Gon watched the scene with the human struggling with the Spinarak for a few seconds, large eyes blinking before something moved at the corner of his eye and he turned his head. A Deerling, who's brown winter coat was nearly completely turned to pink for the new Spring season stood just past some bushes in a clearing, the tiny deer's eyes were wide, as if startled by the sudden appearance of a boy's head popping out of the bushes.
A few more seconds passed of the two sides just staring at one another, before in a burst of movement all three of them moved at once, "Treecko lets go!" Gon said, leaping out of the bush, while Treecko leaped off of his shoulder, and the Deerling turned to bolt.
By the time Gon and Treecko were out of the bush and situation for a battle the pokemon was gone. Gon winced, but with a glance down to Treecko "Lets get after it!" He said, taking off back down the direction the Deerling ran. Time to put his tracking skills to work! They were going to find that pokemon, and catch it for sure!

The sun dappled against her skin in pools of gold, shifting and stretching with every breeze. Tesla turned her gaze up towards the whispering canopy, tilting her head.
A poet would have some fine words for a place like this. Something about the long grass curling off mighty oaks like waves crashing against a shore. Or maybe the smells. It smelled nice. All sweet and soft and oh great Ho-ho she was so boooooorrreeeed.
Three hours. Three hours she'd been sitting in this stupid tree, surrounded by stupid forest and what did she get? A butt full of splinters, that's what. She could go tromping about; explore a bit but that kind of defeated the purpose. Pokemon were like people, you didn't just go tripping over the ones you wanted to meet. You had to wait, maybe leave a bit of bait out, and cross your fingers and your toes that luck was on your side that day.
Didn't stop it from being dull as a bag of slowpoke though. Balancing atop a low hanging branch, Tes peered over her drawn knees to glance at her bait again. A simple bar of half eaten chocolate looked back at her from long fingers of grass. Tesla's logic was simple: If the pokemon was going to turn down chocolate it wasn't cool enough to hang out with her anyway.
Apparently there weren't any cool pokemon in the forest.
Heaving a soft sigh, she quietly unfolds the map that'd been hastily stuffed down her shirt earlier. Area two was circled, along with a few doodles and what looked like a chocolate smear.
Her stomach growled.

Days he had traveled through these foreign lands, bearing the brunt of a new world atop his naked back. The promise of Nirvana teased his senses, pulling him; daring him to keep moving. Never stop, can't stop, he would walk until his feet bled dry and only dust remained. It was his Ark, his Grail, his salvation and he would not be stopped.
At least, that was Tes's version of what went down as a caterpie made a beeline for her chocolate. Antenae twitching, it seemed to melt out of the forest as tiny legs carried it as fast as they could to the base of Tes's tree.
Fast, but not fast enough. Flipping the poke ball out, Tesla watched on baited breath. It twitched once, twice, three times; then...stillness.
"Woop, woop!" Punching victory in the air, Tesla rose to her feet and grasped the length of safety rope attaching her to the branch. After scaling down the trunk, she pushes off to collect her prize.
"Hmm not exactly what I was hoping for." She mused, eyeing the poke ball carefully. "But can't deny your good taste. Here one sec..." Clicking the release button, Tes couldn't help but flinch at the zap of energy curling around her shoulder. She relaxed when the catterpie popped into view, nose brushing her cheek.
"Here," she kneeled down to collect the chocolate, breaking off a piece for the tiny critter. "You deserve it. Now hang on, day's not over yet." As the bug pokemon enjoyed its treat, Tesla moved back to scale her tree. Once back on the branch she collected her rope; attaching it to her hip before grabbing another branch overhead for balance.
Pulling out her map, Tesla gestured to area three. "We're gonna stick to the high road little bud. So don't let go." Folding away her map, Tesla begins to weave her way through the forest's thick canopy; hardly a leaf falling in her wake.

(I had Randerin permission for this post ^_^)
The forest canopy sang about her; branches creaking and whining while leaves whistled secrets in her ears. Left, right, up, down; always be sure to keep three points of contact, test your weight before moving. Can it hold? No? Find another path. There was always a path, always a way. Boots carrying her from one branch to the next, Tesla didn't stop until a flash of yellow caught her eye.
A joltik, huddled against a flash of stone, raised it's pincers against the keen gaze of one very hungry pidgey. The bird pokemon hopped two and fro, jabbing its beak forward only to be turned away again and again by tiny bursts of electricity. So enraptured by it's would be meal, the pidgey appeared completely oblivious to the trainer cowering only a few yards away. And Tesla? Well, it was a bird Pokemon; they never looked up.
"Oh no you don't!" Tesla kicked off a low hanging branch reaching just over the other trainer's head. A shower of leaves played in her wake. Pokeball in hand, she tosses it at the joltik before hitting the ground rolling; taking the pidgey with her.
Tesla wasn't sure what hurt worse, spring boarding off a tree or getting her face pecked off by a pidgey.
"Ack!" Tumbling to a stop, Tesla drew her arms against furiously beating wings. Her skin goose pimpled from the cold air, the flesh of her forearms rubbed raw from her scrape with gravity. "Quick! Throw a pokeball at it!"

Aeitel nearly fainted when the scream of a person and the showering of leaves rained down upon her. She braced herself on the tree as her knees gave out; her sight blurry from the excruciating experience unfolding in front of her eyes.
"Quick! Throw a pokeball at it!"
The words caught Aeitel off guard again, but she quickly reached into her bag and grabbed every single Pokéball she owned...which was seven. With a giant squeal and heave, she unloaded everyone of them at the pair. She knew if she didn't attempt to save the woman, that there wouldn't be a woman left. As the balls flew, they would rain down in a wide spread on and around the Pidgey and woman.
