Well so far I have it broke down as using limited characters with set names and abilities and focusing on a battle between the two sets. One group would be genetically enhanced with animal traits, like say a chameleon like spy and sniper, a ram like enforcer and so forth, while the other side are mechanically enchanced with technology I'm dubbing Steamheart and are worried about becoming obsolete, not just from the gene enhanced but from newer models. I'm going to set it in a giant city, a kind of steampunk dystopia, but with some future tech. Like jet cycles.
