I would get a tattoo. That may sound strange, but I have an irrational phobia of needles, and it would not only give me something that has a special meaning when I have nothing else, and it would be a final act of overcoming my greatest fear. It would either be a butterfly, Called the Queen Alexandra Birdwing, which is endangered and lives in a very small habitat that is the largest butterfly in the world, and the males are really pretty. Butterflys have a special meaning to me, though I can't say why, and my name is Alexandra. It might also be the name GRACIE, one of my mother figures(I have a real, normal, biologic mother, but Gracie is the one who really raised me, who I looked up to more) who recently passed away (CANCER SUCKS!). The only other thing I could possibly imagine permanently engraving in my skin is the quotation "Morning is when I am awake, and there is Dawn within me." By Henry David Thoreau. They all have meaning to me, I might even get all three. I'm not sure why I wrote so much, but to anybody who is reading, thanks for caring enough to read all the way through. I appreciate your thoughts, and I truly hope someone will return the favor to you.
