Royal Broil Chalice Palace ~The RP~

He shrugged, but his eyes wandered to the balcony above. He looked back at the woman. Another card appeared. "Bounty hunter?"  

[Silvi Tal]

Her eyes narrowed suspiciously. "Perhaps. Who wants to know?"  

[Fighter for all]

Caylem shrugged. A small dry-erase board and wrote. "I know who you're after." He leaned forward and two cards in his fingers. "He's mine."  

[Silvi Tal]

After a moment's thought, she looked the man over and asked softly, "How much are you gettin' paid for 'im?"  

[Fighter for all]

"Revenge." The next card read. He smiled softly.  

[Silvi Tal]

After considering this she laughed, waving her hand dismissively. "Then be my guest and have him. I've been doing this job long enough to know not to get involved with revenge. They can't pay me enough to get involved with folks involved with revenge."

Caylem smiled and another card appeared. "Food?" it read and he motioned to the buffet.  

[Faulty Ambition]

"Hey there big guy."

Dr. Lootworn turned towards the other man.
"Why hello there. Have you seen-"
He stopped midsentence as the man left the manor.
His gaze crossed the room.
The failed project should be here.
And with him should be information on her whereabouts.
The doctor's gaze came to rest on a woman with long red hair and a mute holding cards.
He lumbered over to them.
"Hello. My name is Doctor Lootworn. Have you seen this girl?"
He projected a small hologram of her in front of the pair.
"Or this... boy?"
A second projection appeared beside the first, this one detailing the failed project.

Caylem looked at the doctor, but didn't respond. He turned and walked away.

Isis was quiet as she watched Caylem and the woman.
What am i doing here?
-Focus you! Where here to destroy evil.-
Yeah yeah im focusing shutup.
She thought to herself. She sighed gently and left the area before she was spotted. She figured she'd sneak around the area somemore.

She regarded the doctor warily, raising an eyebrow and shaking her head, adding mentally to herself, and even if I did, buddy, I don't think I'd let you know...
Maybe she was being too judgemental? ... Nah.
She joined the mute at the buffet, and with a voice that could only be quiet enough for a hunter to utter, she asked, "what's with the Dr. Spooky?"

Caylem wrote something quickly on a napkin and gave it to her. He walked away.

She chuckled, crossing her arms again. Of course he wasn't well-liked. Why else would he have a bounty on his head?

((Dood, I didn't leave the manor))

"Fine ignore me then. THis party sure is getting weird.." muttered Thomas. He continued to wander around, finding someone to talk to. He stoped near Iris, "SO, whats your oppinion?"

Isis sighed and walked over to the buffet. She was too hungry to play 'lets sneak around the mansion the entire time'. Her short blond hair framed her face perfectly. However the scar on her face told whoever looked that she wasnt one to get in a scrap with. She grabbed a plate and started putting food on it.
