people who copy others have no imagination, I would feel sorry for them, but they could try to do something different other than copy others, or at least ask for permission
nobody has coppied mine, but I change it a lot, and I think that most people 'find it kinda ugly sweatdrop

I know I've looked similar to other avi's before because it's hard not to, but I don't think I've ever look exactly like another avi I've ever seen.

I absolutely HATE when someone copies someone else's avi D: Especially when their style is so unique, you KNOW the other person can't have just tekteked it.
People used to copy my avis. crying I think they stopped though XD;; Maybe my style just got worse >>;;

I guess it's flatter but thets kinda annoying! You come up with your own style and people copy your Avi! psht! lol just keep coming up with something better @_@ if possible. . .

I don't think I've ever been copied before, but then again. I'm not always the most attentive person at times to notice stuff like that. sweatdrop
I don't know how it will bother me until it happens. Probably depends on situation too.

But.. I really don't like all the sort of generic avatars, with everything angelic/demonic or whatnot. Sure.. it cost a ton of $.. but.. so uncreative. :/
...I don't really like the stereotype avatars, either. The ones that are just begging you to do it. *sighs*

People who copy other's avatars lack imagination.
Its not really flattery..UNLESS they send you a message saying "I really love your avatar!" And you see just a few similarities.

Just depends I guess, I used to copy my friend all the time just to get on her nerves and from there it really just turned into a contest to see who could buy something the other person didn't have so we could be diffrent but it got boring.
It just bugs me when someone even has the nerve to comment on my profile which has happend more then 3 times lately who look exactly like me with the basic items of my Oh! My Goddess avatar since it's a hell of a lot cheaper then this one. They just turn around and go oh, I didn't know blah blah blah.
In this guild alone I bet I've seen at least 7 very similar avatars. Granted I'm not going to run around and beat everyone I'm just pointing it out.
I don't use tektek to create my outfits I just go digging though my inventory and it takes me months to perfect an outfit so it annoys me a little more sometime to think, ok this outfit took me what like 10 months to obtain and it took someone 32 seconds to rip it off.

I've had an avatar similar to someone's avatar once. I really liked her avatar, so I asked if I could use something very similar to it. She said yes, of course. I stopped using it a couple of months back.
I have had people copy one of my most used avatars before, and that's the reason I quit using it. I got tired of seeing one person using it in almost all of the guilds I was in. Sometimes I would ever variate the items on it slightly, so that it still looked nice and I hoped people wouldn't have the items in their inventory. They did, and they would still copy it. They would always say "Oh, you copied me!" or "I Tekteked this and I have been questing it for months! How dare you accuse me of copying your avatar!" and blah blah blah. It always got me steamed, though.
So far, no one has copied my current one or even attempted to, which makes me happy. ^^

I'm too poor to copy. I usually just buy stuff I like and throw it on. Also, no one copies me because usually, my avi's too "ugly." :]

Some people tell me that my avatar is cute. Then they have the same general outfit on.
At least one girl changed the color scheme.
I don't understand why they would copy mine, though. It's cheap and not very exciting. xD
