The two got experimented on by aliens and they gave Timon a uterus complete with eggs with his DNA/Genetics(as if he were born female) and implanted sperm from Pumbaa into them.
And that's how the whole Timon getting pregnant thing came about.
It was like some horrible fanfiction.X~x'
