 Reiya got out of the car and looked at he demon infront of him. The dark bone-like wings and horrid screach spoke for themselves. He ran at it, slashing at the beast with the edges of his nails, still holy enough to rend dark angel's flesh..

 ღ Ashlie Veronica Adams ღ Behind those walls that won't come down, I'm sure you had more things to say. ╔══════════════════════════╗ Ashlie's stomach churned at the sight of a human looking boy with pure black eyes, white hair, and white flesh. But the inhuman like features are what made the unease in her stomach really start to churn. The wings on the boy were purely made of black bone, covered with only a thin, transparent layer of skin, which was falling off in multiple places. Torn in others.
"Reiya!" Ashlie called out of pure fear for the boys life. What did he think he was doing? Was he seriously intending on killing the monstrosity that stood before him?

Reiya clenched his teeth at the girl then concentraited back on the demon infront of him. He kicked the beast in the chest savagely, opening up the cuts that he had made into its skin further. It began to slowly retreat, but Reiya grabbed it by the hair and pirced it straight through the heart with his nails. The demon fell onto the ground as dust instantly.

ღ Ashlie Veronica Adams ღ Behind those walls that won't come down, I'm sure you had more things to say. ╔══════════════════════════╗ Ashlie watched din horror as the creature vanished right before her eyes. She looked from the pile of dust, up to Reiya, and then back to the dust.
She turned back around in her seat and slid her sunglasses back onto the bridge of her nose and gripped the steering wheel with knuckles that were as white as snow. After a few moments to regain her thoughts, Ashlie slid out of her car and popped open the trunk and lifted up the door to the spare tire. Ashlie carefully pulled it out and then pulled out a jack stand an a ratchet. She walked over to the torn tire and slipped her nail underneath of the crease in the hubcap and pulled it off and started working on getting the bolts of after she had slid the jack stand into place. The poor girl was at a loss for words. She had no clue what had just happened. Let alone just who this Reiya kid was...

Reiya grabbed tire and car, lifting the car up with one hand and getting the new tire ready with the second one. He shook his head and looked at Ashlie, glad at this moment that no one else was around to see this, "No need for... Formalities anymore, is there?" He asked her softly, afraid that shemight freak out.

Ashlie shook her head in response to his question. "I'm just... A bit confused." she said. Her voice was strained and cracking. Deciding not to trust it anymore, Ashlie just shut up.

Reiya looked at her for a moment after the tire was finaly on. There were so many things he wanted to explain, but didnt say anything. He just ansewered with a "That's good." And got back into the car without another word, "Are you still driving?" He asked her, woundering if she would get in..

Ovan Maxwell Reiya was still breathing hard after the recent fight. He barely even noticed the mansion they were driving twords. The deamon was after one of them... He looked at the girl, woundering if she had anything that deamons would want.

"Here we are." she whispered, still lost in thought. Ashlie finally made her way out of the car and walked a little zombie-like towards the front door. Ashlie paused at the door that seemed to have open by itself and turned to face her car again where one of the maids was rushing towards the driver's seat so that she could take it to the garage. She stood there looking back at Reiya with eyes that screamed of confusion and fear.

ღ Ashlie Veronica Adams ღ Behind those walls that won't come down, I'm sure you had more things to say. ╔══════════════════════════╗ Ashlie walked in behind Reiya and nodded to the butler in thanks. "We'll be up in my room working on a biology project, Bertram." Ashlie said as the butler closed the door behind her.
"Of course mistress. Will the young man be staying for dinner?" Bertram asked, motioning towards Reiya.
"Yeah." she nodded before leading Reiya up the grand marble staircase that led to a strip of floor that was in a U-shape around the entrance hall. Ashlie took a right at the top of the staircase an walked all the way down that side of the U and flung open the double stained-glass doors that led into her room where bookshelves lined one wall, and a wall of glass looked out over the forest and onto the ocean with a kingsized bed across from the bookshelves. Ashlie set her bag and purse down on the computer desk that was to the left of the doors and walked over to the sofa that was to the right and sat down. "Have a seat." she said motioning towards the other end of the couch and the matching black love-seat.

Reiya walked to the seat, staring at her a minute before sitting next tto her. He took a deep breath, making sure he chose just the right words before he spoke, "Im not like you... Ive been on this earth for well over a thousand years. Im an angel, or whatever you call something that was once an angel and has chosen not to become a demon..." He said to her, waiting for her responce.

Reiya looked at her solumly, "Yes..." He muttered softly, "I gave way into temptation... Once was enough. At one point, I could have redeemed myself for these sins... But I didnt care." He looked away from her, "Let it be a testimate for those who dare walk away from the rightious path.".
