Sometimes letting things blow over is a good way to handle stress. Let 'em calm down, think for a little while, and you do the same. After a bit, you should all be stable enough to either talk it out, or move on. Either way, the argument ends, hm?

On a side note...
I just spent an hour beating the tar out of a punching bag. Needless to say, I am exhausted.
