Zatoshi wasn't affected by the distraction and instead dropped down onto the surface of the water and then used the wind to pick up the water and form a strong typhoon, that instantly became cover for him, the genjutsu failed to work on him.(Fusion 4/10 Posts)

XXXXX At the slightest noise that the paper clone made, Armand turned, producing the Omoikiri from his belt. In a heartbeat, he counter-attacked the clone, smashing the wooden blade into its midsection at the extremely close range it was at. He pulled his body to the left to narrowly avoid the paper katana. Upon hearing the rushing of a quickly approaching and violent wind, Armand turned the dragon upside down, and detached his feet from its back. He started to free fall towards the lake. The dragon flew forward as fast as it could, toward Zatoshi, until the winds cut in half. With the momentum of the two giant clay pieces carried, they soared at Zatoshi. As soon as Armand struck the waters surface and started to sink, he made a single handseal. "Katsu!" The two halves of the dragon would marvelously explode. The explosion would be very large indeed, and the shockwave would be felt for miles. The statues would take a large amount of damage, possibly crumbling. Should Zatoshi be swept up in this explosion, it would not end well for him.

XXXXX Armand nonchalantly pulled a kunai of his own. When the kunai hit the surface of the water to get to Armand, their speed decreased greatly, allowing him to gently deflect them with ease. He emerged from the water, quickly using his chakra to stand on the surface. He looked straight at Zatoshi, grinning. He quickly made seals, intricate seals. Whatever Armand was planning, it appeared to be an end-all jutsu. He had seen Zatoshi's injury, and he wanted to be able to hit him as hard as he could. Alongside him, a lightning clone emerged, ready to take any blows so Armand could finish his seals. Next, Armand turned to the seals of the actual jutsu, doing them slowly and deliberately, careful not to make mistakes. While it seemed that he was trying to do something powerful, it was just another genjutsu. "Atama Kusari No Jutsu (Chained Mind Technique)" Being a genjutsu specialist, this illusion would have the strength of a jounin level genjutsu. It would be extremely hard to break out of. Should it succeed, it would bind Zatoshi and Armand in place. This was meant to give him enough time to think about his next move without fear of an attack.

XXXXX Armand let go of the wooden blade, not moving. He soon realized that he was in a giant paper ball. While he wasn't sure whether or not it was to trap them or kill them, he didn't want to stay in such confined quarters. His eyes barely adjusted to the darkness, and he saw the faint seals of explosives tags on the paper. He had, at once, thought of an endgame. What Zatoshi had forgotten, was the lightning clone he had created and left outside. With barely any seals, he quietly spoke. "Substitution." In a flash, he was replaced in a puff of smoke. It looked the same as Armand, but it was the clone he had left outside. It made no emotion, or showed any sort of facial expression. The clone then took its hand, and slammed it into the paper tags, initiating the explosion.
