1.) New enemy.
2.) New Special Training.
3.) Repeat 1 & 2 until you can blowup a small galaxy with your small toe.
4.) Poor animation style.
5.) Uber-sized Muscles.... enough said on that point.
6.) Generic Villains.
7.) Generic Goals for Generic Villains.
8.) Reasons for Generic Goals of Generic Villains are equally as Generic.
9.) Hero(s) beat half to death until the end when they pull out some new generic power.
10.) Nobody stays dead. They are either brought back by the dragon balls or Woopsy I guess I didn't fully kill him after all.

3.) and whats wrong with that? sounds like you prefer lower toned power for your anime, and thats cool but thats a preference of yours,not a reason its bad,so you don't like the uber power,some folks do.
4.)I personally would not be satisfied if by the end of my career if I drew like Akira,at least in the face area,his bodies however are accurate,there big muscly guys,the look like it to me,and the backgrounds and random stuff are fine
as for the faces though they aren't good no,but at the same time I wouldn't change them,it really wouldn't be DB with out the Akira look.
I can understand if you don't prefer the faces,but as for most else theres nothing to complain about.
5.)so you don't like big buff characters,well unless its using chi (like the huuyga style or somethin) I'm not gonna believe that some typical uke anorexic anime guy is gonna kick people through mountains.
but its anime,it doesn't have to be real at all so ok you don't like that they are huge,but as before thats a preference of yours not a reason why its bad.

granted we were like 10ish I think. but the point is thats the best feeling when your a fan of the series,so hows it bad? it did what it was supposed to to.
10.)well yeah DB is a kids show,I love the Z fighters I don't want them to die,that would have ruined the whole thing.

but I don't want real when I watch DBZ I want fast paced action and the silliness of the characters I knew and loved.
so basically you seam to not like DBZ because its not a mature show.

but I like a little bit of everything,and when I want "real" and drama and such I watch something else.
but growing up I mostly wanted what Akira gave me.
the most fun,action packed,a** kickinest,silly,and completely awesome half hour of every one of my week days. and I loved it and lived it for years.
so I love DBZ and DB is IS synonymous with my childhood but how is it these days?
I don't watch it anymore,not that I don't try to i still love it I just don't have cable or any episodes downloaded on my compy.
but the games are still lots of fun and one of our favorite past-times while shooting the s**t is talking about how awesome DBZ was and playing in DBZ rp's and stuff.
DBZ is awesome,you have yet to provide a reason thats says otherwise ,in the end you simply have told me that you don't like it,and thats ok I respect that I don't like some anime's that are awesome two,like Eva I don't like it,yeah its a great and respected anime,but I dislike it because I don't like the characters and while that may seem shallow to you I don't see your reasons as any more profound.
So you may ask,why bother Gihn if you are fine with me not liking it?
