Hiro smiled at her as she laughed, but it quickly turned to an expression of concern as she coughed again right after. His wings remained around the pair though, causing his purple eyes to glow very faintly from the gloom it caused. There was still that small strip allowing a very small amount of light to enter, but it wasn't enough to bother blocking out entirely so he left it.

As he felt her tug his shirt, he placed his hand gently over hers and smiled at her once more. He truely wanted to help her, but didn't understand exactly how he'd be able to. He felt her shiver next and hugged her a bit more tightly with his other arm. Then he frowned slightly as she spoke, tilting his head. "What is?" he asked calmly.

"T-That...my Father is dead..." Alyssa replied faintly, running a clammy hand through her sweaty strands of blonde hair. "I...couldn't control myself..." Alyssa breathed heavily as if a large burden was cuttong of her oxygen supply. Her eyes grew wide for a few seconds, but then sropped to normal size; she was going to show Hiro exactly what she meant.

"Here...I'll show you what I mean.." Her breathing grew raspy at a rapid pace, and the sweat that had finally stopped forming at her brow appeared again. Alyssa's body began shaking vigorously but she pushed herself away from Hiro so he wouldn't be able to do anything. Alyssa made her way to the opposite side of the room, and stood with her eyes closed.

"You will see...what happened that night.." Her voice was completely different. It seemed much deeper, a more masculine voice moxed with her feminine tone; two people were speaking at once to Hiro. The room grew foggy again, the lights diminished and Alyssa's eyes opened suddenly; the pure white of her eyes were reflecting all her memories. After a moment of eerie silence, Alyssa's memories began playing into the room as if Hiro and she were in the middle of it all; they were there and watching this horror unfold.

The sky was black, obviously nighttime, and the smell of blood reigned down on the city where Alyssa resided. Bodies lined the streets as if the corpses were there everyday; the puncture marks in their necks were freshly made, along with the blood that spilled into pools around them.

It wasn't a minority killing spree or anything of that sort; children, women and men scattered the streets in the eerie scene of blood and destruction. This was the work of a great hunter who knew what they needed or wanted, and could do it quickly without much of any notice from the sleeping civilians.

Alyssa sat ontop of the building where her father worked, covered in blood and shaking violently. Her eyes were an eerie red that night, and it looked as if she were about to fall over dead from a seizure. Her head jerked back and forth as if looking for someone to come and stab her in the back or commit some sort of crime. Tears of blood leaked from her eyes like faucets; everything was terrifying from her veiw point.

Suddenly, she heard a familiar voice behind her speaking. His voice was shaking: afraid, yet trying to comfort, deadly and upset."Alyssa...go home..now." Alyssa turned to face her father, though she could not bring herself to look him in the eyes; she had disgraced her entire family. "Daddy...I-" she began, but was quickly cut off by the sounds of screams and words calling out 'murder' and 'treachery.'

"Go! Hide with you Mother!" Her father demanded, giving her a quick hug before disappearing down the staircase which lead to the bottom floor; he was covered in the blood she had spilt. Alyssa had no reason not to disobey her father, and so, she jumped from the roof of the business building to another, and another until she was a great distance from the city; the screams had become distant now, but the feeling Alyssa had wasn't at all.

Her mother was standing in the doorway with a rag and a deadly glare. "Father must have told her..." Alyssa thought, making sure her mind was blocked. Alyssa kept her eyes on the grass as her mom shoved her inside the mansion hissing insanely.

"You idiot! I told you to feed, not to go on a rampage!!" Alyssa's mother snapped, baring her fangs angrily. She began wiping away the blood that covered her daughter's body, but found it easier just to put a spell on a few rags and a bucket to get the job done."Now...go downstairs and stay there!" Alyssa's mother said with a softer tone now that she had calmed herself some.

Without question, Alyssa hurried into the cellar and sat at the lower window that still gave her a full veiw of the outside. What she saw haunted her forever.

A mob of citizens were walking up their walkway with a person's body above their heads. Men and women carried torches and pitchforks while only about six or seven carried the body. Alyssa's Mother stepped outside and collapsed to the ground when she saw who the body belonged to.

However, the dream-like show didn't end where Alyssa had last time. The nightmare continued on. It became more gruesome too.

As Alyssa watched her mother collapse into tears, the mob of citizens dropped the body limply infront of her. "You Vampre!! How dare you kill all that we love and cherished! You have no hearts! This is just a small portion of what your daughter caused this eve!!" One of them spat coldly, kicking her Father's body, and listening to a few of his ribs crack.

Alyssa sat in the cellar with a look of pure terror and hate for the mobsters who had murdered her Father; this was too much. She galloped towards the door with her fangs bared and a knife she had found clutched tightly in her hand. "Don't you dare come out here my child..." Her Mother's voice whispered coldly into her mind, but Hiro could still hear this since Alyssa was letting him hear everything.

She froze and sighed in obedience. The knife fell to the floor with a soft clatter as did Alyssa. The entire movie that she had been playing for Hiro diminished in a matter of seconds; the last thing that was veiwed was a picture of Alyssa crying onto the stone floor.

Hiro blinked in surprise. Her fault... Her father's dead? he thought, still gazing at her with the same comforting expression. He didn't want to make her feel any worse than she did. His head tilted slightly as she offered to show him, but before he could ask how, her breathing worsened again and she broke into a sweat. He kept his arms around her. "Alyssa?" he said softly, holding her tighter as she began to shake, but releasing her reluctantly as she pushed him away.

He watched her move to the other side of the room, then slowly stood himself to watch her. He took a small step towards her, but paused as she spoke again. He was very taken aback by her voice, startled even. It was like two people at once, female and male mixed together, and he was definitely confused. He shifted uncertainly as the fog appeared once more, and then glanced towards Alyssa's now white eyes, staring into them for a moment.

He jumped slightly as his eyes shifted towards the ceiling, watching it take on the appearance of a darkened sky. Then the scent of blood filled his nose and he quickly covered it, not wishing to lose himself to it. His eyes widened as he saw all of the bodies littering the ground, and then Alyssa herself perched atop a building.

He blinked as he saw the man from earlier appear before her, telling the girl to go home. He watched Alyssa's mother scolding her, and then Alyssa as she hid herself in the cellar. His eyes widened further as he saw the body the mob was carrying. Then Hiro bit his lip as the scene continued. He felt his fists clench as the mob dumped the body before Alyssa's sobbing mother. He actually growled at his words, finding the villagers knew it wasn't the man's fault, but had killed him anyway. That was unforgivable! He felt like lunging towards the man who'd spoken, but knew it wouldn't do anything at all.

He watched as Alyssa leapt towards the door with a knife, but didn't understand why she'd paused. Then he assumed her mother must have telepathically told her to do something. He watched anxiously as Alyssa dropped to the floor. Even after the images had faded, Hiro just stood there, still trying to process all he'd seen.  

[Raine_Falls]

Alyssa gasped for air as she collapsed onto the floor sweat dripping down her pale skin like small rivers. Her hands latched onto the first thing she could find; the desk. Slowly, Alyssa pulled herself up and whined when her knees began to buckle. She caught herself from falling luckily, but used all her muscle just to keep herself up off the floor.

This was part of her Telepathy ability she rarely used because it took up so much energy. Revealing her memories to others was something a master of Telepathy could even have trouble completing, especially if it were a long, sequence. In this case, it was quite long; if she hadn't of ended it there, Alyssa could have been in real danger. However, she said nothing to Hiro about it; she didn't want him to worry.

"So...n-now...y-you...know.."She stammered uneasily, still trying to catch up on her breathing. Her eyes had returned to their normal brownish red, but something was still odd about Alyssa; she wasn't herself. The muscles in her arms and legs were pounding from over-use and everything in the room began spinning. Alyssa could barely focus on one item because the room, and Hiro, were moving in such a quick fashion.

Without any notiong of what was going on, Alyssa lost her conciousness and fell to the floor with a loud thump. She mumbled a few words in the first few moments but then grew silent. As she fainted, the fog disipated along with the darkness in the room. Everything looked normal again.

Hiro looked up sharply as he heard Alyssa gasp for breath, breaking him from his trance. He blinked several times and then started towards her, pausing as he saw her stand and then nearly fall, but use the desk to stable herself. He didn't understand what was going on. His mind was still spinning from the memories he'd just viewed, but he assumed showing such a long sequence of events must have taken a lot out of her. He'd never seen it done before now.

He looked back at her as she spoke again, nodding his head slowly but remaining silent. He stared into her eyes, noting they'd changed back to normal. As Alyssa suddenly fell to the floor, he darted forward, wincing at the thump as she hit. "A-Alyssa?" he stammered, kneeling beside her. He pulled the girl partly into his lap, holding her carefully in his arms. Then he glanced arond again as the fog cleared, and sighed heavily. He shifted some of Alyssa's hair gently from her face as he watched her in silence. For now, she probably just needed to recover. He thought about moving her to her bed to she'd be more comfortable. Hiro slowly stood, bringing her carefully up with him, and then crossed to the bed where he set her down softly.

Alyssa stayed limp in Hiro's arms as he picked her weightless body over to her fluffy bed and set her down gently. She mumbled lightly as she rolled across the bed until she was centered in the middle of her mattress.

A smile covered her light pink lips as she rested comfortabley on the layers of sheets. Her hands were spread out around her as if accepting anyone to come and lie down with her; Alyssa looked so peaceful right now. The nightmare seemed to disappear for now; it was non exsistent in Alyssa's mind right now; this was odd.

Hiro sat down on the edge of the bed, smiling faintly as he watched her center herself uppon the mattress. He shook his head in slight amusement as he watched her a moment longer, noting how her hands were spread. He was for a moment tempted to lie down next to her, but wasn't sure how he'd be recieved when she awoke again. For now, he just remained sitting on the edge, chin propped up on his hand as he gazed at her silently. He was relieved to see her looking so peaceful after being so freaked out just a few moments before.

Alyssa flipped over toward Hiro, resting her hand on his arm unknowingly. Her smile had disappeared, but she still seemed just as relaxed as before; which was a relief to her. She moaned lightly in her sleep, and gripped onto Hiro with a little more force. Still in her dream-like mode, she pulled Hiro down till he was next to her on the bed. Alyssa smirked and yawned sleepily; Alyssa was still asleep, and apparently was having a dream.

Hiro's eyes shifted towards Alyssa as she rolled over, and he smirked faintly as her hand found his arm. He was somewhat concerned that her smile had faded, but he guessed that was to be expected while a person was dreaming. He blinked as her hold tightened, and soon felt himself being pulled down to the bed next to her. He blinked in surprise but simply allowed it.

He saw Alyssa smirk, then yawn and laughed quietly to himslf. Then he slipped his arm gently around her, no longer caring if she woke up hating him. Well, maybe he would care... But currently he didn't. Still smiling faintly to himself, he closed his eyes, yet didn't allow himself to fall asleep.  

[Raine_Falls]

Alyssa curled up into Hiro till her entire body pressed against his gently. She shifted to get comfortable in his arms, but didn't mind the arm at all; maybe she just didn't notice it. Alyssa giggled to herself hoarsly, still obviously tired from her little escapade that had just occured earlier.

Itt was so strange that the nightmare that had always haunted Alyssa's mind when she drifted off into freamland suddenly disappeared, and it didn't even seem like it had ever happened; Alyssa was too dazed though to ponder this thought. She was enjoying her first actual sleep without worrying about the murder of her father.

Hiro felt her shift, moving closer to him, and smiled softly at her, settling his head just beside hers, their faces only inches apart. He gently stroked her hair, moving it lightly from her face once more and then stilled, placing his arm back around her. His mind was racing yet again, as he realized that he was in bed with a girl that he was pretty positive he liked. And he was guessing she liked him as well, or maybe it more like hoping...

Hiro grunted and shrugged off this thought, smiling again as Alyssa giggled. At least she's in a better mood, he nodded to himself. Between that and the fact he was lying here peacefully with her, he couldn't have been more content. Well... His eyes shifted towards her lips, wondering if it'd be wrong while she was sleeping.  

[Raine_Falls]

Alyssa yawned innocently and barely opened one eye, making sure Hiro wouldn't notice her awakening. She smirked inwardly as she closed her eyes again. Alyssa knew what he wanted to do; all Hiro had to do was kiss her. She was almost positive he would pull back, mortified that Alyssa was actually awake. However, it would be nice for Alyssa; she has long awaited some action from Hiro.

Hiro's eyes remained fixed upon Alyssa's mouth as she yawned, but he smiled faintly again as she did. He saw her fangs before her lips came together again, tinted crimson with blood. But strangely, he found he didn't mind. He just kept watching her for a moment, not notcing her eye as it blinked faintly open. Hiro sighed quietly, frowning at himself. I'm such a wimp, he muttered mentally and then slowly leaned towards her. His eyes closed as he lips faintly met hers. He felt guilty, thinking she was still asleep, but couldn't help himself.

Alyssa opened her eyes slowly as she felt the contact between his lips and her own. She smiled into the kiss, returning it with the same gentility he had given her. Alyssa had a feeling he would be mortified, but she didn't care right now; Hiro was what Alyssa wanted right now, and she would what she could to get him.

Hiro blinked in alarm, eyes opening wide as he felt her return the kiss softly as well. He pulled back slightly, staring at her a moment. His cheeks were very faint shade of pink. When had she woken up? "Um...?" he began lamely, but couldn't think of anything to say. And, despite his intentions, his eyes dropped back to focus upon her lips again. His arms were still around her, not releasing their hold. After a short while more, he suddenly laughed at himself and shook his head. "Hell," he muttered, and then kissed her again, more firmly this time, as his eyes closed like before.
