My friends would pick it up, but thats only if they are desperate for money, but for me, no, I wouldn't, I don't think a penny would drastically change the amount of money I have enough to make me want to pick it up.

I always pick up pennies. I put it in my pocket, If I'm with my friend I'll chuck it at their face and run away but, yeah I'll pick up a penny.

Aubrey Rayvena `Tahirah Aubrey Rayvena I don't pick up pennies... I hang around at bars while my mom works/hangs out, and scour around for all the money the drunk people drop =D Counting the 20 in Alvin's Island I've probably totaled somewhere in the 200's >.>;
I did that at my work for a year(convenience store) and at the end of the night (or my shift), I'd take whatever pennies/silver coins(I snatch them up as soon as they're left there. xD) people left in the give-a-penny-take-a-penny dish.
I made quite a bit. $70 or so, I think.I'm amazed the Manager didn't catch you on camera or anything. xD Considering you didn't 'Give a penny' blaugh

 I didn't until one day when I was at Pac Sun and I saw a wallet with no price tag. So I walked up and asked how much it was. The person said it would only be a penny because it was discontinued and they couldn't give it to me for free. But.....I didn't have any pennies!!!!!! So they have to give me change for a nickle ;.; Now I always pick up pennies.

But seriously I started last school year and I already have close to 300 pennies. I pick them up and also my boyfriend gives me his. ~~~~~~
