The clone nodded his head, since he wasn't the real Katsuro, he would have to use scrolls. Doing so, he pulled one out from his side drawer, standing up and giving it to Nova. "These contain all the basic level jutsus for lightning base. This will be your graduation text to become a genin." He told Nova, walking back to his large seat. He was going to monitor him, seeing if he pass, which most do with flying colors.

He took the scroll, finally the first step to power he wanted was in his hands to grow into a strong person. He smiled kindly and nodded to the clone, opening the scroll and scanning through a few of the jutsus. He decided first to try the lightning clone technique.
He crafted a clone1, the simple kind and tried making it with lightning by cycling lightning into it, making the thing explode with too much energy. He laughed a bit, finding finally being able to learn how to do things enjoyable, and gave it another go after a few minutes.

The second time around it was done with mastery, it was unknown to him right now but the bijuu within the boy gave him ease over mastering lightning jutsus. There before the two walked a perfectly made lightning clone1 and Nova couldn't help but smile for the longest time over such a small accomplishment.

"Continue here, seeing as this is going to show if you are really ready to pass to genin" The clone said as he still had a watchful eye on the young shinobi. So far he was doing great, but how will he far with the others?

He nodded and sighed a bit, preparing himself for the next jutsu. Examining the scroll, the list of academy student lightning jutsus were awfully small and weak but he decided to give Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique) a try, seeing as it would be useful sometime in the future.

Channeling a bit too much into this ninjutsu at first he made it too powerful and it blinded anyone looking at him for a bit. He laughed after canceling the jutsu realizing he was trying too hard to make an impression and make the two jutsus he has done to be powerful whereas too much power was bad for them.

Doing it a second time he knew he didn't need to channel so much chakra into the jutsu, it wasn't one of those that if more power meant more destruction since this wasn't a attacking jutsu and he didn't want to blow up the clone of the kage somehow.

This time around the Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique) was perfected, he even played around with it a bit making himself brighter or darker, showing off his control over the jutsu. There was maybe one over jutsu on the academy level lightning jutsu list that he would want to learn.

Katsuro nodded his head as Nova finish other basic jutsu. "Alright, one more and you'll proceed into the genin rank" he told his student as he watch yet once more if he could pass.

After fooling around a bit with the last jutsu he decided to finish this and get the last one before his rank up. Looking over the list, Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique) seemed like a useful jutsu to know for missions and so he begun learning it.
After finding some string within the office he channeled electricity through them with chakra of course. Unlike the other two jutsus he learned at first he seemed to put too much power into them but with this one he seemed to have it down rather easily. But just to be safe, he canceled the jutsu and begun again...

Having perfected this jutsu so shortly, he went over to a chair and sat down, resting a tiny bit after quickly learning three jutsus. He looked up at the clone that was teaching him, or observing him since he hasn't have any troubles yet and recalled not knowing where the kage actually was.

"Where is Katsuro anyway?" He asked, wondering why the village kage was always out of the village or away from his office.

"Like I said before, attending at the chunin exams, which has started already." The clone of Katsuro said, opening a drawer in the table as he took a Rock headband out. He got up quite fast as he slowly walked over to Nova, handing him the headband. "Congratulation. You have advance in rank. You are now a genin of Rock." He announce proudly at Nova.

Nova smiled happily, taking the headband with pride, he would wear this throughout the years, protecting his friends and family and dealing with those who would go up against Hidden Rock. He put it around his neck though at the moment it was too tight, he would have to modify it for a scarf headband style instead of it's basic form.

"Oh yes, the chuunin exams..Where is it being taken place at?" He asked curiously, wondering when the time came that he went to his exams that it would be in the same place or someplace different.

"Well, in truth, it's in an unknown place. If you weren't invited, you basically can't come. You should wait for the next chunin exams." He told the boy as the clone walked back to his seat, sitting in the chair as he rested his hands on the table.

After seeing the Genine graduate, Zephaniah took this chance to get some alone time to talk with her kage Katsuro. Taking her spot to come off the wall, she stood in front of his desk, and sat down in a chair. Looking him in the eyes, she smiled remembering their last encounter. "It's good to see you sir..its been a long long time" She said casually, remembering the wiener that she slapped before Katsuro came back. Or at least his clone anyways.

Isacc would seem to mold out of the wall thanks to Earth military movement. "I've just returned for the exams....i passed," he said to katsuro's clone. "There is something i need to talk to you about....preferibly alone...." he would say, glancing over at Zephaniah before returning his gaze to katsuro.

...I guess its time to start taking back

Katsuro saw that Isacc seemed to mold his way out of the wall in his office, giving a nod to him. He looked at Zeph with an apologetic smile on his face. "I'm sorry, but we should talk later. Since I'm the Tsuchikage, I need to listen to everyone's views and what data they have obtained." He told her as hse might not like this, but she would have to deal with it.
