Description: The handle like a handle is for a katana is just a handle by itself, the rest has no physical shape without water. The handle can shape water into multiple types of weapons, like a large mallet, a sword, or even a staff. with a body of water the cost of chakra per post is 5. not on a body of water it's 12. Blades can be made thin or thick, as with other constructs. The handle itself is a while handle the size of a normal katana handle, as well as the shape. It normally stays inside Kinkaru's body as he is a hoshigaki and this weapon is part of him so to speak.

A moment later a shinobi from another village was upon him. He blocked the attacks with the other mans blade and swiftly moved to the left, holding his handle accordingly it went to full length and he slashed the shinobi's head clean off. Upon further look, the mans neck and blade were being eaten away by acid, the blade nearly a third of the way gone in the middle. His neck had only just started, but the acid clearly ate flesh a little faster. The mans body slowly sunk to the bottom of the pond as Kinkaru walked away.

Where it was found/Who made it: Found inside the back of the 'Dragon of the North'

The Range of the weapon: Since the flames surround the entirety of the sword. See the description of the sword below to see the range.
Weakness: Suiton.
Description: Sukami's slightly curved, single-edged, 2' 4" long blade houses a folded half of itself that can be loosed to unfolded at the flick of the blade in conjunction with a simple release mechanism found at the base of the blade which brings it to 3' 11" when fully extended. The sword's grip is 8" in length, just enough to be comfortably wielded with one hand. Sukami is crafted of dense, durable, temperature-insulating alloys. If Sukami's blade is heated or cooled to above/below normal temperatures it will retain the abnormal temperature for some time and very slowly return to a neutral temperature; depending on the severity of the temperature change in the blade, it may take more time to regain a neutral temperature. The rest of the sword has been carefully designed to not conduct the extreme temperatures insulated by the blade.

• Fire: Katon techniques which the wielder knows can be released through Tenkai's blade surrounding the entirety with the same parameters as the would if activated normally and technique will cost the same amount as it would normally. Must be Sage [Katon] to ues this channeling affect.

Removing Sukami from the holster, the Uchiha would apply the chakra from any of his known katon techniques. The sword would engluf in flames, and he would run towards the opponent. Moving within his misdirection and forcing his way through while pivoting his left foot forward into a counter-clockwise spin. He would cleave his way towards the heart of the man, turning his body into ash.

The Range of the weapon: 30 feet
Weakness: Elemental weakness. Water and Wind.. Uzimakis
Description: The gloves connect to the chakra network of the user allowing the gloves to connect and access the user's elements. With the chakra networks working coincide with the gloves, the gloves allow for the production and manipulation of the elements of the user. With this manipulation, the user can make their elements move however they want. The elements could be used like a whip or blasts could be shot from the glove. The strength depends on the amount of chakra that the user puts in. Put simply, if the user puts in C rank amount of chakra, then a blast from the glove is considered C rank. The gloves are metallic black color with a mesh material. The source of the power of the gloves all comes from the seals on the palms of the hand part of the gloves. For that, Uzumakis are the bane of this weapon.

Where it was found/Who made it: The weapon was found in the Desert within the land of wind.
Users Class: Elementalist
The Range of the weapon: Slightly under Four Feet per fan.
Weakness:Extremely Fragile because of the multiple holes already designed into the fans. A precise hit can shatter each fan.
Description: These paired fans are crimson adorned with three setting suns on each. Once fully opened, one can see the trail of holes and tiny indentions in the weapons. When swung in any way, the flans give off a horrible high pitched screech. Isabelle has mastered this frequency and is not effected by such. If an enemy is close enough, or suffers a direct hit the high-pitched scream can cause nausea, and dizziness.

Where it was found/Who made it: Ren found the blade in one of the Cloud Village's many bladesman shops.

The Range of the weapon: 3 ft (Close Range Weapon)
Weakness: Only at full effectiveness at close range. Consumes chakra in heavy quantities if overused.
Description: Fueru has a rather simple ability that makes it incredibly deadly in the correct situations. The entire surface of the blade is a slick, jet-black color. To the touch, however...it feels almost as though it were a razor sharp file. This means--of course--that using the blade without expending even a little chakra is extremely inconvenient, as any attempt at a slash would simply catch on the opponent's clothing. However, when at least Academy-ranked chakra is applied, the blade begins to vibrate rapidly. Depending on the amount of chakra spent, the power of the vibration increases, to the point where even the air around it begins to be effected. The blade--once given enough chakra--is able to shred through defenses like butter, and even deflect some forms of jutsu using its vibrations. A chart lists rankings and their effectiveness below:

Academy: Only useful for regular slashing. Cuts deeper than a regular blade due to its increased lethality while vibrating, but nothing to shake a stick at.
Genin: The vibrations extend up to six inches away from the blade; projectile techniques of Genin-rank and lower can be deflected, but can shred through physical defenses of Chuunin-rank and lower.
Chuunin: Up to one foot away from the blade. Projectile techniques of Chuunin, physical of Jounin or lower.
Jounin: Up to three feet away from the blade. Projectile techniques of Jounin, physical of S or lower.
S-rank: Up to ten feet away from the blade. Projectile of S, Physical of S+
S+-rank: Up to twenty feet away from the blade. Projectile of S+, Physical remains at S+.
SS-rank: Up to thirty five feet away from the blade. Projectile of SS, Physical now reaches SS.

(Note; if the technique is larger than the range of vibration defense, obviously it's going to go around. Lul.)

Name of weapon: Kanpeki - Perfection

Where it was found/Who made it: Ren made the crossbow himself.
Users Class: Weapons Master
The Range of the weapon: As far as his crossbow bolts can fly.
Weakness: Basically useless at close range, consumes a lot of chakra over time. If opponent can dodge/nullify projectile based attacks, it's completely useless.
Description: Of the two weapons Ren has created, Kanpeki is more of his 'ace in the hole'. It is a very unique crossbow; he and Christian Uzumaki worked together in the crafting of the bow, as Ren required the sealer's talents in some of the custom modifications. Different aspects of Ren's fighting style have been implemented on the sides of his crossbow in the form of elemental seals. Each of his elements--lightning and wind--are on the front left and right corners, with Toeiru (Bloodline) and Joukai (Light) on the back corners. Underneath the bow chamber, the kanji for 'reload' is also present. Each of these seals gives the arrow a different property:

Lightning: When a bolt is fired, it is incredibly charged with electrical chakra, and moves slightly faster than normal. If it makes contact with an opponent--or a conductive surface--the damage taken will be reflected by the chakra spent by the user when the bolt was fired.

Wind: Bolts enhanced with wind have a blistering, slicing gale around them at all times. Bolts fired with wind are significantly faster, and have much more piercing power than any of the other bolts. At any point in the bolt's flight path, Ren can make the wind chakra coating it explode outward, dealing slicing damage to any opponents within a ten foot radius. The damage increases relative to the amount of chakra spent.

Toeiru: Based on the amount of chakra spent, the arrow can multiply itself midair in the form of afterimages. For every [5] chakra spent, the bolt generates one additional copy.

Joukai: In exchange for the significantly higher piercing power of the wind bolts, the Joukai bolts are the fastest of any that can be fired from this crossbow. This is--of course--a blessing and a curse. The bolts are now coated in light chakra, making long-range attacks somewhat easier to predict on the opponent's end. However, they are much easier to use when taking an unsuspecting opponent by surprise.

Reload: For [3] chakra points, the user may summon another bolt into their crossbow using the 'reload' seal.


When any of the above abilities are used, the seal specific to that ability will light up. For prolonged battles, this puts the user at a specific disadvantage; if the opponent catches on to the lighting patterns of the seals, they can begin to predict what the user is going to do next with their bow.


The final--and perhaps most potent--ability of the bow is that every bolt fired is linked to Ren. Whether it be by some sort of strange sealing trickery, or by the man's skill with the crossbow...when a bolt is fired from this bow, Ren is able to manipulate its flight pattern after firing. Manipulating the flight path of his arrows will consume [5] chakra per post it's used. When combined with all of the other chakra-draining abilities of the crossbow, it's easy to see how this would quickly run a shinobi dry if they weren't careful.

Name of weapon: Bladed Tambourine

Who owns the weapon: Roxanne

Where it was found/Who made it: With such high exposure to music, as should be expected with The Idols, children experiment with a variety of instruments until they find one they would like to specialize in. Since Roxanne loves to dance and move around, she fell in love with the tambourine, and when she declared that she wanted to enroll in the Academy, her family made a specially crafted weapon for her—the bladed tambourine. Not only would she be able to perform her clan’s jutsus with this instrument, but she would be able to directly attack her enemies with it.

Users Class: Taijutsu

The Range of the weapon: This weapon is ideal in close range situations, but it can also be thrown to potentially disrupt enemy attacks.

Weakness: This weapon can be disarmed if she is using it in battle. If thrown, she, of course will have to retrieve it in order to use it again. Either way, if this weapon is not on hand, Roxanne will not be able to perform her leitmotif or certain jutsus* This weapon is not designed to be used at all times. It’s primary purpose is to allow for execution of certain jutsus. However, it comes in handy when the need for the instrument arises and a nice sharp attack can be delivered.

Description: This single-handed weapon looks like something of a silver jingle ring with two relatively broad and bladed frames. The jingles rest on a series of bars that are located within and connect the upper and lower frames.

The jingles themselves do not cause any damage, but simply produce sound. The blades themselves cause damage, and are primarily used for slicing. This weapon can be thrown somewhat like a chakram, but the blades cannot cut anywhere as deeply.

The jingles are absent in an area of the instrument where the blade of the lower frame is dull so that Roxanne can actually grasp and use the instrument. To ensure the hands don’t suffer any damage, it’s best to use gloves with this weapon. Grasping the lower frame of this instrument allows Roxanne to have more control of the weapon. However, it also means that the weapon will be thrown horizontally, whereas typically, a chakram would be thrown vertically.

Description: A simple concept, the Cloak of the Spirit (though many simply call it "The Cloak") takes the form of a simple and flexible matte black harness around the chest, with the main channeling device affixed in the center of the user's chest. While attached, it drills into the user's chakra network, stealing away their mobility and chakra. However, it is able to create a constantly reverberating and form-fitting shell of chakra around the user. It is permeable, and won't stop anything, but will always reduce any incoming attacks by one rank in power. As long as it is equipped, it will continue to function and sap the user for this benefit. It can be removed from the user of their own will in battle, but not re-inserted during that same battle. Works only on A-Rank damage and above. Note: This only decreases the damage rank being dealt on the user, not the actual rank of the technique. (A-Rank hits, B-Rank damage applied, but a B-Rank solid armor/shield jutsu could not negate it)

The Range of the weapon: 5ft. in length, The blade is for close range weapon combat.
Weakness: Chakra Cost
Description: The blade was made from Rei's Kaguya bone, blessed by Jashin and soaked in the blood of 1,000 sacrifices under Lord Jashin himself. The blade is made out of Titanium and the inside of the hilt is a capsule that is used to hold the opponent's blood for later use. If the opponent is cut with the blade, for same amount of chakra as the ritual form technique, Rei can shift into the Ritual Form without having to ingest the blood. For 15 additional points of chakra, while in the Ritual Form, the opponent's blood is magnetized as it is spilled, being drawn to Rei's blade.

Description:
The blade is not exactly unique in comparison to other swords. It resembles and average saber, however the blade itself is jet black. Their is an unusual set of inscriptions going around both sides of the blade which are written a language unrecognizable. The truly unique nature of this blade is its ability to negate the effects of other special weapons within range. The blade completely voids the special effects of other weapons making them nothing more then weapons when in combat. This includes explosive seals, and other special effect which can be added onto tools. This effect is both an advantage and disadvantage.

Weakness: The blade has no friend or foe, anyone in range will find that the special effects of their weapons and tools are completely voided. Aside from that the blade has no other special properties and can be broken like any other sword, however its effects as long as majority of the sword is still within the vicinity. The blade has no effect on jutsu or other things which can be added onto a weapon such as extending fire onto the blade, or using katon explosive seals.

For starters I did not get a color anywhere in the app, if you have any questions about what I mean by that refer back to the first post for rules.

Secondly, I need more elaboration on the extent of power these flames are able to exert. I. E: How long does it take the blade to cool(Is this based on rank of the jutsu used to empower it?)? Does the blade perform the jutsu as it is meant to be acted out, or does it merely channel the flames into the blade itself?

The first problem with the submission is the matter of manipulation. The term in and of itself is too vague. The weapon needs set, defined abilities in which it could utilize.
Second is a necessary correction, the cost of using any abilities needs to be stated in no uncertain terms.
