Donovan didn't stop following her and simply picked up his pace. "You can't escape me," he told her. He bolted forward and skidded to a halt in front of her, watching her, placing his hands on her shoulders so she couldn't escape. "Tell me what happened."

Elizabeth shot her head up and glared at him with watery eyes. "I said leave me alone!" she yelled at the top of her lungs. She shoved at him half heartedly as the tears began falling once more. She didn't want to tell him of what happened. He would laugh, or something worse.

"Nope." Donovan just stood there, holding her in place. He wasn't going to let her go. "Tell me what happened." He did shake his head at her scream though, his ears slightly ringing. Dang females with their freakin' high pitched voices.

Elizabeth finally gave up on the shoving as it was no use. She shook slightly from the tears that ran down her face as she tried to stop them. "I... I am just a trouble to everyone. I told Theo, once were were married, that I would stay out of his way. I thought it would be the best, but..." she ran off as she closed her eyes and the scene that had happened only moments ago ran through her mind.

"But he ran off." Donovan frowned and looked over at the window. The sun would be rising in mere minutes. He blinked then shrugged. He released her shoulders and walked off. It wasn't his problem if his brother got caught in the sun. In fact, it would be better for him.

Elizabeth let Donovan leave. She listened to his footsteps as he left and when she no longer could hear them she looked up. Then she remembered. The sun was to raise soon, and Theo was still outside. She turned around and ran to the back door and opened it. She hurried out of the garage and began to search for him desperately.

Theo was nowhere in the garage. He was nowhere in the palace. He was nowhere to be found, but no one sounded the alarm, no one seemed disturbed or worried. They all went about their business getting ready for bed. Elizabeth was the only one panicking.

Elizabeth search every inch of the house inside and out. She had yet to spot Theo. 'Why am I the only one worried about him vanishing!' she yelled in her head. She stopped in the front driveway, panting from all her running. "Theo, were are you." she said to herself. She began to worry even more as the clouds began to turn pink, which meant the sun was coming up. Elizabeth gripped her hair in her hands and forced herself to think. Were on earth could he be! She took a big breath and began running once more, her blue eyes filled with worry and sadness as she looked around furiously for her fiance.

One of the maids spotted Elizabeth's distress. Being a vampire, she didn't have to worry about the sun, though she did keep to their times. "Ma'am? Is there something wrong?" she asked through the open window, watching Elizabeth with concern.

The maid blinked. "Stay right there," she said. In less than a minute, she was walking across the lawn towards Elizabeth. "When and where did you last see him?" she asked, calm. She had a suspicion that she knew where the prince was.

Elizabeth rubbed the back of her neck with her good hand before speaking. "Just a few minutes ago. He was in the Garage then he stormed off out here somewere." she looked over at the maid, hoping she might have a clue to were Theo might be.

The maid raised an eyebrow in question. "Why did he storm off?" she asked. That didn't sound like Theo, unless Elizabeth had hurt him. If that was the case, she knew where he was.

Elizabeth looked away from her and down at the ground. "I said somethings, things that I didn't really mean. Then he stormed off. Do you know were he might be?" she looked up at the maid with desperate eyes.

The maid nodded. "He'll be fine," she said. "Follow me." She walked around Elizabeth, heading out towards the back of the house. There was a small garden surrounding a pond. Behind the garden lay a grave, Theo's father's grave. But, beside the grave, there was a patch of turned up Earth. Beside the turned up ground lay Theo's clothes, neatly folded and clean...ish.
