" He roared. Suddenly the blue turned black and imploded. The mixture of his powers and anger destroyed the city. After the spell he collapsed "Amara....please forgive me" He said as he saw her as he passed out. She was the only one safe from his spell even he was burned from it. His life force was very weak.

Amara looked towards Demios as she saw what had happened. She soon ran over towards him as she saw his body. She looked around at what he had done. He wasn't rational at the time. She just wanted her friend back.
Unknown to her she triggered an ability to gather life force from any point in time as it was gradually restoring him, as well as changing his actions of the past....restoring the town. She looked down at him and looked at the town. "Demios...wake up...wake up" she said to him in rushed tone.

Demios slowly opened his eyes and saw Amara he smiled "Amara....your alive" He said. He was glad to see she had survived although he wasn't sure how. He tried to stand but it was difficult "W..what are we going to do?" He asked. His body ached and his powers needed time to recharge. He closed his eyes for a moment trying to regain composure. "Whats going on?" He asked.

Amara looked around as she saw the damage being undone. "I really don't know..." she said brushing his face and smiling. "Thanks for wanting to avenge me...but your grandmother taught you better than that" she said. "Promise me you won't be like that again" she said smiling. Little did she know a demon was there preparing to kill as well.
