Vilmos carefully read over the requirements of the technique and pondered to himself. ‘Make one’s entire body turn to water.’ The idea proved to be excellent for stealth type assignments or assassination type methods. He thought about what his goal was and began forming the handseals for the technique.

Sora read the first scroll of techniques she was going to learn. She knew that she would need some practice dummies that could fight back, otherwise her training would be for naught. She walked to the nearest source of water, and formed the seals before touching the water. From it arose an exact clone of her. “Cool!” She exclaimed, as she commenced on poking the clone’s face.

Mizu Bunshin no jutsu learned

After focusing his chakra for several minutes, he couldn’t understand why his body was turning into water. “I’m doing everything that it has asked of me so far. Why is it not working?” He pondered aloud and went back to studying the scroll. “The answer has to be here somewhere.”

Reading up on the next jutsu, Sora figured it would have been better if she learned this technique first. As she formed the handseals, she began to draw water out of the air. After a few moments, she began to form a clone from said moisture. Once the clone was formed, she touched the clone, freezing it, and then thawing it back into steam, evaporating the clone. “Cooooool!” She exclaimed once more.

Minutes later, he found out what the problem was. ‘The user has to be standing on water for it to work. For beginners, it is merely a concealment technique, and it isn’t until the higher ranks that one can become their own puddle of water.’ This made sense to him, knowing that his chakra control wasn’t what it would be at a higher rank. With this new knowledge, he went over to a bucket of water that was in the dojo, and stood in it. Preforming the handseals once more, he began to melt into the water, his form lost. The bucket just had more water in it.

Mizutamari no jutsu learned

Reading over the secrets of her bloodline, Sora figured it be best to start with this technique first. The tattoo shield is a technique where the user forms a strong defense around them. She began to focus chakra to the tattoos that covered her body, forcing the ink to the surface.

Sora’s body hurt a little bit at the strain it was taking to push the tattoos off of her skin. She wondered how this technique was really effective though. She couldn’t move or see once she was inside and it was a little painful to perform. She thought the latter was just because it was her first time doing it. Though, maybe she could incorporate the technique into new moves, like gauntlet sized shields.

After a little bit more effort, the shield finally formed around her. Her skin now bare, all she could see was pitch black within the confines of the dome. Felling slightly naked, she retracted the tattoos back to her skin, which formed intricate designs beneath her clothes. “I’ll need to get fighting clothes, so that my tattoos are actually effective.” She said aloud, moving onto her next jutsu.

Vilmos quickly moved onto his medical training, knowing that it would be what he used in the years to come. He dispensed the Mizutamari no jutsu and became a solid being once more. Unrolling the medical scroll, he examined the next jutsu on the list to learn. It was a simple bandage skill where one uses any item they can grab to make the victim stop bleeding. He began grabbing items that he could use for his technique.

In order to insure this technique truly works, Vilmos would need to injure himself. Figuring a simple cut along the upper thigh would be alright, he readied his kunai, and sliced a narrow but long gash along his leg. It didn’t hurt as much as it would hurt most, and little blood came out. Already having a scroll ready in one hand, he was ready to perform the technique.

Placing the scroll on his wound, he focused his chakra into it. The blood soaked into the scroll a little, leaving a red blotch across it. He was thankful that it was a blank scroll, otherwise vital information might have been lost. After a few moments, the blood stopped surfacing, and Vilmos removed the scroll to see his gleaming red scar along his thigh.

Gantai no jutsu learned

Sora approached the dummy used for training in Taijutsu and read over the scroll of Daidoumyaku. Nodding to herself, she began to strike the dummy multiple times. Each palm heel strike resulted in a small dot showing up on the dummy. She had stricken it fifty times with each hand in order to get the feel for a proper strike down. Once her one hundred strikes were done, she began to kick the dummy. Her kicks didn’t reach very high at first, only about thigh level. However, as she continued, her kicks crept higher and higher until they were about rib level, which was what she was aiming for at this point. Once she got it to this height, she kicked the dummy fifty times with each leg to make sure that the kick was placed in the right spot every time. After this, the dummy’s arm began to move, and came up with a slow arc to Sora’s head. Noticing it, she put her hand up to strike at it, and deflects it away. The dummy punched with each hand fifty times, before Sora got tired of this stage and focused some sound chakra into her hand. Striking the dummy in the stomach, it’s eyes began to glow green, showing that she was done with learning the stage.

Stage 1 Daidoumyaku

Reading over the next medical jutsu, Vilmos pondered about the dummies that were in the room. Knowing that he couldn’t use the technique on himself, and not wanting to hurt one of his teammates, he wondered if the dummy would be a suitable candidate for the technique. Deciding that it would be easier to do it in this manner, he approached the dummy and began to form some handseals.

After reading what she had to do for the next stage, Sora threw down the scroll and began striking the dummy in the stomach and chest area. She began using sound chakra to make her attacks more painful and continued hitting the dummy. After fifty hits from each hand, she understood what this style was about. Immediately after, she began kicking the dummy with more fluidity than before. Because of this, the kicks connected quicker and harder, especially once she added some sound chakra to the blows. Fifty strikes with each leg made it so she truly got what was expected. Then the hand of the dummy came up to strike her. Noticing it, she ducked under the arm and hit the dummy in the ribs. She did this fifty more times on either side before moving on to the stages technique. Swiping in front of the dummy face with a fist, forcing sound chakra into the dummy’s ears. This in turn made the dummy’s eyes glows green, showing she had finished the stage.

Stage 2 Daidoumyaku

After focusing his chakra and forming the handseals, he placed his hand on the dummy that was used for medical practice. Locating where the lungs were normally placed, he began to use his chakra to massage the inside of the dummy. Upon doing this, the dummy’s eyes began to glow green, signifying he had completed the technique.

The next jutsu is one that he should have learned earlier. It would have created less of a mess during his bandage practice. Sighing slightly at not reading ahead, he began to prepare for the technique. He grabbed a kunai, and made a quick slash along the gut of the dummy, which surprisingly imitated bleeding, which caught Vilmos off guard.

Vilmos immediately went to work on fixing the dummy. He formed the seals needed and placed his hand on the wound of the dummy. After several moments, the blood-like substance stopped flowing and the eyes of the dummy glowed green. “Whew, there’s another technique done.” He spoke to himself, picking up the scroll containing medical jutsu once more to examine what he would need to learn next.
