There was no school for Dust so he slept in, Dust would sleep for almost the whole day or up to noon

MIki woke up the next morning around 11 am. She was really tired from last night and slept in as well. SHe went into Dust's room and snuggled up to him groaning as she fell back asleep with her present from him in her arms. It was a Blanket that had her initials on it.

Miki smiled as she fell back asleep before she hugged Dust in her sleep gripping his shirt as he snuggled with her.

Seven years pass and Dust was already at 19, he was in his room working on a a five page re-port for collage, Dust was always bust and barely had any time to spent Miki

Miki was sad that Dust had not spent any time with her. She never smiled unless he was around. She was in her room right now just sitting by the window looking at the neighborhood bash going on. She wasn't smiling as she could see all the older brothers winning things for their younger siblings. Her wings were tucked against her back as she sat there. Her ears were tucked against her head as she sat there, wondering why he had to have so much homework. She saw their parents out there having fun. SHe didn't want to go without Dust. They were worried about her, worried that she wouldn't smile like she used to. A tear ran down her cheek as she sat there watching all the families having fun. She wiped it away though, not wanting anyone to know how much she was hurting on the inside.

Dust finished four pages and stoped to take a brake, getting up from his desk Dust walked out of hid room and walked down the hall, Dust saw Miki's door was open only to see Miki looking out the window watching the neighborhood bash. Dust walked into her room and pets Miki's head "wanna go to the bash?

Dust walked into her room and pets Miki's head "wanna go to the bash?

Miki looked up at him with a smile before she nodded and said "Only if you'll go with me Dusty." She then hugged him purring and wagging her tail softly.

Dust smiles at Miki and took her hand leading out the room then out the door "so where do you want to go first?" Dust held Mik's hand tight and kept her close to him

"Let's go play some games big brother." She said and smiled up at him holding his hand as she pulled him towards the games area.

Dust was glade that Miki was happy, when they were at the games Dust won a few of them and gave the prizes to his sister

Miki was smiling happily for the first time in two days. She laughed as she was with Dust. She even played a few games. But there was one game she loved to play each year. She wanted to win something for him. She went over to her favorite game and the prize she wanted to win was there. The game was ring toss. She was the best player there was at this game. She tossed every ring and they all landed on where she was aiming. SHe smiled as she got the prize, a boy's locket. She smiled as she placed a picture of herself and Dust inside and even asked for a box. She smiled as she had walked away from Dust when he wasn't looking. She then found him and tapped his shoulder saying "I won this for you Dusty." She then smiled as she put the small box in his hand.

Dust was wandering where Miki went as soon it stared to get crowded, when her turned around to see Miki and something she got him from one of the game booth Dust just smiles and hugs his sister "thank you, I'll open it when we get home ok"

Miki smiled and hugged him back saying "Okay. How about we head home now? I know you don't like big crowds." She smiled as she held her prizes happily. She loved having Dust as her big brother. He took good care of her. Her favorite memory was when he caught someone picking on her and taught him a lesson about picking on his sister.

MIki smiled when they got home. "Thank you for taking me to the festival big brother." SHe said and hugged him and gave him a thank you kiss on the cheek. SHe then went into her room and placed the prizes in some places that she had left over from last year.
