Aubry smelled the air, but didn't smell anybody that was living in at least 25 yards, and she had the smelling ability 5 times better than a dog.
"are you sure?" she said, having doubt about Darren. "and are you feeling alright? you look a little pale..." she said worriedly.

Wow, that's comforting, thanks for letting a woman have her own private thoughts," she pouted sarcastically, jokingly turning around and crossing her arms dramatically. then she turned back to him and looked at him seriously. "Jason wants me to kill....I don't want to..." She said a little sadly, "He asked me to be his deputy, but then he said it may involve a little killing...I don't want to kill...I'm too scared..."

Serene raised an eyebrow, Can I trust him...I guess I'll have to...I am pretty hungry...
Serene reached over to the soup and drank it, smiling as she finished it. "It's really good...what's in it?" she asked, wiping her mouth on the napkin that sat right next to it.

Serene looked down at the bowl. "w-wait..I just...drank blood?" Then she brought her hands up to her mouth and then remembered her fangs and her own sacrifice.
"s**t..." she mumbled, starting to get very agitated.
"Oh well...at least I'm not killing anybody for it..." she added with a soft mumble.

Serene took the dress and raised an eyebrow. "What kind of feast, exactly? If it involves killing any humans, I am willing to starve." she said, looking at Jasmine with uncertainty.

Serene nodded and went behind a dressing screen and put on the dress. It fit perfectly to her form, clinging to her shape evenly. She had already laced up the bodice and tied it in the front, and came out with a smile. "How does it look?" she asked her, with a small uncertain look.
"Anyways...how does he pick donors...exactly...?"
