Maybe they changed his eye color to mess around with the hardcore fans and will fix it when the actual game comes out.

This is the basic theory of resident evil 5. Basicly they have spliced the plagas and the Tyrant virus or T virus.
If you have seen the trailer you see like this bug thing and the people can run not any zombie can run so its gotta be like the virus spliced. You remeber the re4 how the villagers can run and the zombie's are slow and flobble their way to you so it's basicly the plagas they stole. If you play re4 you will see a bonus verson. As you play as Ada, you will have to steal the samples.

One thing u gotta look out for is the tattoo on his arm. Billy Conen has a tattoo and if he's the character in that game does it's him defiantly.
