It's been pretty subtle because Rahvine hasn't been well herself, and also because she's too polite to come out and say "Violete, you're not acting right. Are you losing your mind?" in front of other people.
So mostly it's just been Rahvine giving Violete wary looks and raised eyebrows.

You should. With Rahvine something like a raised eyebrow is generally code for something along the lines of..."Are you okay?, That's weird., If you say so, but I don't think I believe you..." Things like that.

Ah, I see.
You didn't add in how much Rahvine over thinks things and how suspicious she is. xD She suspects something is wrong with Violete, she's just not sure what exactly.
