Mamoru loves Usagi, but in the last two series he is kinda cold. Seiya on the other hand really cares for her, she's more gentle to her.

I think it's partly because well..he -was- dead. And he was under a spell... not to mention...He's trying to pull off everything so that they can live comfortably.

It's love vs. lust I thing. Tuxedo Mask is/has always been/will always be there for Usagi and that can get a little boring. Still, I think he's better for her because their "love is true" (lame, I know). I still feel bad for Fighter though.
