These aren't really fancy dresses my dear....for this is a nameless tailor for the moment...Until he has more publicity he is completely unknown...which for now just makes them dresses...once they are stamped unique or something...they will maintain a certain...blandness...

He said rotating his hand like he was searching for the word bland...

We can possibly help him make it into the big time...but we need to keep things on the down low...

Aiden pushed the front door open and stepped into the pawn shop. His eyes landed on the two people in the room first off. He eyed them for a short moment. They didn't seem very threatening, so his eyes drifted from them. The boy said nothing as he walked further into the room, looking about at the items for sale. He seemed to be searching for something in particular. The seven-year-old was silent as he searched, a calm and rather cold expression on his face.

He walked up to him and bent down to his height...He pretended to do a magic trick and pulled a sweet cake from his cape...I was on a plate with a fork...He used magic to conjure it up...but when he did small things like this he convinced everyone it was just a magic trick...the kind without real magic...

Here you are! What brings such a wonderful child such as yourself in here today?

He asked...he really didn't want to scare the boy off without him not having his parents around...

Maybe his parents are right behind him...

He looked passed the boy to the door to see if anyone was coming in after him...

Aiden turned calmly to face the man that greeted him. The boy listened and watched the man, paying close attention to his words and actions, studying him carefully. He held a cold, serious face at first. He didn't like how this man was treating him like a little kid to be entranced by a stupid magic trick. However, when he saw the cake being offered him, he seemed to grow less cold. The child took the cake from the man, dropped to the floor, and immediately began scarfing it down hungrily. He had finished it in only a moment and sat the plate on the ground. He, then, looked back up to the man with big, sad puppy eyes. Suddenly, he looked as if he was about to cry. His eyes drifted sadly to the girl that spoke now. He met her eyes with the same puppy eyes and sad expression. He let out a light sob, though no tears fell. "You're nice people," he said in a shaky voice that sounded as if he was on the edge of tears. Then, he suddenly rushed to the girl, wrapping his arms around her and burying his face in her side while making sad sobbing sounds. "I...I...Mommy says she gonna die!" he sobbed. Meanwhile, in Aiden's head, where only Aiden could hear, Lionel spoke. "Heh heh. Wow Aiden...never thought I'd see YOU taking this approach." The demon giggled slightly in the child's mind. "How demeaning..."

Sully's face went to a serious one...He didn't know what to do for the kid...

This kids didn't exactly come to the best place for comfort...It's just another unfair part of life...

Sully tired to bring a smile back to his own face before helping the kid...

He lied...but he did have healing spells..He would see if he could use one of them on the women...

I need to do something...the way he devoured that cake though...He seems like he hasn't eaten in a long while...If this kids mother was still alive and awake she would have been advising him to eat...unless the following reasons: She's a bad mother, She's unconscious...They are poor as all hell...which I know means he can't afford anything here...She maybe already have passed and he doesn't realize it...that can't be the one...the kid seems sharp...Whatever it is...I can't help but feel like there is no hope for his mother...Why would he leave her in such a condition? I can't put my finger on it...but something seems off about this whole thing...

Aiden remained with his face hidden against the woman's side while the two spoke to him. See, there weren't really tears. He took the handkerchief without showing his face and rubbed the nonexistent tears away. Then, without letting go of the woman, he turned his head to look at the man. "No! She's not sick! It's those men...they keep hurting her," he said with a miserable expression. "Mommy calls 'em sharks! They keep asking her for their money...but we don't have no money!" he sobbed and hid his face in the woman's side once again. After a second of heartrending sobs he spoke more without showing his face. "I...I...told Mommy I'd protect her next time the sharks come...but...those men are too big and mean...and...and so I been trying to get money to make them leave Mommy alone...but...but...I can't find any!" He sobbed loudly as he hugged the woman tightly.
