[FIN] Grand Escape!

Luckily for the guy, what she wrote wasn't intended for this guy at all. Rather than correct him, she instead asked, "Then what the hell's going on? Is he in trouble or not?"

The man's face twitched slightly at that question, a clear look of annoyance on his features. Not at the girls, but something else.

"That depends..." he said.

"I would just like to talk with him."  

[League Trainer Rosie]

Well, at this point keeping secrets wasn't going to help them much, and if he did want to talk to yuri, then maybe this whole mess could be sorted out, and they could go home without having o keep dodging the authorities.

"... Okay." Rosie glanced over at Sera, tilting her head and giving her an apologetic look "It'll be okay." She told her, and started walking back the way they had come, glancing down at her Poke Ger a couple of times to get the idea in her head, before placing it with her pokeballs.

Sera flung her hands up in defeat before she followed Rosie wordlessly.


Back at the inn, Giselle phased in through the wall and pushed a piece of paper at them with an urgent, "Mismagius!" Whichever of them took it would find it said a blonde guard had approached them and that one of them had blurted out everything, and consequently they were unsure what would happen or what to do.

Seeing a ghost phase through his wall was a bit surprising, but Yuri took it in stride as he was handed a note. "Uh.. thanks?" He then read it over, sighed, and tossed it aside.

"Man... guess I have to face him sooner or later."

Granted, Yuri was kinda hoping to avoid that.

"Hey Luke, you ready to go?"

Whether it was off the island or back home, the red head would be going somewhere at the very least.

This whole waiting business was kind of anxiety-inducing, and the sudden question startled him mildly. Luke stood and checked the items on his person, "Um, I guess so, but what about Rosie and Sera?" He'd been under the impression that they were waiting for them to get back, and Giselle's abrupt appearance was more than a little worrying.

Once they had gotten to the place where the crowds were much thinned, and they had more open streets to walk in, a pokeball was pulled from her outfit, calling out Celestia again, Who greeted her trainer with a warm look, though blinked in surprise at the man on top the other Rapidash.
Giving the girls curious look Rosie quietly explained as she hopped on her back. This would help the trip go a little faster, as the bright Rapidash pranced elegantly thought the streets toward yuri's home.

"Do you know Yuri?" Rosie asked, glancing over at the man on the Rapidash, recalling the way he had spoken, and had asked if he was home.

When Rosie called out Celestia, Sera called out Luna and climbed up onto her back to better keep up with her friend, although she remained silent for the time being. She was not at all happy about this, and had more than a few misgivings about leading this guard guy right to Luke and Yuri.

"I think they'll be here any time now," Yuri said in response to Luke's question. "Call it a hunch."

And with that, he picked up his sword and the bag he had packed, slinging it over his shoulder. Repede rose to his paws as well.

Once Luke had left the room and everything was in order, Yuri locked the door to his room and sighed. It would probably be a while before he could come back here again.

"Yes, I do," Flynn said to Rosie with a smile. However, the officer didn't elaborate on that at the moment. His mind more focused on what he was going to say to Yuri once he saw them.

He wouldn't have to wait long though as they came trotting up to the front of the inn where they had all stayed the night before.

That… didn't really assuage any concerns, but okay. Luke followed Yuri's lead for now, not that there was much else he could do in this kind of situation.

"Oh" She seemed to perk up a little at that, wondering how he might know Yuri already, but he didn't go much into how he knew him. Rosie didn't as any further since they were already pretty much at the inn.
"Stop here Celestia" Rosie said, then slid off of the Rapidash once she obeyed.

When Celestia stopped, Luna did as well, and Sera dismounted before recalling the Rapidash. She really hoped this was a good idea, because she certainly didn't think it was.

Dismounting from the rapidash, Flynn walked towards the stairs but stood just out of sight as Yuri and Luke started to come down.

The blonde man pulling out the sword at his side and suddenly swinging it to where the blade came crashing into the corner of the building at head level.

"Whoa!" Yuri shouted, having ducked just in time to keep his head from getting lobbed off.

The man in uniform then started swinging wildly at the dark haired one, the former jumping back and evading each slash of the sword. "Yuri! I'm glad to see you've been busy and making friends outside of Grande Ile!"

"Then how about being a little more glad and stop swinging that thing at me!" he said back, putting up his own sheathed sword to block another blow.

Repede, apparently okay with this, just sat and watched.

Luke had absolutely no idea what was going on, but he did have a thorough recognition of the fact that there was a person, a stranger, suddenly in the immediate area swinging a weapon at his friend. A last-minute sense of self-preservation - and the knowledge that, unarmed, there really wasn't anything that he could do - prevented him from entering the fray, but the immediate horror sprang to his features nonetheless, and frantic words came from somewhere within him, "What are you doing?! Stop!" The instant and debilitating, if not entirely well-founded, fear was that another friend would die, another important person suddenly torn unceremoniously out of his life.

(Yeah, he was probably overreacting.)

Rosie was about to ask that he wait out here while she goes in to tell Yuri, when the man walked over himself.
She started to follow when the door opened, Yuri and Luke stepping out.

The next thing she knew, the man they had led there had his sword drawn, and he was swinging it at Yuri, who was ducking out of the way.
Rosie let out a sharp gasp. "Wait!" Yuri was able to keeping out of the way, and had Rosie known more about sword fighting she might have known that the military man was trying not to hurt Yuri at all.

"Vahy'n! Stop him!"
the Luxury ball was thrown out in Rosie's reaction, the Vaporeon leap forward holding her head high and letting out a massive jet of water blasted forward, intending to split between the two men, or hit the soldier if he moved forward at all.
