 Alexis nodded slightly. "Number's in my cell phone, right pocket in the vest," he said softly. "The name's... Eric Namronth," he said as he let his eyes slide closed as his keen hearing picked up the distant sounds of sirens; he could tell the difference between police sirens and EMS sirens easily, though he wasn't quite sure how.(Try rearranging the letters of the last name for a certain blond from 'True Blood'. razz )

Adriana Valentina "If you do a crime....
Then you have to suffer the consequences."  Adriana went to his vest to the right pocket to get his cell phone. She went to the number in his phone to tell his director that he couldn't come in today to do his video. She was only thinking of his safety rather than anything else. Once the director answer she told him about the reason why Eric couldn't come in before hanging up to give his phone back. She waited for the Ambulance to come so he could get proper care.

Alexis tilted his head as he saw the ambulance half a block down. He couldn't explain what he felt a moment later, but he darted at Adriana suddenly as he heard a screech an instant before he heard an earsplitting crash. His head whipped to his right as he saw a car rolling from the rear quarterpanel of one end to the front wheel of the opposite side on the front end and back, headed straight at them. His foot flicked out, not realizing it before he'd accidentally knocked Adriana's feet out from under her as he dropped, twisting so he landed on the asphalt first. To his utter shock, the car clipped one of the parked cars and slammed hard onto the roof as glass sprayed out, only a couple of yards from them. "That's the reason you aren't supposed to speed, but from what I can tell... it was whoever hit him that was speeding, at least partially," he said quietly. He saw the ambulance speed up and turn into the parking lot they were in, though he saw the passenger talking into the radio, calling for backup, he suspected. "I don't know if it's a good thing or bad thing that it didn't keep tumbling... good because nobody else really got hurt and the only damage is to whoever caused the wreck and who's involved... ah... hell, I ain't even gonna bother," he muttered, feeling suddenly like he was putting his foot in his mouth up to the ankle as he stared into the woman's green eyes.

Then you have to suffer the consequences." Adriana was going to head back to home once he was in the ambulance so she knew he would get better. Once she heard the screeching sound see a crash and then the car rolling. However somehow she had lost her balance to fall towards the ground to only land on top of Eric. She had hoped the glass and anything else wouldn't hit them on the ground. However, she thought she would hit the ground harder instead of the softer one. When she looked she saw she was lying on top of Eric making her blush from the closeness to move off. She listened to him tell her about car wrecks causing her to look at him. "Its better it did tumble more or else it would have caused more deaths if there is any. Hopefully there isn't any deaths from that crash," she said to him. She tried to make the blushing on her cheeks go away so she wouldn't bother Eric anymore.

Alexis sighed. "I'm Alexis, by the way... Alexis Jameson," he said quietly as he sat up, absently helping her as he glanced at the car to see the driver moving. Too bad... he didn't die, a mutter seemed to float through his mind; he didn't realize he had a split personality at all or that his 'darker' side was quite sadistic and homicidal. "Thank God he isn't dead," he muttered as he stood shakily before he sat down hard, disoriented suddenly.

Then you have to suffer the consequences." Adriana looked at him when he told her his name. "Nice to meet you. I'm Adriana Valentina," she said in reply. She looked at the cars to one of the drivers still alive hoping that there wasn't a driver in the other car or if he was that she wasn't dead. Death was seen frequently in car crashes she had to deal with earlier in her career but seeing all the blood and dismemberment made her pass it off to a new comer. "You shouldn't move," she said to him. She didn't want him to do more that would harm himself a lot more than he should.

Alexis nodded. "I'm pretty sure the car that got clipped was empty, otherwise I'm pretty sure we'd be hearing them, though..." he said when he heard the sharp sound of screeching brakes and a odd thump. "That, I think, is the one who hit him," he said idly, seemingly idle and unconcerned when he was far more concerned than he appeared.

Then you have to suffer the consequences." Adriana looked at the car and frowned at the guy that had done so much damage. "Well he'll probably be paying a lot for the damages," she said to him. She wished that people like that driver would learn about the dangers of the road and not be so dangerous on the road.

Alexis chuckled. "Along with hospital bills for himself and the woman in the car... repair bills for the cars involved... I'd hate to be him, but then... I have more than a little money,' he said softly. He wasn't going to tell her he planned on paying for the forementioned bills, though when it came to legal problems, the guy wasn't going to get help from him.

Then you have to suffer the consequences." Adriana nodded agreeing with what he was telling her. From what it sounded like he wanted to help pay for the damages. She hoped Alexis wouldn't go as far to pay for it when it wasn't his fault to begin with.

Alexis winced slightly as the police car screeched in, sirens wailing. Fortunately the longer he kept his eyes closed, the more the pain faded away. He had closed his eyes when the apparent driver of the hit-and-run had been hit by whatever vehicle, though he knew the assistance wasn't for that, but for the junkie who had pulled the gun on them. "It's pretty clear you're a police officer... day off, right?" he said wryly, opening one eye to look at her. He absently noted the EMS workers getting the injured driver out of the car; she didn't look too badly hurt, but shaken up worse than a martini made for James Bond.

Then you have to suffer the consequences." Adriana head the police car coming which made her happy that the druggie would be arrested for threatening her. She didn't want to make it that obvious but he knew so it wouldn't be any good lying about it. "Yes. Well it was until he pulled a gun on us," she said to him. She had only wanted to get her groceries and go home but now since she called she had to stayed there to be questioned. Well this was such a nice day off, she thought sarcastically in her mind.

Alexis chuckled. "Don't be... it made what would have been a somewhat boring day more interesting," he said thoughtfully. He shifted as he heard the tune for "You're Always On My Mind" playing. He pulled out his cell phone and flicked it open. "What's up, Kyle?" he said idly. He knew his eyes widened slightly at the news he heard from his agent. "Damn... that fast, eh? That makes things interesting; we'll talk in a couple of days after the video's done," he said, knowing his voice held surprise and humor.
