[RAID] A Legendary Heist

"You can if you like, yes," Claire said with a nod in response to Aulus's question, but beyond that remained silent as the agent took charge and ordered everyone into separate groups.

"Uh... Not sure yet. We're working that out. Based on skill." Tam' smiled and answered Riley quickly.

Tambrey grinned as Aulus called out instructions.
"That works."
She watched carefully to see who went where...
She had a good idea of... some of these people, but a couple she just didn't know well.

Kyle watched as the Elite made her announcement, furthering his observation only as the Agents were given communication buds, glancing over to Xander who was now to be reviled as an Agent. Huh.

The Agents spoke amongst themselves for a few seconds before Aulus made his announcement to the rest of them
Fighter, Pokemon knowledge of other. Hm...
Kyle wasn't a stranger to fighting, he wasn't a master like Aulus was, but he knew how to hold his own when it mattered, But he had a different idea of what kind of skills this kind of mission would need when it involved pokemon.

Kyle pushed himself off of the railing, and after a couple of seconds of debating he made his way to the side where Aulus had told the people with Pokemon knowledge to go.

Paying close attention, Lu kept a mental list as best he could of what they were supposed to do depending on the legendary that turned up. He kept quiet, staring over the list as the Agents spoke. He'd prefer to go with Tambrey, he knew her the best out of the Agents, but he didn't want to speak up; he was afraid he might stutter. When Aulus whistled, Lu almost jumped, then hesitated for a moment. He supposed he'd go over to the fighting group, if only because he didn't have any specialized knowledge other than what house plants were best for clearing the air.

The brunet stood and shuffled over to the designated 'fighter' area, slipping his hands in his pockets and waiting for everyone else to section themselves off.

Riley, with Aulus's instruction, stepped into 'line' after a moment of thought, grouping herself with the others with specialist knowledge, giving a nod to Tambrey.

Ah, well, he guessed it wouldn't have been that easy. He was sure he'd seen at least one other Rocket with a jacket, and he could have mentioned he burned easily with his fair skin, but he had a feeling that Agent Claire would have likely been pleased about that. With a sheepish smile and a small, playful salute, he acknowledged her words as he mentally tried to run through his wardrobe.

T-shirts were not really his thing, but he had a 3/4th sleeve top and a thin, short-sleeved coat with a hood to go over it. He hurried back below to change into those and jeans before Claire was ready to brief them in the cabin. If this wasn't suitable, maybe he'd get one of those colorful Hawaiian shirts that tourists seemed to be so fond of once they got on shore. And lots of sunblock.

Maybe it wouldn't have been wise to single himself out, but Aulus did say to speak up.

"Reconnaissance, sir," he said, face serious. "Information-gathering, observation...not sure if they're considered 'important talents' in your book, but I thought I should mention them." Remind them he was at least good for something. And he would behave on this mission, yes, yes he would.

Zacharie adjusted the navy blue sweater vest he wore over his pale blue button up, his eyes quickly scanning the room's occupants. He was nervous, of course he was, this was his first official mission so why wouldn't he be? After taking a moment to watch people start to split into groups he took a deep, calming breath and shuffled over to join them. He was definitely heading over to the specialist side seeing as he didn't have too much experience with fighting. Even with Aulus' training classes he didn't feel confident in his fighting skills. "I have knowledge in field medicine." He threw out there to anyone who would find that information useful.

He'd packed multiple medical supplies for mending on the move, all tucked safely away into his ever present messenger bag.

"I guess I'm good at observing things, too, sir," Riley added, speaking up after Izaya had added his skills to the pot. "And I'm good working with pokemon I've not met before." Her field was genetics, but both Rory and Tambrey would know that, and it didn't seem pertinent to add to the conversation, as they had just been told what they needed to collect. She'd know how to do it, though, and what would be a best sample...

Kyle crossed his arms and waited for further instructions, glancing around the others as they shared their skills, but voiced nothing for himself.
He moved his gaze instead to the Agents to see what the next step was, were they splitting them into groups or something?
It was hard to know what the game plan was, not just because Kyle wasn't familiar with how Rocket missions were run, but they didn't even know what pokemon they would be up against.

Xander looked at the line up they had. It looked like they only had one fighter in the bunch and the others being specialists. He glanced over at Aulus with a raised eyebrow. He would wait until Tam and Aulus picked who they wanted before saying anything.

Rory stood back, watching as the grunts separated themselves at Aulus' order. There wasn't much variety of skills but it would work. Keeping his eye on them, he glanced over to see who would choose who first.

Aulus Looked at Riley. Good at... and good working with?... Well, quite a talented little miss. "If anyone here is s**t at observing things they shouldn't have come," he pointed out tersely, he was sure that she was trying to be helpful but she was coming off as a pretentious little s**t. Oooh, look at me, I am the pokemon whisperer! He considered himself good with pokemon, ones he knew and ones he didn't - at least as much as anyone could be givne how vastly different they were - but it wasn't a specialist skill. Trying to be helpful was nice and all but it didn't win you any medals.

"Still though, miss observation, you can come with me," he continued still to Riley. Humm, there was going to be one grunt 'left over' as it were.... "Do any of you want two?" he asked of the other Agents.

Riley's large eyes widened and she almost shook her head to timidly defend herself, but then he had picked her, and she nodded once, staying silent and lowering her gaze to the floor in submission.

Well. No surprise.
Tambrey rather wished she could coax Riley to say more... She did have /some/ experience with lab samples after all, and scientific work...
At least the grunt would be relatively safest, maybe, with Aulus, so that was good...

Izaya was good at surveillance... Well. Good.
Lu was a fighter? Uh.
Okay then. Well, he was big... And she had the science covered... Hrm.
"Lu? D'you want to come with me?"

"Uh. No preference?" She offered to Aulus as he asked about one of them working with two.
