Draxus Versaw The XI, The Prince of Light "Everything must be balanced. Even balance itself..." Draxus nodded to Magdalenia after he watched the servant girl be escorted by a hidden guard. The thing was, shouldn't the guard have leaped into action at the sight of an attacker no matter the royal member? He would ask questions later, but for now he would keep his head low. He finally spoke after his thinking. "Yes, that would be wonderful, the journey was long and I did not take mount or carriage to get here, simply my two feet." Draxus then turned to Victorianna and smiled. "Well, if it was someone else who said that, I don't know how I would take it, but from you Victorianna, I am happy to receive the compliment. As for Abraxos is doing, while I can't tell you all the ins and outs as I simply don't know, I can tell you that my father's rule is doing well, we are very stable at the moment, and their is plenty of effort going into making sure everyone has a job and food, no matter how small the amount is. We've updated our crop cycling as well to a three stage cycle, using four fields, allowing three to be used, an one to recover from use. We're still working on recovering all of our livestock due to our bad harvest a few years back, but since then, we have vastly improved our infrastructure overall. How does Bellris fair in the past few colder years?" It was only word, but it seemed that Bellris was going through a cooler state than usual, and Draxus didn't know by how much so he just used a general term for the weather's cycle. Draxus was careful to balance his attention between the two older women, and at all times he tried to give respectable distance if he could. He also pondered why Victorianna wore a veil if she was so beautiful underneath. He didn't say anything, but it did come off as strange and he wanted to know why she wore such a garb. ((OOC smile ) ".. The world is cruel, but also kind. We must give it the same treatment."

Victorianna Bethany Renee Queen of Bellris Victorianna nodded her head "good good. Abraxos is not our ally but we are not enemies" she said calmly and politely "It is a good thing that you have been able to recover from your...slight famine" she said to him, a small smile on her face. She decided to start walking on ahead, already knowing where her room would be...or at least having a firm Idea of where it might be. As she walked her veil fluttered, reveling just the bottom of her chin as she spoke "Bellris is doing well, Our rivers have been frozen most of the year, but the Ice has never been so thick we couldn't break it" she said softly "Fish run plentiful, our fields have never been as full as the Abraxon fields, but ours are catching up to your output" she chuckled. "Hurry it up, My queen Mab." Who are you to say what is evil. When you have never seen true evil

"Valuing life is not weakness," - High Princess Gwendolyn Cailleach of the Fifth Kingdom - Gwendolyn took a deep breath as she focused the point of her arrow at one of the many maple trees lining the gardens of the castle. As she drew her bow steadily, she exhaled, her steel gaze set on a marker she had set on it's rigid bark mere moments ago. 'Aim.' She seemed to tell herself, her attention consumed by her intense focus, ready to fire her arrow at will. "High Princess Gwendolyn." The phoenix jumped ever so slightly, causing the arrow to miss its target and go barreling off into the depths of the trees. She simply sighed in silence as she turned to the source of the voices calling to her from across the way. "Azara, Adela. What news brings the two of you here?" The twins were Gwendolyn's personal maids, as well as her good friends. She had even grown quite talented at telling the dragons apart after a while. Though for the life of her, she could never get them to drop the formalities between them. She did find it quite odd, however. They hardly ever interrupted the time that Gwendolyn had spent with her bow and arrows, practicing combat. After all, she didn't wish to be ill prepared for a battle just because the kingdom sat too comfortably on its wealth. She may have cursed the crown, but she did realize the value and importance of it.
"M'lady, have you forgotten that the royals of the neighboring kingdoms are attending the palace?" Azara stated calmly and In a matter-of -fact manner. With soft exasperation on her features, Gwendolyn closed her slate gaze in annoyance at herself. "How could I forget?" The female seemed to mutter her words as she turned to face the stone walls rather than the thicket of trees behind her. "I suppose this means that the two of you have come to take me to ready myself. Thank you for alerting me." She had said as she walked through the gardens and back to the palace, Azara and Adela following close behind. Gwendolyn took the back entrance, going through a series of halls and paths to get to her room located around the top of the castle. Upon reaching the large crimson double doors with golden patterns laced into its design, the twins rushed in front of her, opening them with ease. Gwendolyn furrowed her eyebrows, wishing they would let her do it herself for once in her life. The crimson haired female walked in swiftly before the two maids entered and the door was shut following them.
As she entered the large room, one that she had decorated to her liking long ago, the maids spared no time to ready Gwendolyn, pulling off the light clothes she wore while practicing and scrubbing her clean. Soon, her light armor was replaced with a flowing gown that seemed to compliment the hues of bronze, copper, and gold shimmering in the feathers of her precious wings with perfection. Her vivid carmine locks were brushed until they had laid like silk, and was pulled back partially and adorned with a single accessory to hold it in place, a clip that was intricate and seemed to contrast the colors of autumn against her fiery hair. They applied a light touch of makeup to her smooth skin, simply lining her lips with a color that only accentuated the color they already were. After everything, the princess was ready to walk out, leaving her room behind her. "My lady. If we may." Gwendolyn turned to Adela as he pointed down to the boots that Gwendolyn had grown attached to, not to mention that they were comfortable. "Must we? After all, no one can see them." Gwendolyn asked, not wishing to wear the heels laid out for her. "With all due respect princess, it is not lady like to wear training boots with a gown." Adela said in a reserved and stern tone. Gwendolyn pursed her lips together for a moment and walked back to the twin maids, allowing them to pull off her boots and put on a pair of copper heels that matched her dress.
"Now, with that settled, Let us be off." Gwendolyn said with a soft sigh, walking out of the room and down the halls, being scolded about her posture on the way there. From that moment on, she stood straight, though her tightly laced corset had hardly given her any room to slouch to begin with. As she rounded the corner, she passed a guard that seemed to be pulling away a servant, one she had recognized all too well. One she had actually aquatinted herself with in the past. For a moment, she had been confused. What could such a sweet girl have done to deserve such treatment?
Gwendolyn stopped the guard, who had bowed to her in response. "What crime has this girl committed?" Gwendolyn asked curiously, wondering if it was an actual crime or just a small thing she did wrong to make someone angry. The guard looked down, his gaze not even matching Gwendolyn's slate one as he spoke. "She had attacked the Queen of Bellris, My lady." Gwendolyn's eyes widened at the maid, who seemed to be bode ring on the edge of shedding tears. "I beg of you High Princess, please believe me! I...would never..." Her speech became choked out. "Just...Defending her majesty." Gwendolyn's eyes grew dark at her mention. How did these situations always manage to round back to that woman? No matter. It was unfortunate, but there was not much she could do to assist the poor girl.
Gwendolyn looked to her with a twinge of sadness. She knew that even with a fair trial, the price of attacking someone of royal blood was a beheading. Gwendolyn pressed her lips softly to her forehead. "I apologize Natalia, but there isn't anything within my power that I can do to assist you." Gwendolyn's voice was gentle, but sorrowful as well. It was a tragic end for anyone to meet. She watched as the trembling girl, obviously distraught by the events that happened, was taken away.
Gwendolyn's atmosphere went slightly cold and frigid as she rounded the corner, her head held high and her back straightened as she noted the royalty seeming to head in the direction she had just come from, the part of the castle where the guest rooms were held. The girl elegantly curtsied to the veiled woman, who she had presumed was the queen of Bellris. "Hello your majesty." The girl said with grace as she turned her attention to the one standing beside her. He appeared far too young to be a king. A prince perhaps? "Your grace." She curtsied to him as well before her gaze set upon the pale haired woman behind them. "High Queen." The female curtsied to her as well, but she couldn't help the slight edge of poison seep from her tone as she addressed her."And disregarding it is not strength."

Shenaiya Bellris Aspodel First Princess of Bellris, Known as the "Sapphire Phoenix" ╔═════════════════╗ Looking Blue and pretty for a trip finally arrived I'm Single Feeling Bored and Abandoned And listening Sorry it took awhile ╚═════════════════╝ Shenaiya watched as the carriage road on, towards the high kingdom. She was excited, but also pretty upset too. She wanted to stretch her wings... But if she did, people would see the blue shine of them. And her grandmother hated the color of her wings. She could always... That was what she would do! She could cover herself in thunder clouds! And fly around still seeing the countryside! That was what she would do! "Driver! I'm going to get out and stretch my wings. Please keep going." She said stepping out of the moving carriage. She pulled her wings out of hiding and stretched them. The carriage stopped. "Princess! The queen said there was to be no stopping on our way. Please get back into the carriage."
"We just won't let her know. Come now, I want to stretch my wings. Keep moving, and even make it faster than it should have been. Please, keep moving at a quicker pace. I'll be right above you." She said before taking to the air and shrouding herself in a rain cloud. Not a real dark one, but a grey one. She smiled as she surveyed the grounds that they were trafficking. This was so much fun! She chuckled as they headed towards the high castle. It wasn't long until she was outside the castle, the carriage only moments behind. She landed and kept her wings in. There was a line, but they let the carriage by and soon the carriage was letting her out near the palace steps. She took a deep breathe and stepped out once more, she had made sure she had cleaned off any dirt or anything that might have smudged her attire.

Draxus Versaw The XI, The Prince of Light "Everything must be balanced. Even balance itself..." Draxus listened quietly and nodded. "That is good, I am glad to hear your kingdom is fairing well. Perhaps later we can help each other with our teachings and maybe even discuss how to better our output within different things. As for now let us get comfortable." A new woman appeared before them wearing a dress and copper heeled shoes. She was not of lower class, that much was obvious. However the question became who she was, and what she was, dragon or phoenix. His eyes gave a once over before he inclined his head to the woman, quiet for now. He was following the High Queen, and until he reached his quarters and refreshed himself, he would try and keep his chatter to a minimum, especially now that he was finished talking to Victorianna, who had apparently grown tired of the normal paced walking. Draxus, would once more remain behind the High Queen, provided she didn't suddenly stop. ((OOC smile ) ".. The world is cruel, but also kind. We must give it the same treatment."

High Queen Magdalenia Cailleach l was born to Nothing And Raised to Nothing If you come from Nothing when everyone has Something... Magdalenia listened politely, keeping her eyes from roaming away, they where giving her information that she hadn't learned yet, information her husbands spy's blatantly refused to give her 'Bellris Fishery and Abraxos Farms' she spoke in her head. The Old Phoenix lady seemed to have a short tongue for a royal, a trait Magdalenia rarely came across, most couldn't help but blather on about their shortcomings or grand endeavors, always thinking that people would care what happened to their prized mare. Magdalenia feigned interest in the spoken word of the lower Queen and Prince. She found herself unconsciously flicking open her Tessen fan, ready to press the hidden inside button when the rolling wheels of a carriage outside caught her ear. Slowing to a stop the Queen looked a guard and raised an eye brow, a guard seemed to get the hit and said in the most respectful of voices "Queen Bellris' Granddaughter I presume has arrived in an unmarked carriage, High Queen" he said, putting his hand over his heart and bowing at the waist before returning to his post. Magdalenia looked back at Victorianna and couldn't help the smirk on her face, oh this was going to be interesting, The queen could never get enough of Family Drama, watching as fights unfold over the simplest of things...Two brothers fighting over a chicken, sisters over a hair brush...Kings and Queen's over this floating rock they lived on "Go help our new guest into the Castle. We don't want her standing out their forever as I bring the rest to their Room's" she said. The guard bowed his head "yes queen" he spoke and turned on his heal. The Guard walked out of the castle and down the steps, He stood exactly ten feet away from Shenaiya, taking off his helmet to reveal a pock marked face half covered in scales, his eyes flashing with the gleam of fire all dragons had, his long blonde hair cascaded down his back. Dipping at the waist once more he said "Welcome to the Fifth Kingdom, Capital of the realm." he said in the lowest of voices. He straightened once more, treating Shenaiya as if she where the High Queen herself "Your Grandmother, Queen Victorianna has already arrived before you. Would you like to be escorted to her side madame?"The High Queen watched her Guard make nice with the princess and she nodded her head in approval, very rarely did people live up to her expectations, and this was one of the few times she found favorable. The High Queen turned her head back around "Sorry about all the interruptions, today is going to be quite the busy day with guests arriving from the other four kingdoms." Her eyes caught on a flash of fiery Phoenix hair...Speaking of family problems. Magdalenia quickly plastered on her best fake smile, which was really good, to bad it would only work on the guests, after all their was no fooling herself and the already festering hate she had for her 'daughter'. "Everyone, Please, This is my....Daughter, Gwendolyn" she moved her hand behind Gwendolyn's shoulder, making it look like an affectionate touch, but really her hand was hovering just above her beautiful dress, "You will see her around the castle if shes not out gallivanting though the woods like a milk maid" she said, her smile cracking slightly, disappointment slipping though her false smile for just a moment before quickly covering it up. "Now...We keep getting interrupted, perhaps I should have Gwendolyn here escort you two to your rooms?" she said "Would you be up to that Gwenny, dear?".....Would you take something Just to say it was yours? Or would you become something to have everything?

Shenaiya Bellris Aspodel First Princess of Bellris, Known as the "Sapphire Phoenix" ╔═════════════════╗ Looking Blue and pretty for a trip finally arrived I'm Single Feeling Bored and Abandoned And listening Sorry it took awhile ╚═════════════════╝ Shenaiya hadn't been out but a moment when a guard came to her. She had been looking around the gigantic part of the castle. It was lovely... So was the guard that had come to greet her. She bowed lightly herself. "Thank you very much. I would appreciate that a lot. Thank you." She said as she stood straight. She had only bowed lightly as a show of kindness. She was being kind since she was sure her grandmother wasn't. Of course, she was much friendlier towards others. The guard led her up the stairs and towards the way the High queen had taken her grandmother and the other prince. She was trying very hard to keep her enthusiasm in check. She didn't want to embarass her grandmother by gawking at the art work and things that decorated the palace. That wouldn't do at all!
But she was rather surprised. She had been in an unmarked carriage, since her grandmother had the marked one. And yet the guard knew who she was and was extremely polite. She was almost stunned into silence. Not almost, she was. She had always been told to keep quiet. And so it became second nature. She wasn't to overshadow her grandmother. But she was in awe. And couldn't keep her eyes to her front. She kept looking at the decor.

Victorianna Bethany Renee Queen of Bellris Victorianna sighed, she thought that leaving her granddaughter at home would give her the hint, but she assumed it didn't, and she couldn't just out and snap at her when she was back in Bellris, so instead she stopped and turned, her veil swishing in front of her face "I'm Glad you could make it Shenaiya, We would have missed you if you had'nt" she said, and crossed her arms over her chest, having to tilt her head up to meet her own granddaughters eyes, even if she was the only one that could make contact since her veil was down constantly, was still demeaning "Who did you leave in charge back at home?" she frowned, the change of her lips would be able to be seen though the veil. Victorianna was so focused on her granddaughter that she had almost missed the arrival of Gwendolyn. She shook her head, not pleased to see her granddaughter here, but she wasn't going to make a scene out of it...not yet anyway. "Yes I think that would be lovely." she said loud enough for everyone to hear "The Queen Is Sooo busy with her duties. She mustn't shrink them after all" She turned her head pointedly at the High Queen, even though her face couldn't be seen, the venom coming off of her in waves was enough to take down a regiment "maybe Gwendolyn will be better company than you, Mab?" Who are you to say what is evil. When you have never seen true evil

♜Vanlith Storm♜ ☪"Lion's do not concern themselves with the opinion of sheep."☪ Vanlith had flown all the way to the capital of the Fifth Kingdom. Carriage's just simply didn't do for him. Whether it was the lighting in his system or a simple fact that he enjoyed flying far better than riding he didn't know. His long body slithered through the clouds as he moved from cloud to cloud enjoying himself to the point that he actually missed the kingdom and had to loop back around. Storm chuckled to himself seeing the line of carriages that were waiting to get in the capital. Shaking his great head he circled the Kingdom once or twice enjoying the fresh air and freedom before diving towards the castle.
Guards ran out into the courtyard alarmed at whatever was approaching the castle at such a fast pace. Many of them held bows and started to take up defensive positions around the courtyard aiming up. None of them shot yet, but waited. Vanlith let out a great roar and slammed into the courtyard, but not before changing in his human form quickly. Lighting came from seemingly no where striking where he landed sending up a great puff of smoke. Vanlith smiled as he stayed in a kneeling position till the smoke cleared revealing his figure.
Even with the smoke and dirt in the air, there was not a single spot upon his white clothes. Piercing blue eyes scanned the guards as he slowly stood up and turned in a small circle. His face was serious as the guards tried to process what had happened. Vanlith finally laughed a hearty laugh and looked up at the castle. "Well now, that's an entrance if I've ever seen one! Put your bows down lads, they won't do no good against me. I'm the King of Ethe you know!"" He laughed again as the guards scrabbled to put down their weapons.

Draxus Versaw The XI, The Prince of Light "Everything must be balanced. Even balance itself..." Draxus turned to see the new arrival. A young woman, of course now that he had known what Victorianna looked like under the veil, he couldn't possibly guess ages with anyone here. Of course the woman had only caught his attention for a moment before a loud bang and then a light rumble resounded from the courtyard. His shoulders drooped and his face was one of exasperation. Why must all the other royals be so flashy with their entrances into the kingdom? Couldn't they have simply walked like he had. Once more however, his attention was torn away from the sounds outside as he listened to the two queens bicker in passive aggressive ways. 'They're like hyenas trying to pick at the scraps of each others meals... I would try and talk but I could very well be called arrogant for speaking my mind. If I was a king I think I could at least stop the quarreling for a bit, but right now it's just tiring to hear it...'Draxus cleared his throat gently and turned to Gwnedolyn. "High Princess Gwendolyn. I would appreciate it if I could go to my room as quickly as possible. My... uh... Injuries are starting to bother me slightly." He motioned to his back and smiled a small bit, not sure if they had even thought of preparing for someone that had cut his own wings off. Now that he thought about it, didn't they have his wings somewhere on display? Draxus thought it was somewhat twisted to remember the event, but overall he was glad that it had been so important as to hang the wings up in the first place. He just hoped they had been taxidermied properly and were well maintained, specifically he wondered if the leather of his wings were still as black as the night sky. He hoped the sun hadn't taken away the glory of the wings. ((OOC smile ) ".. The world is cruel, but also kind. We must give it the same treatment."

Shenaiya Bellris Aspodel First Princess of Bellris, Known as the "Sapphire Phoenix" ╔═════════════════╗ Looking Blue and pretty for a trip finally arrived I'm Single Feeling Oh no! Grandmother is upset!!!! And listening Sorry it took awhile ╚═════════════════╝ Shenaiya followed the guard until they came upon a group of elder royalty. Well, that was until she noticed the prince and high princess. They were about her age. But then she noticed her grandmother, who looked slightly annoyed. 'Oh no... What did I do this time?' She thought in a panic. She couldn't have already done something could she? Or was it the dress? Or maybe how loose her hair was? Or were her wings still out?! She quickly checked before stepping forwards as calm as she could. She stopped before the high queen and curtsied low. "Your Highness. Thank you for inviting me." She said trying to put those manners lessons to the front. Then turned to her grandmother and bowed her head.
"I left your advidors in charge... If it pleases you grandmother, I will go back home." She said quiet and respectfully. She hoped the older woman would not make her return. She only wanted to see how the other nobles were to spend their times at these sorts of events... And if she were to become the Bellris queen, she would need to know... Right? The brunette turned to give a light curtsy to the Prince and high Princess. "Good day. I am Shenaiya. Princess of Bellris. It is a pleasure to meet you." Shenaiya was trying to be as polite and respectful as was deemed worthy by her lessons. Hoping her grandmother would be happy... But her hopes were never realized... Then another guest seemed to land in the entrance she had just left. But who?

Victorianna Bethany Renee Queen of Bellris Victorianna took a deep breath, emphasized by how her veil sucked in as she did. Counting to ten as the apothecary had told her she managed to lift her head and say "very well done Shenaiya, but we will go over the Advisers later...You will be Queen eventually, and I want to know who you would think might be better at the job...." Victorianna frowned under her veil "Every Queen has new Advisers....I guess its almost time to start on the more queenly lessons rather then just etiquette" She said, shaking her head in disbelief...she couldn't even believe what she was saying Victorianna was tempted to tell her granddaughter to go home immediately, and to never show her face in the capital again, but she had to make a good impression, she was already lacking, she had already been here less then an hour and she had already had an assassination attempt on her life "No...No, You can stay here I guess...Just don't get to cocky..." she dipped her head "and No wandering off without a map...This isn't Bellris, you Don't know the woods or the people here. They won't be as Kind to you as the people back at home" she said, and this time instead of waiting she went over to the shadows and plucked a guard out and said "to my rooms...Now. At this rate I won't be getting any rest till night fall, and it is needed" she said. The guard just bowed and started leading Victorianna to her rooms. Who are you to say what is evil. "Valuing life is not weakness," - High Princess Gwendolyn Cailleach of the Fifth Kingdom - As the queen drew near, Gwendolyn's slate gaze followed her until she came to her side, dawning the same million dollar smile that seemed to fool many of the faces that came and went from the palace. The fiery haired girl simply played along, attempting to avoid a public argument, even letting her passing insult slide by her in the near margins. Besides, it seemed like the queen of Bellris had enough words to cover the both of them. Gwendolyn watched as the two of them bicker for a moment until she responded. "Of course, High Queen." The girl said, as any "daughter" would. As any princess obedient of her queen would. No need to cause a scene. Besides, the guests seemed to be rather weary, though she did jump slightly upon seeing one make a rather large entry at the gates. "Of course your majesties. Please, allow me." The girl said as she began to lead the royals to their respective rooms in the wing of the castle the guests stayed in, the guards seeming to be more on their toes than ever as a few followed.
After showing the last Royal, The princess of Bellris to her room, Gwendolyn simply apologized for her "Mother's" sudden disappearance, as she did with the rest of the royals. "I hope the room is to your liking. The maids will tend to your needs, though I will be happy to answer any questions you have." She said to her as she did with the others before curtsying and walking away, her maids meeting with her again. The female let out a slight sigh before looking to the gates, the King out there causing a scene. Gwendolyn straightened her back before walking to greet him and invite him in herself. Upon reaching the gates, she stopped, stepping in front of the guards while they all instantly bowed to her and let her through with ease. "Welcome to the Fifth Kingdom Vanlith Storm, King of Ethe. I see you have made quite an entrance. I am Gwendolyn Cailleach of the Fifth Kingdom." The girl seemed to say warmly as she turned before looking back. "Please, follow me." Gwendolyn said, before walking into the castle, the guards instantly stepping aside.."And disregarding it is not strength."

Draxus Versaw The XI, The Prince of Light "Everything must be balanced. Even balance itself..." Draxus turned once more to look at Princess Shenaiya. "A pleasure to meet you princess, my name and title are Prince Draxus Versaw the Eleventh. It is my pleasure to make your acquaintance." He gave a light smile before nodding to the High Princess to confirm he was ready to go to his room, which he was promptly lead to with haste. Draxus was very glad that he would be able to have a room to himself so quickly, even if he had asked for it earlier, he did not actually expect to be accommodated so quickly. Draxus more or less expected a tour around the entire castle, again, before he was allowed to see any sign of comfort. As soon as Draxus was alone in his guest room private quarters he sighed relief. He was alone for a moment. Draxus slowly relieved his body of his clothes and filled the bath with water from the small gurgling fountain that was nearby. The water was cold, but soothing as he slipped into the ornate bowl. He reached behind and slowly unwound the linen that covered his stumps to allow them to soak in the water, the water quickly draining out any dirt that may have gotten into the linen during his travel to the capital. He made sure he didn't allow them to touch the edge of a bath, and as he got out of his initial relaxation he looked around for soap. Once it was located he proceeded to clean himself. After the bath was done and he dried off, he drained the water out of the bath and then moved towards the mirror, sitting down on the stool. His knapsack quickly revealed a razor and soon enough the stubble was taken care of, leaving a very clean face behind it. His hair hung to his shoulders, and he put it up into a traditional warriors knot at the back of his head. After that, it was time for a proper selection of clothing. He moved over to the wardrobe and found that the clothes were of his people's style. He quickly chose the most elegant in his eyes. The tunic was a deep blue and was sleeveless, cut with a rugged fashion at the shoulders. The headwear was a bandana, and once he decided to wear it or not, he allowed his hair to drop into a stylized look, that closely represented his father's hair when the man was younger, wild, and very rugged looking. Next was the plain black pants, the boots would cover most of it up, and what wasn't covered by boots would be covered by his shirt more than likely. After the pants was the thick leather belt which was put on with ease, the brass buckle clicking into place. Finally the black thigh high boots, which were designed to bend at the knees easily. Once he was done getting his outfit put on he went back over to the mirror and checked his image, and decided that his nodachi would not be left behind. Again it was strapped to his back. His blue and green eyes twinkled with satisfaction. He was the spitting image of when his father was younger, perhaps with less stubble, but still close in resemblance. ((OOC: Oh yes, a link as a reference for the style Draxus has going for him at the moment- Current Clothing)) ".. The world is cruel, but also kind. We must give it the same treatment."

High Queen Magdalenia Cailleach l was born to Nothing And Raised to Nothing If you come from Nothing when everyone has Something... Magdalenia heaved a sigh of relief, she was not that great with people, especially crowds...strange for a queen. None the less once everyone was gone and put into their respected rooms she turned and went to the throne room. The guards opened doors for her along the way and she was joined by another lady's maid since Natalia had been brought down to prison. Magdalenia stood in front of both the thrones, remembering when she first stood here among the peasant, clasping her hands together she got down onto her knees and put her head to her clasped hands and said "My goddess Ninon, my goddess that is mine and not my own nor the peoples nor my children's. My own private goddess hear me now as the regents of the realm enter my home" she said, her voice taking on an odd air to it "I pray to you for guidance and patience, for myself, and for the others. I can not help but take that damned Phoenix queen's words to thought, what if this gathering goes wrong? My credibility as queen will start to drop, not only will there be problems among the royalty, but it will wander down to the peasants as well...any good queen knows that it is not just the Royalty that keeps the Monarchy afloat...if the People are not happy then their is no monarchy for long." she bit her lip "Goddess Ninon, you know that I hardly care for the riff raff, but please, if you find my prayer in your ear I ask for this to got smoothly...and as I continue to ask of you Goddess Ninon, my continued prayer for Fertility...So that my blood may sit on the throne of the Kingdom." she then put two fingers to her forehead, two fingers to her lips and two fingers to the crevice between her chest before standing. She swore the Lady's maid to silence and then went to her throne, where she sat and coughed gently "open the gates" she whispered. The palace gates where opened to the public, to servants, to commoners, to servants and slaves. One by one Magdalenia listened to their plights... "My lady, your h-highness" one man started off "the land as shaken but a week ago, me and my neighbor's farms have been ripped to shreds, our live stock and grain scattered. I know it is not a royal problem, but If their can be any remedy?" the man said and Magdalenia nodded her head, giving the man 3 gold pieces, more then enough to reconstruct his farm and that of a dozen neighbors. The next was a women needing food for she and her children, Magdalenia provided, another women this one weak and frail needing a home, Magdalenia sent her to a well known inn with one gold piece...enough for a months stay, another man came in, this one was fidgeting, his muscles bulging and jerking, his eyes dilated full black. When he stopped he did not bow, did not offer a name nor acknowledge Magdalenia's tittle and then he spoke his voice was harsh and guttural as if he had gargled rocks, his teeth glowed yellow "I am a follower of the Old ways" the man managed to say "I come from a land long forgotten to you dwellers of the sky." the man said "I listen to the voices in the stones that glow beneath, I follow the tunnels from the far reaches of this land to the biggest cavern of all...below this castle. I listen to the voices and they tell me what is to be done" the man...then without warning shot a cross bow bolt at Magdalenia "They say those who take to the sky need to die" the guards reacted and started to run toward the strange man, but Magdalenia's reaction was far worse, the cross bow hit her and she screamed, almost visible ripples where in the air, echoing off the walls, aimed for the man that had shot her. Many people's ears started to bleed from the high frequency, the guards grabbed the strange man tackling him to the ground, another guard came up behind Magdalenia and put a hand over her mouth to stop the screaming, pulling out the arrow with the other. The throne room was emptied for all but the Queen, the guards and the man. .....Would you take something Just to say it was yours? Or would you become something to have everything?
