	Got it! Well, not "it" actually, but.... Hey, are you guys still there? Anyways, it's episode five of Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid. "Lovely Sicily" It's an anime, and this episode has a crazy car chase, complete with weapons and mafia. I'm still trying to find a link.
