Rahvine looked over at DKiryu for a moment then back at Zero. "Will h- she be okay?"

I guess all we can do is wait and see if Zero will wake up. ...Part of me thinks I should go tell Aura, but...I'm not sure she really wants to hear anything about Zero right now...

"Well for one thing, when I was seventeen, shortly after I found out that vampires exist. I was attacked by a level E vampire after one of the times Aido-kun and I snuck off campus.
Then later after Aido-kun left to follow Kuran-sama and Yuki-sama I decided that I wanted to join him someday, but I knew that if I went right then I wouldn't be able to protect myself. I didn't have the skills."
Rahvine ran a hand through her hair absently. "I didn't want to be as helpless as I was when the level E nearly killed me. And I didn't want to be dependant on someone else to protect me. So when Headmaster Cross suggested that I become one of the Academy's guardians I saw it as an opportunity to learn to protect myself from vampires so that I would be able to join Aido-kun eventually."
