He looked at megumi, long and hard, with a saddend expression.
He looked at his own hand, and the electicty that he willed to course through his hands.
He looked at it, the stuff he's destroyed with this physical magic.
"I can use this electricty like a weapon, a true tool of mass destruction..." he started.
"I can't help but wonder, is there something i can do?" he asked her
"So much death in the world, like megumi's family, she's just an innocent girl, i doubt she's ever hurt anybody, yet that's the kind of people who are just devastated by this kinda thing." he sighed.
"I just... i just wonder if these powers can be used to change something, to affect the way things happen." he sighed
He looked back up at megumi, a girl traumatized to the point where she can't speak.
"The worse thing happen to the best people, i just wish i could change that..." he sighed, laying against the door and slowly sliding down
"What's the point of having such a magic if all i can do is grind telephone wires?" he asked, more to midair then to Tielle.

 Tielle sat next to him, taking his hand gently, feeling a slight shock at first, but never let go. She looked at him, a face completely different than the shy girl that hid behind her image. "Bad things happen, and there usually isn't much we can do about it. I mean, Megumi doesn't talk much, but she's learned to speak through music, and has begun to open, slowly, but i've heard good things about her through her teachers. I keep in touch with most of them, as they were my teachers when i was in the Elementary district. But, she's rebuilding herself slowly. And you know what? Life's not about waiting for a storm to pass," She said, as an aura stormcloud appeared, with rain, lightning, the whole thing. "It's about learning to dance in the rain." She smiled as three figures moved througout the little thing. "Cliche, i know..." She blushed and made it vanish.

He looked as the three figures danced, and how they seemed to be without a care.
He longed for that, for someway he could look at life in such a positive way.
It wasn't until then that he realised Tielle had slipped her hand into his, and he felt comforted.
He looked at the image until it slowly dispersed.
"Cliche?" he asked, almost laughing
"I couldn't have put it any better myself" he said, smiling.
"Dancing, through rain..." he said repating to himself.
"Thanks, i'll keep that in mind" he said.
He didn't want the moment between the two of them to end, so he sat there, without words to say.

Tielle smiled and leaned her forehead against his shoulder. A song began to form in her mind. She hummed a bewitchingly beautiful melody as they sat there.

Ragna smiled and leaned his head against hers.
Suddenly a thought came to mind
"It's hard to image that it's not even noon yet, eh?" he asked her.

Ragna looked off to the dark hallway, with a misty glare.
"Think about it, this morning we didn't even know each other" he started.
"Now here we are, just the two of us." he said, looking at her, with a soft but serious look.
"i can't help but wonder if it's for a purpose" he said, spouting off one of his it's all connected conspiracys
"I dunno, i'm just getting this chill in my spine..." he said, kind of out of the blue
"As if something very bad is about to happen, but we can't know what" he said finnaly.
He looked at her, kinda embarassed.
"Sorry, it's my own personal sickness to wonder if something is wrong with the world" he said, half laughing at the irony of that statement.

Tielle looked around, feeling a chill run down her own spine one day. "That.... that scent." She whispered, a sickly sweet smell wafting from further down the darkened hallway. She poked her head into Megumi's practice room. "Meg... I'm going to have to ask you to leave the building right now. Here. Take this disc and it'll ride you down to the lawn where you can get back to the Elementary." She said, keeping the calm in her voice. She waited until she had directed the disc all the way down to the lawn before going back toward Ragna. "Okay... I think i can feel what you're feeling too.... That sickly sweet smell... I've smelled that before.... It's not good." She said quietly, furtively glancing around.

Ragna climbed to his feet.
"I thought i was being paranoid" he said, looking around
"What is it?" he asked, he wanted to know as much as he could before he hopelessly went frying something
He watched her pace back and forth, then stick her head in and warn megumi, who seemed in a bigger hurry to leave then she let on.
Then he watched her eyes waft back and forth in a paniced manor.
He quickly grabbed her hand comfortably.
"Listen me, we are gonna be fine, you have to tell me what it is we're dealing with here." he said
His voice was calming, even the circumstances seemd less threatening at the moment.

Tielle gazed slowly down the hall, barely moving as she cast a sword from her bright cyan aura. "Vyes. They've a nasty habit of lurking in the darkness.... An alert sends out to all the teachers when they find a way to breach our campus..... Cooper should be here any minute, but i ain't waitng for him. He's the school's combat/survival teacher, and our ahem, vye exterminator. A friend of mine and my older brother's." She growled, advancing slowly toward the sickly sweet scent. "They're tall and brutish, lanky, black wolf-like beings. Known for killing with a bite to the neck, then feasting upon your flesh. I've encountered them only once, and that was the summer i returned home to my family." She said in a low voice, holding out her hand to suck the light from one of the practice rooms, only to show up as a floating orb behind them. Enough to light the way in front of them, but not to blind them from being acclimated to the shining sphere. She pulled out a picture from her back pocket to reveal a vye perched upon a rock, snarling.

Ragna looked down the wallway
After listening to Tielle, he tighted his grip on her hand
"Let me do it" he said, looking at her intesly
"From what you've described, they seem to lunge from the shadows, trying to kill or wound their target" he said, making rash but educated assumptions.
"If i'm right about that, to keep our distace, or to parry them seem like our best bet, and since distance wont do us much good here." he paused listening.
but sooned resumed, "Then close up battle is our only chance, and it doesn't take much fr electricity to kill." he said.
Then he leaned his head down mysteriously, "believe me i know"
He put his hand on the hand that held the blade and lowerd it.
"If he does get the jump on me, run and get away from here, believe all you'll do is get yourself killed in this situation" he sighed

((okay, i edited this post from when i did it the first time so you might wanna give it another read. sorry, i was typing it from my droid earlier and a few things it tried to guess for me XD )) Tielle smirked and raised her weapon again."I may look quiet and helpless, but I've held my own against these beasts, friend. Cooper hasn't spent the last five years teaching me combat skills to use against these guys for naught. Since my father's death by these brutes' paws' I've sworn to enter Solas's alumni fighting force; the Knight Corp. I'll protect any and all who I care about to make sure no harm comes to them. " she said, tightening her grip on the swords handle. "Oh, and another thing, they travel in at least groups of two, so I'm helping whether you like it or not." She growled, glancing around. The skils Cooper had taught her were beginning to surface in her brain as they travelled further down the hall. Her now hightened sense of hearing picked up every little thing, from her own footsteps to hearing their claws tap the ground about ten yards away.

He chuckled a bit.
"Fine, but promise me if things start to look bad, you'll get out of there?" he asked of her.
"It wont help anybody if you die here, so get out as quickly as possible if things start to look bad." He said.
ragna sent another surge to his hands, much more powerful this time.
Before when Tielle had grabbed his hand, she had felt only a small shock.
If she were to do that now, it would fry her worse then an electric chair exacution.
"And that's a very noble dream you have" he told her, smiling just a little bit.
"I wanna help people too, i just havent figured out how i can without the responsiblity of being a liability.
The more they proceeded down the hall, the more he heard a growling sound, faint, but there nonetheless.
"Game on" he said, sighing

Tielle nodded and smiled grimly. "It's showtime." She smirked and suddenly leapt into the dark, swallowed by it. There was a scrabbling as she and the vye wrassled eachother to the ground, and it snarled and growled and barked. But all the while, you heard not a sound from Tielle.
Until all you heard was a metallic shing then a sickening thud.
Tielle had done her deed so quietly, so exact, that it seemed as though the vye was executed, not brutally murdered. wiping the bloody aura sword on the beheaded beast's body, she looked around to see if she could see or hear Ragna, but not daring to call out his name.

He Slowly returned to his normal breathing rate.
Jesus!, she almost gave me a heart attack he thought to himself.
He looked around, his was almost completly blind without electricty in the buidling in the first place.
Since Tielle had dropped her sphere, he was completly blind, and he releyed on his hearing and smell.
He could here the thing was close, but smell was to strong to depict a cerntain location.
Finnaly he located it.
But just as he did it pounced, and he grabbed it right below where he heard he snarl.
He felt a lump, so he poured on the voltage, the growl went from a cry, then just to silence.
A small scent of charcoal remained.
"I think thats all of them," he whisperd, dared to not go louder.
"Should i turn the lights on?" he asked, still whispering
