I'm having a hard time comprehending not knowing what matzah is. Um... how to explain... Ah. Maybe I don't have to explain. Try this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matzo We eat it especially during Passover since all other grain/bread products are forbidden. But we also eat it during the rest of the year because we just like the taste. At least, I do. I know some people who hate matzah, but it's one of my favorite foods.
