Jae noticed the same thing as Xander did as they got ready to start, the girl was going to jump. Xander had played basketball so she had a feeling he would try and stop it. He wasn't going to be the only one though. As the girl said go instantly she would snap kick as the speed of it created a sonic boom, creating the thorn whips. They would just a bit above where she had been standing which would time right with her jump. Even if Xander didn't manage to slow her down the girl would practically be jumping straight into them. She shouldn't have made it so clear what she was going to do. Regardless the snap kick began her run as her treks came to life and she took off at quite a quick pace. She was pretty confident her acceleration was past the other two. Xander, she had been around and this girl seemed more of a jump type anyways. She would be up and scaling the building already and once on it she'd glance backward waiting to see how close the girl was to her. Least her thorn whips could nullify wind and in turn, some of the tricks, maybe even go through a shield.

A few strands ... A few strands. At this pace? To stop someone attempting to increase her speed in the manner that James did, a few strands would only be a gift for his fingers, and one that James would pay back later. A few strands to remember her by would grace his fingers, but it would not halt her motion. The thorns embedding themselves in her side as her teeth did grit, snarling as the wind released from her winds. Sadly for Jae, whom did not have the same mobility as James.
The acceleration for one upon grounded surfaces was not the same as one airborne. She was just as agile in the air, as Jae was upon the ground. Not only that, but Jae had to build up her speed, and James through the culmination of her wind bursts (Crash Landed:: Clark Kent Appears) could reach max speed almost instantly and carry that speed as long as she remained uninhibited in her motion. Therein, James was already going as fast as one could utilizing air trek technology, and Jae was not. As long as she did not land, she would never have to worry about slowing either. If she took the time to glance back, she would see a blaze of green soaring beyond her, wind caressing her features as James went by. They were not the same, and if it wasn't obvious by from before, it should be now.
"In competition James didn't need cheap tricks and pathetic tactics. Her green eyes glanced back over her shoulder as she would soar. "I see you're both just as ******** disgusting in competition." Her hair was thick enough that the strands would not be missed, but to stop someone from moving more than a few strands would be needed. You'd have to grab a lot more than that, this wasn't some delicate flower.

Failure. Well, he didn't expect that to work. He should of probably went of more of a grab or something. He had the length, but he was lazy. Getting a few strands of hair, that, was what he expected. No matter, he was curious what would go faster, air or air treks. He would have to see. He realized that there was no James and would immediately sling a fang at her. The fang going towards her back while she was going into the thorns of Jae. He wouldn't look to see what the results were as he instead went towards the building and would start to climb up it with a series of push offs and spins. He was trying to get up and catch up. Hopefully Jae knew how to shoot her down, but probably be tough to do. Man, how he got into this?! Just couldn't be a lazy ******** huh?
→Bloody Fang l C -------► The true masterpiece of the Bloody Road starts with the most basic production of the Bloody Fang, taking off in many different directions from there. First and foremost, the user's aggressive run is taken to a level where they hold mastery over the specific "Zero-Max-Zero (0-100-0)" principle. The user will combine both speed and strength to force max acceleration before stunting the 'dash' process required to build such. Following, the user releases the built up braking heat within a powerful kick forward. The inertial energy follows the trend of a single, wide, crescent kick before taking the shape and being shot outwards with the force of an immense shock wave. Being such an immense accumulation of energy, this trick is said to cut the atmosphere upon production. This is a C Class trick.

Jae could feel the wind from James as the girl was about to sore past her. Quickly thinking she did a certain trick pass that would work quite well here. In Step: Reverse Turn Stance would basically allow her to whiplash around unexpected as her leg would make use of it to create a sonic boom and more thorn whips would be used. But wait there was more that leg wouldn't just do nothing and create thorn whips, it would also most likely smash into James who was going in a nice straight line to pass her. The thorn whips would tear through the air she was using to lift herself up so fast as well as do some damage to James assuming everything went according to plan. Then once again she would use Step: Reverse Turn Stance to turn back around and continue going forward. If her plan worked the girl would be currently going down thanks to her leg and thorn whip. Regardless she would continue up the building hoping that was plenty enough time stalling for her to reach max accel. Or maybe if she was lucky the girl would hit her head falling, fat chance of that though.

→ In Step: Reverse Turn Stance l F x2 -------► The "In step" is a simple move of simply pointing the toes inwards meeting a 90"-45" degree angle placing their heels at an angle too. This positioning of the feet allows one to consistently keep themselves moving in an forward motion while the other skate causes them to veer to the left or right and perform something for a short or wide turn. This motion is a basic thing that most anyone can do but when reversing the forward motion into a backwards one reveals the full use of the In Step: Reverse Stance. The Stance causes a tight spinning turn about motion that can allow the rider to turn around abruptly to change direction fluidly out of their forward run. By slowing their motion and Turning all at once and one AT pulls back while the other pushes forward into the reversed motion. This way the rider can aim their back or front in any direction in short notice and perform attacks in this turn about fashion that may benefit from the recoiling whiplash of pulling back their forward momentum abruptly to swing their bodies about or continue to spin in place. This motion is more strong than fast and requires the rider to bend their knees slightly or rather low to adjust according to how much recoil their speed incurred. As time passes this turn about motion can fluidly work in to just about any run style the user may conceive as they progress growing more fluid as they grow in ability.

The thing about the distance that James was covering, was that she wasn't arrogant with her placements, she wasn't so naive as to believe she was Queen of the Sky. Not yet.
But that she soared so close to this girl was just that, a calculated risk, because should she need to for any reason alter her trajectory without the use of her wind, then it would be just as such.
Down.
As her treks hit the side of the building she could feel herself slow a little, the friction was ruining her run, but it was unavoidable as she slid underneath Jae's leg and the barrage of remedial thorns she had fired. The momentum she had built upon from reaching max speed allowing her a clean transition. Not that the thorns would have hit her anyway, the arc of her kick wouldn't have been wide enough to launch thorns directly at her if the leg was aimed to hit. The arc would stop then, and the resulting thorns would be halted, because the thing needed for their creation would no longer exist. A wide kick, and however wide it was before, a kick that did not extend in front of Jameson would not create thorns that fired towards her
"Get the ******** off me." The wind around James exploded, while the woman's leg was still up, shoving into Jae's back and pushing her down the side of the building if she were hit, and directly into the fang that Xander had launched up after her. This was a race, wasn't it? Then why did it seem like the only person interested in running it was the girl who had the nastiest attitude? That should show you shouldn't it, how awful people really are. That her anger is justified, she had given them a way out without harm, and all they could think of was hurting her. She wasn't going to fight them, she was going to win, and Jae forgot to focus on that.
After the burst of wind from the impact wind, another jet stream would leave her as she went soaring up the side of the building once more. Her hands behind her as she went soaring. She didn't look back this time, what would she see? People who did everything in their power to tie down her wings instead of finding wings of their own.

Propelling himself upwards the building. He would continue to do so. He had grown to cover, but it seem that what was going on between the two was beneficial to him. He didn't know who was winning. He didn't know who was getting their a** kicked. His fang shot earlier either was going to hit or miss one of them depending on the actions that was taken by Jae. Jae's kick was dodged, James unleashing an impact wind and trying to go for the win. Xander? He completely ignored the s**t that was going on and was focusing on scaling as fast as he could His treks letting out pzeoelectric sparks as he made each turn. With their little skirmish, he had to be gaining ground right? He just hoped Jae would be okay. If things went a certain way, she might be cut by his fang he had shot....but maybe she had a way to prevent that? He didn't know.

Jae was honestly surprised this girl reacted that quick to the snap kick she had made. She ducked under it basically avoiding it all and pushing Jae down the building with her annoying a** wind. She was starting to get real annoyed at this b***h. She acted as if they wouldn't attack her considering she literally chose the best possible race for herself, what a hypocrite. As she was falling down she would twist her body and create two snaps required to fire off her thorns. Two sets of Thorn whips would head for James and the wind propelling her up. Set to tear through that s**t and bring the girl down. Jae would then get hit by the fang and take it decently well. She was pretty tough so it wasn't too bad compared to some other riders. She looked down and saw her jumpsuit torn down the front as if there was a zipper. Her was bra was exposed and there was a little blood but it was not much damage. She would twist her body once more and grab onto the side of the building bringing her AT's down onto it and slowing to a stop. She ended up on a windowsill where she would sit down and see if Xander could take it. Hopefully, her thorn whips would take the girl down a peg, if she wasn't going to look behind her then it'd be quite a surprise.

Perhaps, there could be trouble if James were fighting them. Two versus One was often unfavorable odds in a parts war. Especially one of such low rank. Alas, she was not fighting them, she was racing them.
And with them both behind her, she need not bother with any other trivialities. She heard the crack of the whips, a draft of wind caught her attention as she would reach out and touch it. The very air, this high up, it was like a slipstream that caressed her form. She wrapped herself in it and spun to her right, still soaring higher. Letting the whips cut a space she was no longer at, oh but to dream that her mobility was so fragile. Her run so limited, had she not just seen. She compelled the wind to her hands once more, continuing her drifting while escalating to the pinnacle of the building. Burst. Her hands flung out behind her again, the wind roared beneath her command and she was rocketing once more.
But they were behind her, and they were beneath her.

Xander would make his way to the top of the hotel, his mood not really changing much. He already accepted defeat a while ago, but he probably have to deal with Jae more because one that was a loss and two she probably wasn't going to be happy he was going to be using her money. He could pay her back though. However, he was good enough for damage control. Landing onto the top and looking, he would yawn. That was, enough excitement. Not really. He already knew what to expect. Jae didn't bother going back up the building she was done with that. Sitting on the windowsill she'd shoot Xander a quick text letting him know she'd be down at the base of the building off to the side. It'd be better to just avoid the girl all together anyways. Plus James would probably try and take a snap of her appearance and try and sell it off. Regardless Jae hopped off the windowsill and rode back down to the base of the hotel off to the side so she wouldn't be standing in the front like this. She'd wait there for Xander to come back down. She wasn't lazy but going up that building after she nearly just ate it was not her idea of great. besides the minute her last attack hadn't stopped the girl nothing was going to. Xander had been less than useful this race but what could one do. The game was rigged from the start anyways. "He needs to hurry up I'd rather not have someone stumble upon me like this."

She landed softly atop the roof, letting the air from the heights blow against her. She stuffed her hands into the pockets of her jumpsuit, luckily it was stretchy. It'd have to be to fit her form anyway. Her eyes closed, she was surprisingly calm, letting the air blow against her. Why wasn't she this calm all the time, she didn't know, but it felt different when she was riding. No explanation.
"It doesn't matter." The normal twang of African American Vernacular had been erased from her speech pattern as she spoke. She turned to look at Xander. "We're all bad people, I'm just honest about it." Hands on her pockets she would walk toward Xander and stare up at the tall man. She smiled a bit, smirking, no teeth bare. She seemed peaceful, much more so than she was when she first came to the building.
"You're kind of ugly up close, now where's my ******** food?"

Receiving the text message, he quickly responded and would send Jae on her way. He basically informed her to go ahead and get inside while he handled this. She also was going to be repaid as well. It wasn't smart stay out in the open. That was for sure. After his reply was sent, he would look to see the woman walk up to him. Seem her vernacular was changed as well. Was her attitude just a front? Or, was this the effects of riding her road?
"We're all bad people, I'm just honest about it."
Is that so? He couldn't help but let that line play in his head a few times.He was truly caught off guard by her small smile. A friendly gesture? Of course it was followed by a rude comment. "My dad sucked at giving me some good genetics.~ Come on, lets get you situated" he responded before giving her the details to the room so she could charge all the food to them. As far as where the food was now? She either was going to have to wait for it to come up, or go to it. They did have a kickback during this time where she could get some finger foods that was free. Once she was taken care of, he was going to go back to Jae's room.

Jae looked at the text message and got back inside quickly. She headed up to the room not bothering to stop for anything. It wouldn't be long hopefully till Xander was in here. She needed to let off some real steam anyways. Plus she needed to test Xander to see if he was good for his word or not. She'd get upstairs into the penthouse and head to the couch sitting down. She looked around at all her underwear still scattered about and just smiled. Xander would be getting to know every single pair she owned, and she owned a lot of underwear and clothes. Being a model will do that. "And now I wait, hopefully, he's not having to hard of a time and is smart enough to make sure the girls comped only the night. "

A deep breath, imagining leaving this height right now, she couldn't do it. She didn't want to do it, down there at the doors of the Hotel was the real world. Up here, at the top of a twenty four story building, she was a bird.
