Hell nah Frank Welker is the best voice actor ever.

He's not bad. I can name a handful better though.
Namely, Mark Hamill, Charlie Adler, and Jim Cummings.
Of course that's not a fair contest...

However, you now realize that Welker plays Megatron and Blum plays Starscream in TF razz rime.
And oh my god...both roles are delivered better than anything I have ever heard. I implore you, watch some Prime. We're almost at the end of season 2.

Holy hell, nevermind what I was thinking. If they can show Deadman Wonderland, they'll have no problem at all showing Baccano.
