Felicia continued to fly around until it was about time for her to meet up with Che again. She soon descended and shifted into her normal form. She slipped from the shadows and tiptoed following Che. About 5 minutes had passed when she snuck up on him touching his shoulders. "Boo" she said and laughed a little. "You should really be more alert..." she said. "And you wonder how I beat you to the punch all the time" she said with a serious tone. Standing beside him now she looked forward looking at the spot where the deal was supposed to take place

Che was shifting his deck back and forth when Felicia had arrived. His grin grew when she'd made herself known. He turned to her when she said boo and stopped making tessallations in the air with his cards. "Sorry to keep you waiting speedy. I'm glad you could make it, but I'm not glad you skipped that guy." Che turned his eyes up to a lone sniper that sat atop a rather tall building. If it weren't for the moon, not even he would've been able to spot him. "The punch? You're about to beat me to the bullet if you get to far into the light. Now, we can't move until we stop that b*****d up there. What do you, Ms. Queen of Theives, say we do?" The thrilled young man took to the back seat this time allowing Felicia to work her magic. Bad strategy or not, he was deeply interested in her methods simply because it had been a while since he'd seen one that wasn't his own.

Felicia looked at Che and smiled at him. "Thanks for the save" she said. "Hmmm well I would have interjected the one who had the money long before he got here honestly" she said. In her mind she thought she'd shift into one of them, scare them and take the money. She looked up towards where the sniper was and then looked at Che. "Maybe I can scale up the building and knock out the sniper, shoot around them, scare them and perhaps they'll shoot each other or you can go in for the kill yourself" she told him. "Well not kill them but steal the case while I fire the rounds." she said.

"Anytime. I'm sure you would've done the same for me." Che remarked in a condensending tone. There was still a severe lack of trust within him and until the money was his hand, it wouldn't more than likely remain that way. When she gave her idea, his smirk faded a bit and what trust he had for her shook.
~Put a sniper rifle in your hands while I, your competition takes what you want?~
"Okay." The thief reluctantly agreed. "The last thing we need to do is kill anyone so make sure you don't hit them." His eyes were on the sniper who still could not see them. Perfect. Time was of the essence now. In a building off to the far right was the silhouette of a large man engaging in sexual activity with rather small, but curvy woman. It was the owner of the business and possibly the daughter of the drug lord. He'd seen her before and clearly she was underage. Che's grin vanished into a disappointed scowl when he thought of the circumstances leading to that moment. "Eh...anyway Fel....hope you don't mind me calling you that...the quicker your scurry on up the wall to Mr. Point and Shoot up there, the quicker we can get our share of this here loot. Are you ready?"

Felicia had already disappeared but heard him shorten her name. Gosh that was ugly, she reminded herself mentally to tell him to call her Paine. She slipped amongst the shadows and soon appeared behind the sniper. "Sorry I have a new agreement" she said to the sniper who looked at her with a confused face, he was being betrayed. She took out a gun and shot him in the head. She got behind the sniper scope waited for the perfect time. The night wind blew her hair and felt like an invisble hand stroking her face. She began to let out fire towards the two men. Che would have to hurry.

"I can finally use my powers now that she's--" Che almost fumbled his cards onto the wet ground when he heard the loud firing of a weaker gun. Because here wasn't a ricochet off of the ground immediately he thought that she shot the person atop the building. After realizing this, he took off for the two men guarding the car. Two red cards shot into the gap between his index and middle fingers. He caught them, then crossed his arms over his face. He threw the two cards at such a force, the single bullet shot by each man was sliced asunder. "Felicia! Now!" In the back of his mind was a plan ready to activate should she shoot at him. Until then, he'd continue to combat the two armed men.

Felicia heard Che and looked through the sniper scope and looked at the two men. She then focused on the first man as she shot him in the leg and in his right arm making his gun fall. She then redirected to the second one. What was stopping her from shooting Che as well. She wouldn't kill him but maybe hurt him? She then directed it at the second man and shot him in the same arm and leg. As he fell, she looked up and took what the sniper had in his pockets. She scaled down the building and began to run towards Che.

Che managed to keep his cool during the second-long gun fight. Sniper rifles were always the most versatile weapons to him anyway. When Felicia dropped to the ground and ran toward him, he looked at her and his eyes twinkled weakly with approval. "Good show Paine. I hope you don't mind me calling you by your stage name now." said the young thief jokingly before coming to a halt before the car trunk. Another card sllithered into his hand. At the angle his back was to Felicia, she couldn't see his powers at work. "I have a key just for this...gimme a second please..." Che then pressed the card against the keyhole allowing the card to fill the grooves like a liquid. Once the hole was filled, the card solidified allowing Che to open the trunk.
Once the trunk door lifted, Che was shocked to find that nothing was there. "What in the hell?" His eyes wandered from the darkened bottom of the trunk to Felicia. "I think we're going to be up for a while if anything now..."

It took only a minute for Che to assess the entire situation. In the past, he'd accomplished higher speeds, but now that he had a temporary companion, he had to take that variable into account. "Alright then...I guess now we go up into that building and interrogate our friends." Another dejected sigh arose from Che as he turned to face the building. Before he could look up at the headquarters of his target, the car began to tick. From the sound of it, it was coming from the bottom of the car. That wasn't good.
"s**t." The ticking was soon accompanied by a shrill beeping which began to hasten. There was a bomb below the car that the neither of them took into account. Before either of them could leap backward, the car exploded into flames tossing shrapnel, glass and hot metal at them. Undoubtedly, at such close range they'd die. About two of Che's five decks sprayed from his sleeves and formed a half dome of Jokers, Kings, Queens and assorted numbers. They were saved, but Che's secret no longer was. He remained silent with his eyes closed and awaited persecution from his passenger.

Felica was in agreement with Che and looked towards the building when she heard a ticking noise, before she could react, the car had exploded. For some reason she didn't feel any pain. Was she dead? Did she go to heaven....or....she looked up to see the cards as she looked at Che. It seemed as if he was waiting for a scowling or something. She was shocked that feeling would not leave as she stared at him. "So you did that?" she asked him curiously.

Che retracted the cards that were still "alive" back into his sleeves and looked at the wreckage before him. "Yeah, I did." he answered reluctantly. The building that the two needed to enter was still there and so were the people they needed to see. Che looked at Felicia from over his shoulder and nodded to the apartments. "In my past life, I'm sure I was a very very good magician. I'm assuming from your reaction that you've seen something like this before? Either that, or you're just saving the word weird for later."

Felicia looked at Che and then at the building and began to walk. "Yea much later" she said with a sly grin. She didn't say anything as they walked there. She had a secret too but why would she expose the very thing that made her, her. She looked towards Che and spoke once more. "Why are we going inside again?" she asked. She just wanted to see where the rest of this night would take her. After tonight she might not ever see Che again, but at least she had one more person to be able to shift into after tonight.

Che approached the door slowly and grasped the knob the apartment building. As the door screeched on it's hinges giving way to the sign-in desk, a few of Che's cards slithered onto his face covering his eyes, nose, mouth and ears. The cards that took to his eyes slitted allowing him to see through them. The cards for his nose and mouth did likewise. "I hope you have a mask Paine." The thief turned bandit said seconds after the clerk confusedly gazed at him. "Oh, and to answer your question, we're here for money. The fat guy up there knew I was coming so he rigged the car. What he doesn't know is that I've lived through worst things." The frail old desk clerk ran past them. Che wasn't about to kill an elderly man on his deathbed. After his footsteps vanished into the night along with his cries for help, more of them could be heard storming down the stairs. "Yup. Well, here come the guns. If you have a mask, get it. Don't let them see your face...and don't get shot please."

Felicia looked at Che, was he really that sloppy? She ripped a piece of her clothing, masking the bottom half of her face as she prepared for a fight. The men soon came towards them as they moved forward releasing fire. Felicia began towards the walls evading bullets, as she ran across the wall she grabbed a vase as she through it at one of their heads, taking his gun she broke both of his arms and began to open fire.

Most of the fire was diverted to Felicia when she took off to the wall. Using the time he was given, he created to razor sharp whips for each arm and stationed them on the underside of his wrists. The base of this ranged weapons were cylindrical meaning he could hold them and swing them however he liked. He whipped them forward at two of the five men. The whips sliced the celing effortlessly before slicing the guns they held. When the time was right, Che made the tip of his left whip rather dense and less sharp. Using this, he shot it into the chest of the man on the left, then into the knee of the man to the right. Thanks to Felicia's questionable methods, they were now down to just two men now.
