Most of it is paranoia, bias, and hatred towards things and people.
Negative emotions that I don't really want in there.
But they've been there so long, it's hard to get them out.
Despite what purple says about simply "changing yourself for the better" being "so easy" (I don't think she changes herself as easily as she thinks she does) >_>

Oh no. I don't really believe changing is all that 'easy' for most people. I think that most people who say they've changed so quickly ... are really only fooling themselves. I think it takes a lot of deep soul searching and time to really change your ways and your thinking process. ... There are a lot of things I've tried to change about the way I view things, but in the end I subconsciously end up thinking the same old things.

I never said it didn't take time and effort. But dude acts like it's impossible. So totally not. Maybe easier for some than others. But even if it takes years, if it's a positive change, isn't it worth it?
