Trent vs Batista

Batista and Trent were both up to their feet, but one man would have to take the lead. Trent looked to do so by turning to Batista and sending multiple kicks to his lower calf in hopes of putting a target on that leg.

Batista didn't expect the calf kicks as Batista looked to immediately favor it after Trent's kicks connected.

It seems the kicks weren't connecting, and as expected, the Animal wouldn't fall from them. That is why Trent looked to use his experienced kicks in a different way after the leg began to show a weakness. Trent looked to send an enziguri to the side of Batista's head.

Batista would fall to his knees after the series of moves, "The Animal" knelt before Trent..

The enziguri would connect after the series of kicks to the Animal's calf. It seemed it would take a bit more to take the man down. That is why when Trent popped back to his feet, he would look to run to the ropes, rebound, and hit a shining wizard into the temple of Batista.

Batista would fall completely down to the mat as "The Animal" was silenced on the mat.

Finally, the larger man of the match was on his back. Trent looked to take this opportunity to go for the pin on the downed Batista.

Batista would still be in this one, as he kick out at a solid 2 count.

Batista was still in the match and kicked out. The frustrated Trent would slap the mat and get back to his feet.

Batista would start showing slight movements, as his name "Animal" didn't come from laying around on the mat.

Trent began to stalk what once was the hunter, but who has now become the hunted. Waiting for him to get to his feet and turn to Trent.

Batista would eventually get up and turn to the waiting Trent!

Batista was up to his feet with a straightened back. Trent would merely look to grab Batista's arm and irish whip him into the corner.

Batista would look to counter the irish whip into one of his own.

Trent would be thrown into the corner, hitting the turnbuckle back first with a lot of power behind the throw.
