Liava nodded and turned away with one of the guards, as Selina took Laung up to her room. Laung took his hand away from Selina's "I can walk" he snapped at her "without any guidance"

Selina smiled as Laung snapped at her. "Nice to see that you're getting back to your old self." she said cheerfully and dropped back to walk next to him. "We're going to my room okay?" she asked, giving him a chance to walk by himself.

Laung frowned as Selina smiled at him and took the chain that was connected to his collar. "Get this thing off me now" he barked at Selina.

Selina blinked. "Okay . . . if it bothers you that much . . ." she murmured softly and then undid the chain. "There!" she said cheerfully.

Laung frowned and rubbed at the collar "I mean this blasted thing" he muttered "and why are you so cheerful?" he asked her.

Selina frowned a little. "Well . . . you didn't get taken away . . . and you can still see your family . . ." she murmured softly.

Laung frowned even harder as they reached Selina's rooms, Laung slipped inside the room and sat on the bed, his arms crossed. "Okay, why did you bid for me?"

Selina looked down at the ground and scuffed her foot. "Well . . . I . . . I didn't want you to go away . . . I mean . . . you freed me . . . I . . . I didn't want you to have to be submitted to someone else's will . . ." she said softly and then looked at Laung. "I swear, I'm not going to treat you like a servant." she said, wanting to comfort him strangely enough.

Laung's face relaxed into confusion and then it disappered. The look had only been there for a few seconds "will you take this collar off me then?" he whispered tugging at it

Selina blinked. "Um . . . I . . . I don't want to get in trouble . . . I'll talk to Liava about it though . . ." she said softly, biting her lower lip, wanting to take the collar off of him, but worried that she might cross some unsaid boundry . . .

Laung scowled again like a little child looking away "so what did you want me up here for? I thought you would be more than eager to send me down to the rats"

Selina blinked. "Why would I want to do that?" she asked with innocent curiousity.

Laung watched the innocene on her face and regerted his snapping so he replied gently "because I did it to you"

Selina sighed and then went over to Laung and hugged him lightly. "But you also took me out of the cage and let me sleep in your bed . . . you can be a nice person . . . I've seen it . . ." she murmured softly.

Laung stiffened at the hug and then placed his arms about Selina as well and smiled contently "I couldn't let you die out there. Liava would of had me strung and killed" he said joking lightly
