"Yes. Our parents decided to ship us all off to this school once all the fog and weirdness stuff was over." He honestly hadn't gone out and about in the village often when the fog had decended upon it. His parents had a bad feeling about the whole thing and had kept him inside their home. Which he had had no qualms about. More time for reading. And finding out if the shrine maiden in his one book found hot, passionate love. His hand instinctively went to the hidden pocket at his breast he kept that particular book in. "Not yet. Nothing worth mentioning I guess from the mundane day to day goings on." He cocked an eyebrow. A vacuum on a rampage in the library? Part of him figured that wasn't anything truly unusual here. Sidron had to admit, the idea of not being able to take a nice swim didn't sound all that great. He enjoyed a nice dip every now and again. "Well, if you ever did decide to go swimming you could probably find some kind of protective suit. You would be amazed at what lives at the bottom of lakes and such. Hearing about it does no justice."

Whump.
Wrex hit the ground as his mount dismissed itself with a huff, and the boil whined as he uncurled most pitifully and picked himself up. Where was he again? Something about...oh right. The Not Boring Trip to a Field. He considered just plopping down in the boss and catching some more shut eye in peace when he heard a familiar voice.
His head jerked towards the sound.
Yes. Yes. YAS.
"SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII," Wrex screed as he barreled past several students, large tail tripping and slapping more as it waved to and fro just to keep his balance, and went for a Bruteball style tackle at the dragon and his poor companion.
~Kiana_Nala~ I'll let you decide which one got smacked because I'm the worst at making decisions dlfkgjs you're also free to have clothing or something snag on his tail as it's got plenty of spikes

Maybe he was too smart. For a moment she was excited about the prospect of a suit for swimming, but quickly she was upset at all the fascinating things at the bottom of lake she had been missing. In the middle of pouting and coming up with another reason she didn't want to swim, hopefully a good one, something barreled toward her. Sucre couldn't help the loud shriek that she let out as a sort of large (to her, What was with all these big boils?!) reptilian boil flew toward she assumed her bus buddy and thusly had to get through her. If she wasn't careful he probably would go through her and that would just be a huge mess. She quickly pushed herself against her seat and toward Sidron, goo straining against the force and dripping more out of her clothes.

Here he was, having a mildly interesting conversation with this gooey ghoul when all of a sudden he heard a familiar screeching coming from the front of the bus. Heading straight for him. Oh s**t. Sidron had to think fast otherwise Sucre was going to be part of a very painful sandwich. A wing flared out in front of the ghoul as he moved forward, effectively placing himself between her and Wrex. Grabbing the other boil by the head with a large clawed hand then wrapping his other arm around his neck. Absorbing the force of his tackle and placing Wrex in a head lock. Sidron was used to this from his Bruteball buddy so he had plenty of practice catching the other boil when he went in for a tackle. At least when he was paying attention. And not being tackled from behind. "Wrecking ball. I wondered when you were going to show up."

It all happened so fast the ghoul wouldn't be able to recount the events accurately, not that she didn't elaborate on her stories anyways. One thing she did know was that she was in fact whole, and somehow the dragon-boil had ended up in front of her. Just a bit in shock, she said "Your name is wrecking ball?" it wouldn't be a bad name for him she supposed?

Indu was all about extra-curricular. The insanely early depart time was simply marking it as something only dedicated students would sign up for. Dedicated students who would get lots of extra credit, delicious, delicious extra credit. She was up at four on the day, but had waited until half past five before leaving her room. There was a fine line between dedicated student and sitting alone waiting for everyone else to arrive, making a spectacle of yourself. Trotting up to the buss, she patted her hair down into place. Unlike any students who might be yawning or dragging their heels, she was playing the good student. With any luck she'd get noticed as the stand-out during the trip, and get offers for extra tutoring. Approaching the female professor, she waited for her turn to speak. "Indu ibn Qurra, sn - erm, first year, Reaper! I'm very excited to be going on this field trip! I hope to learn a lot. Is there anything we need to bring? I couldn't find a list - so I just packed uh - " Glancing down at the large purse she had slung over her shoulder, she couldn't help but thinking that whatever they needed, she'd be able to find it in there. Indu had packed for ever kind of situation, minus being stranded on an island for a month, or perhaps walking along a seabed. Or going into space. Not really locations that they were likely to go to, honestly. Besides, if anything really important had been required, it would have been written on the board. Still, good to show you were enthusiastic. " - everything. Erm. I'll go take a seat now, thank you!" A wide, enthusiastic smile was shot towards Professor Winter, then Indu turned and trotted up onto the bus, looking around for a place to sit. Perhaps beside someone else who looked equally capable. There was no point in getting saddled with a student who was just going to hang off her and get in her way the entire trip. Who the heck is this.Kwasi had heard feet outside in the coridor, interrupting him from a sprawled nap on the floor. Was there some kind of drill? Had that weird fog returned? Sitting up and flailing around, he was halfway through getting dressed before he fully woke up and came to his senses. No, the entire building wasn't running screaming down the hall, he'd be able to hear that. He peevishly finished pulling on his clothes and hurried out the door to give the offending feet a piece of his mind. No one was supposed to be up this hour! Unfortunately, he had taken to long, and the owner of said noise had already walked out of sight. Standing in his doorway, squinting sleepily around, he had debated chasing after them versus turning around, closing the door, and dropping back down onto the floor to continue with his beauty sleep. Then his stomach rumbled, answering the internal debate on more sleep vs sulking around the school. It wasn't until he was halfway across the campus quad that he noticed the students gathering by the buses. At first he approached just to see what was going on, then with panic setting in. Was there something going on? Was it something he should know about? Was he gonna get put on academic probation again? s**t, s**t, s**t. Sure there weren't that many students, but still. What if everyone else had left already. What if these were the only remaining students on campus. Oh no, the nightmare was coming true. Hurrying over, hands cold with nerves, he approached the male teacher, and tried not to visibly show how wigged out he was on the inside. "Uh - uhhh ... sorry I'm late? Kwasi, snot goblin, monster -- uhh - right I'll go sit on the bus?" And who the heck is this.((open for interacting w other people too emotion_kirakira ))

Carlos watched all the creeple board the bus from his spot right at the front. He curled up in the seat nesting on his tail and nibble his crackers and stared at all the creeple passing by with his usual grin on his face.
No one was paying much attention to the cat so he settled in contentment staring at them all and watching the activity. Oh this was fun!
The apparition of these faces in the crowd; Petals on a wet, black bough.
He hummed to himself, enjoying his spot.

Field. Trip.
Those two words, when combined, were rather thrilling for Treoris. Though the posted announcement might have seemed dubious for some, the dragon boil was new enough that the whole affair appeared to have occurred in a rather logical fashion. No matter how it had come about, it was, beyond a shadow of a doubt, a delightful opportunity to expand his mental library of knowledge. That, and there hadn't been a descriptor for this little jaunt, and if there was anything that the gold dragon loathed, it was an unknown that he couldn't look up the answer for and thus set his confusion to rest.
Waking up early wasn't really a problem, he'd just set his alarm a bit earlier and the incessant chirping had awoken him with more than enough time to get his stuff together.
His messenger bag, laden with well-worn sketchbooks, two of the novels he was currently reading, and a small assortment of writing utensils, was tucked securely under his arm as he meandered his way over to Professor Winter and her waiting clipboard. "Treoris. Monster. I'm new." Short sweet and to the point.
The less he had to talk to anyone, the better. He had questions, but right now he was riding on the assumption that they would be answered in due time. So he merely ambled his way onto the bus, hoping to score a seat in the back while sighing woefully at the noisiness of his fellow classmates. Quote: Nope. I have no idea what I'm doing here.

The demon hellhound was mulling about the town when some commotion was going on by the campus. He had recently finished moving his things out of the demon dormitory, and was taking a break, when he was wondering around Halloween Town Square. It was then that he had seen a professor ushering students into a bus. Was it a class field trip? He rather enjoyed those. The professor often took the students some place fun... well, fun was operative, but different. Coming up to the authority figure, Uru tried his best to appear... not surly. Offering a more relaxed expression - brows up, mouth slightly smirked, hands to his side as oppose to in his pockets. "Are alumni allowed? I'm Uru, a demon. I recently graduated, but I am all for new things." The tall, demon hound offered. He waited for the professor's response. Did not want to assume and ascend into the transport before doing so.

Siobhan, a normally reclusive and rather terrible excuse for a banshee, floated towards the professors with a nervous smile.
"Si---Siobhan Kennedy! Um.. s-second year, Ghost." She smiled, giggling nervously again and whisking her way into the bus. She so rarely took part in anything school related. Or socially related. Honestly, how she held a position in school any longer was alarming. Surely more deserving students could use a room in the ghost dorms. Siobhan herself seemed to spend very little time learning the curriculum and too much time learning crochet or reading gossip magazines.
The long haired banshee found herself a seat, floating above it as if she wasn't yet committed to sitting down properly.

Caught like some mad monstrous sportsball, Wrex could only cackle with glee at Sidron's sharp reactions. "Wrexing ball!" he shouted with delight at his own genius, not seeming to mind he was causing a small commotion, let alone that his large, spiky, wagging tail was still obstructing the path through the bus. Whoops?
He allowed the noogies to continue a few moments more before scrabbling out of the dragon's grasp, happy to try and nose his way as the third person in a clearly two person seating arrangement. And speaking of nose--he smelled more villagers! Guessing away, he snarled in traditional Daggerback greeting at a surly looking gold dragon before, probably most confusingly, breaking into a toothy grin. And the ghoul with them even, he noticed belatedly, smelled very, very strange herself.
And sweet.
His stomach, ever the master of the boil's actions for the most part, began to rumble. Wrex tried to nudge past Sidron's wing to sniff his buddy over. Like any proper Daggerback greeting should be, he bared his teeth at her in a snarl most non-villagers couldn't really deem friendly. Had Sidron perhaps been waiting for him to surprise him with a special treat?

Skip classes? Oh hell to the yeah. That was all Piper needed to shimmy down that early morning to the bus, make up on point and hair so fly she oughta grow wings for something so beautiful.
"Piper Blacke, newly third year-ified hob goblin, Reaper, and soon to be rising star~" she reported to the professors with a wink.
Her status clearly meant she needed to start practicing to look all....mentory, she guessed. After all, what better way to get loyal fans and future contributors to her career than by being nice to them while they're needy little students?
She plopped right down next to a ghostly looking cat, half just to get a seat and half because he reminded her of the strange Wonderland dream. "Sup, kitten~" she greeted him as she sat back and folded her arms behind her head. "You spittin' poetry to yourself or somethin'?"

Carlos had friend! Carlos had friend! Carlos suddenly launched into Piper's lap and started purring and putting his head under her hand. "A riddle or two makes the time fly by!" He giggled and nested in his new spot half curled on the other student. Were they supposed to do this? Maybe not, did he care? No. medigel Hi. You should have expected this.

Because someone has to.
Gene sighed to herself, floating up to the professors with a grin and wave - had she seen these two at the counter before? It was likely. Gene saw so many creeple, lately. "Genevieve, Alumni, Ghost. I'm here to-"
Her attentions became quickly affixed on the battery of noises coming from the bus and the students around it, particularly one scareling blocking the bus with his tail.
"I'm here to help." She sighed, smiling. Jack, these new ones seemed a handful...

Sidron couldn't help the chuckle at Sucre's question. "No, its Wrex. Wrecking ball is the nickname we gave him in Bruteball. For obvious reasons." He shifted his position in the seat as Wrex nudged his way in. Hearing the stomach rumble and the sudden interest Wrex took in the ghoul Sidron kept his wing in place for a moment. "Not food, Wrex." Once he had made that statement clear he moved his wing. Settling into the seat once more, no matter how uncomfortable it seemed it was going to be with the three of them. "He's from Miasma village as well." He explained to Sucre. "Though a bit more rough around the edges than some. Its just in his nature."Orange eyes turned to Wrex. "Is your brother not with you?" Usually the two traveled as a pair but he did not see the other Daggerback.

Torsten blinked when he felt the nudge, turning surprised he saw Mellow. The small dragon seemed to brighten considerablely and then threw his arms around the others neck in greeting. "Mellow~!!!"The smaller male let go with a bounce and a giggle. "Did you wanna sit together?" He waved a hand towards the bus.
