Lucien watched as Thomas made his entrance. " Anya for once in your life shut up. This man has far less patience then I do, and hecan wipe anyone of us off the face of the earth, very quickly. " He said softly. " I'm just glad that you've finally seen that jumping to conclusions will get you knowhere but killed. " He looked back to Thomas and said. " So Chief Commander, what is it specifically you want to talk about? "

Raven began to rustle around in the kitchin pulling out anything she could work with, unfortunately her mind was elsewhere. “I agree that both Koji and Nat are know to the night owls. So sending them to that team is completely out of the question” She began to heat up a pan and cracked a few egg’s which sizzled on contact. “Huh…sorry guys, eggs again” She admitted sheepishly.
Once everything was cooked Raven set out the plates each with buttered bread. In a glass jug was fresh orange juice. “If you want tea or coffee…you know where the kettle is” Once she took her seat her demeanour took on more of a business like feel. “Now back to the matter at hand, I was thinking that teams of two would be a good idea…but that would leave our home defences rather thin, So if I was to borrow Aaliyah’s idea of sending only two members…But like I said earlier choosing who goes is another matter. And as Nova said it will come down to skill with the U.N.S” She sighed and poked the yoke of her egg with a knife “I think Nathanial would be more then suited for the U.N.S his ability to borrow others powers is more then capable of fascinating most, another plus is that they might find use of is the fact he does not speak, which means how can he leak information? They would never assume for him to use a phone to text I mean, think about it, who would use such obvious methods? That would be suicide”
Raven stood up from her seat and began to pace “Now as for the night owls…we will need someone who was not involved in the fight nor has had any type of contact with its members recently…which leaves a very very slim choice…” Her eyes flickered to Nova and she smiled “out of you, flo and john”

Nathanial remained still through out the discussion. From time to time he took a mouthful of orange juice, which was the only real indicator that he was not a statue. “I will go the U.N.S, I can gather information that way…and as for the communication part I am sure I can leave certain signs or symbols around the cities…” He scribbled on his note pad and held it up ‘I will get in the U.N.S no problem, leave it to me’ He gave the others a smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes.

Sydney blinked as she heard the tiny windstorm that announced the arrival of Noah the Wind elemental. She did not say anything in greeting though. Instead of doing that, Sydney listened to Tim's proposed plan to find the Wiki, Che's Deck, and Giygas Pistola. Just like the other plans, this one had its flaws as well. If they did split up into twos and threes, they would have to choose wisely the partners they'd be working with. "If we do do that, we will need to be very careful, Tim, about choosing who goes where and with whom." she voice plainly. L voiced her opinion correctly about the Death Owl, so she didn't think that she needed to say anything more along those lines. "Despite the potential flaws in your plan, I am willing to participate. However, I do think that we should choose our partners carefully."

As they made their way into the meeting room by following after this annoying guy who claimed to be Lucien's superior officer. But before she could demand more answers from this creepy guy, Lucien told her to shut up. Anya turned her head to look at the UNS leader and gave a sarcastic grin and fake laugh. "Heh. Of course, Lucien. Whatever you say." she retorted rolling her eyes.

Nova noded at her idea before speaking. " i would go to the night owls for us but how do we even get on there team? Its not like they have a recruitment base like the uns does. Unless we know how they gain allies we would need to head to there hideout and directly ask to join there team likely be turned down." said nova.

"You're right Sydney. We do. It's because of that I'm giving a vote to two rules I've thought of. We could do the weakness rule where one element goes with the other that cancels it, or the male to female rule." Timothy placed the base of his hand against the table and attracted his metallic item back to him. "I'm not choosing my partner, but whoever chooses me is having the continent chosen for them."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa Lu. I mouthful of vinegar attracts nothing son. I can see you and Anya have gotten to know each other over the past week." One couldn't tell that his eyes shifted between the two. "He's right Anya. I'll kill you if I have to, but none of that will be necessary because you, like everyone else in this room, is necessary." His smokey dark essence didn't shroud his perfectly white smile. The only sign he was human soon faded though for he continued,"I'm required by U.N.S regulations to say that. This is from me. This team had better start acting like a team. I don't want another to bask in another failure all right? While you all may not care, I have to answer to the--is that Amara?" Thomas looked down the table at the girl who'd just walked in and sat beside Lucien. "It is Amara! You know what? I think our next mission will be a success just from her presence. As of right now, she's second in command beneath Lucien. We're good with that?"

NOel looked at Dante and shook her head. A part of him was right. "Well all I can say is that we have hope" she told him. She sat next to him and smiled. "Are you alright? I mean you go around not talking about your problems....it can hurt you in a long run" she said smiling.
Aaliyah thought for a second as she poured some tea. Walking back to the table and sitting down she looked at everyone. "Well I suggest Flo for the Night Owl's" she said. "Flo actually was a person who came into contact with them a year ago. They would easily accept him for the fact I think the guilt from his friend's death would play upon them." she said sipping her tea.
Sabrina looked at everyone and sighed. "Um...It doesn't matter who I go with...but...anyone mind explaining the PHoenix and the Raven" she said a bit bluntly.
Amara looked at the southern Thomas and smiled. Amara did know a lot regarding the UNS and Che had trained her well. "Thank you Thomas" she said with a nod. "So what is the mission if you dont mind me asking?" she asked. Amara would now stick with her initial power that of luck, she could have gotten a little rusty.

Neo sighed when amara was made second in command AGAIN after she was with che before. He wacked his head off the table a couple times beofre speaking. " well why not she was already second in command before with che as well. although i dont know your reasoning argueing with a leader never works. although she betrayed che several times so i can only wonder what will happen to lucien in the future now too." said neo as he sat back up and listened to there orders.

The PHoenix then took over Amara as it looked at Neo. "Why would you bring that up Neo, unless you were jealous of her. If you EVER thought you were going to be second in command or anything you'd only be fooling yourself, I mean your lazy, so stay in your place. Amara was young then...clearly, she's not the vessel in control as of now" The Phoenix added glaring at him.

"The Phoenix and The Raven. As far as we know, both of them were created as extremely powerful beings during the Nol Era by two people seperate people. We just know their emergence wasn't coincidence. They were made to stop us, but they didn't as you can see. They both ran wild until they were taken down by the Giygas Pistola. If they were beaten once, they can be beaten again." Timothy looked up after bluntly assuring their victory at Sabrina. "Are you sure you don't have a partner in mind? Or would you like to go with the weakness rule? If you choose the latter, you'll be going with me, or I'll be going with Sakura."

"She's still her despite her efforts to leave right Neo? Or, would you like to be second in command?" Timothy asked. "I'll make you second in command. Now, the mission, my dear Amara Phoenix thing, is a basic one. We just guard the president during his speech. Later tonight, he'll be leaving for CERN in Switzerland so that he can place guards around the nuclear researching facility." Thomas pointed at a wall and it lowered revealing a map of the world. "I'm sure you all know where Neutralland is. We're flying there. Pack warm clothes. The next week, another place and so on. Okay guys, this is from me..." He trailed off as the map vanished behind the ascending wall. "I think the president is placing guards where he believes the book and or other artifacts are. He knows of us, so if he finds it, he'll hand it over. Until then, just stick with him. I'll meet up with you all in Nofightland understood?"

Sabrina looked at him and listened carefully. "Hmmm interesting...I just hope we can stop them...if they are beings meant to stop us...who's to say they haven't been practicing or getting stronger..." she trailed. "Let me stop thinking like this" she said shaking her head. "Okay Timothy, I'll go with you, as far as the weakness rule" she told him.
The Phoenix looked at Timothy and nodded. "Hmmmm sounds a little remedial, but if that's what we have to do...so be it" the entity said yawning. Looking at Thomas she said nothing else.

Neo smiled some and looked thoughtful during he orders. " so will we be going on ahead of the president to set up guards or at the same time? We should assign someone as his personal bodyguard just in case to make certain. If the other groups figure this out they may go after the president themselves to see what he knows. If we end up engaging both groups there could be openings for the president to be attacked for this info. " suggested neo.
Itachi looked at neo actually surprised that he had taken an active role in the meeting for once. He was also surprised that he had been given second in command but he didnt think it would last for long. He glanced over to amaya to make sure she was alright before looking to thomas. " if we go with neos idea we should send sibal. He has the best defensive abilities and with his robotic eyes he will spot threats sooner then nomral people would. " said Itachi.

"No. There is more than one of us. Some will go here, others will go there. And you Itachi. You're right. Sibal does have the best offensive abilities, but we need offense. Like you said, what if the others figure out that the President knows what he knows? I think I'll be going with you all just in case the Heralds come. They don't like me and I very well don't like them." Thomas snickered and tilted the wide brim of his hat. "I hope y'all don't mind bein' babysat. Then again, from evidence taken from the last mission, y'all need it."

Recognition of Situation Zero: Approved. " He looked up from the desk and loked towards Amara then back at Thomas. " I have no objections in the selection of second in command. Amara you will serve as subdtitute leader, whenever I am not around you are to issue orders, approve them with Neo. Also Neo try to get along with Amara, she's an indespensable function of this organization and I trust her fully, besides her mental capabilities rival mine she is most likely the only other person in the world who can fully understand the real intent behind my more reclusive plans. However Neo is still Second in Command, until a time comes that the position is passed to another. "
Sibal's eyes opened and began to glow a bright blue as Lucien's voice and word activation passwords were accepted, the sound of a large generator could be heard coming from his body as it began to glow and spark with energy. " Understood. " He said softly as his body returned to normal.
Dante smiled and shook his head. " Hope? Yes we always can have hope, it's one of the nicities of life. " He drank his cup of coffee and placed it down on the table again. " yes Noel i am fine, don't worry everyone has their own way of venting out their frustration, some people scream, some talk their problems out. Me I start revolutions and wars. " He smiled at her, he was kidding of course it was just a funny reference to Che and his past. " Don't worry I'm ok, So much has happened it reminds me of my age. " He laughed at himself. He may look younger then ever, younger then a year ago however there was no denying he was old, and with his age brought burden, it was just a simple fact that Noel could understand as could Will and the Heralds. " I guess I'm just tired of it all, the never ending conflict the constant rivalry for dominance, I guess that sounds strange coming from the future Satan Owl. " he said with a small laugh. " I hope Will doesn't die soon, then I will be your eternal enemy. "
Adam shook his head. " As long as we think it through I'm fine, I guess that means some of us go alone? Gravity no offense doesn't have an elemental weakness, it's just there. It in and of itself really isn't an element to begin with. However I will agree with the plan. " He looked towards Timothy. " Just give the word and the people in our sights will turn to dust. "

"I thought you said you weren't going to be choosing a partner, Timothy..." Sydney murmured to herself. She honestly didn't care who she was partnered up with. "I have no preference on the vote. I will go with whomever is available." Sydney replied simply. While she knew that her opposite element was L's, Light, Sydney didn't care who she was paired up with for this plan.

Anya simply scoffed at what Thomas said to her about being killed by him if need be. It wasn't like she couldn't handle death threats against her. Then everything shifted as Amara's presence among them was revealed. Then a huge argument over the second in command thing ensued. Anya rolled her eyes. Her attention then returned to Thomas as he began explaining the mission. Great. Another bodyguard job. Wasn't the UNS good for anything besides playing babysitter to people who didn't have the guts to protect themselves with their own bodies and lives? Folding her arms across her chest, Anya leaned back against the wall behind her. And to top it off, this Thomas guy was going to babysit them while they were babysitting the President. The President of the United States had become a joke really. He couldn't even control half of his country since a year ago.

"I didn't pick. The weakness rule we're apparently going with picked for me. I think I may end up picking though..." Timothy stood up from his chair and pushed it back beneath the table keeping his hand on the top of it. "If this is what we're going with, then you Sydney will be going with L, Adam is going alone, Ember will be going with Sakura, Noah will be going alone and Sabrina is going with me. That sound about fair to everyone? If so, pick your locations and leave when you feel. In the meantime, train, eat, sleep...do whatever you think needs to be done in order to ensure sucess please."
