((I am just going to make Vale look like he disappeared, but not died. Just in case there are some stuff that needs fixing))
Ace and Alexis walk up to the fog where Vale slayed the Salamander. Alexis started calling his name out "Vale! Vale where are you?!... Vale!" Ace brought out another set of cards and tossed them at the air. He said "Rain" and the cards turned to rain drops that seem to have fallen from the clouds, and it will not stop until Ace says so. The rain helped clear the fog, and they saw nothing except the card he used to pacify Vale, with blood on the corner.

The salamander twitches, exhaling, it wasn't alive the action was just the final moments of the animal not realizing it had already been snuffed out. It would go somewhere but since death here was different that place wouldn't be Vale. But Vale could feel the pull from something and he continued on his reign of destruction. The armor kept a dense fog around him. making him difficult to locate. He was brimming with the energy from Raine's order. And they most likely wouldn't be able to find him unless they went to whatever was attracting Vale.

Raine panicked when she looked for Vale, she could feel him but she couldn't see him. "Vale!" she called out and looked for him, walking to where the salamander was. It was dead but Vale as no where around "Vale where are you?"

Vale could hear them screaming, countless souls of the dead. It felt like Pelendralaar but... more fierce like there was an unimaginable number of souls contained there. Whatever it was... it could blow him away with not even half a thought. The prospect of something so strong, so... overwhelming excited him and brought his rage to a peak.
((I'm introducing Hareonca Valentine. A Legion, and my namesake. Although it may be best to intercept Vale before hand. Hareonca should be a basically known fact to the citizens of this world. Ask me if you want to know any details.))

Raine closed her eyes as she tried to find Vale's presence but it felt like he was getting farther and farther away "Vale, return to me. I demand it!" she cried out, but her rune didn't glow or warm "Dammit! Where the hell are you?"

"This is getting us nowhere! The more we dwell on what is lost, the more we will lose it!" Ace said with authority. Alexis was shocked at the sudden burst of potential leadership that arose from him. He approached Raine and grabbed her by the hand "Woman, get a grip! We have to move on! Now let's get the hell out of here!"

Raine smacked Ace "F^ck you, if Alexis disappeared I'm sure you would be looking for her" she hissed "Alexis, pull your man back on a leash before I punch him" she said and walked away "Let's go but Ace, you are official on my s**t list. Vale is my partner like Alexis is to you."

Vale could see it in the distance, from here it looked like a spine. It was a massive tower of pale white and it's height reached all the way to the clouds. That was where he was going whatever it was it made roost in that tower of spine. Vale leaned back his head and let loose a feral roar. It echoed far and wide, it may have even reached the tower.

For a moment Ace paused and thought she was right if ever that would happened. But he still kept his composure. He said to himself in his mind "Another day, I'm in another person's s**t list. But hey, atleast I did Vale a favor and kept her away from harm" Alexis on the other hand was looking worried at Ace. This is the first time she him like this. Suddenly, she saw a silhouette of a tentacle in the fog. Alexis extended her strings up to 5 feat just to keep her guard up.

Anne was still catching her breath but hurried to her friends when the fog cleared. She walked over to Raine, "I know you love Vale, but for now we should go. There are more creatures coming and its best if we leave. There might be someone who can help us. Someone who know how this place works and where we should look."

Raine sighed, knowing she was right "alright, let's go" she said and gathered her bag. She was going to grab Vale's but she couldn't carry two... "Ace, grab the extra bag please, we'll need it" she told him

Vale stood atop the same hill he'd first seen the tower from. For some reason he just couldn't stop staring at it. It truly was a marvelous sight and it made him wonder about the castle he'd built around Pelendralaar. Thought every time he tried to think of Pel he couldn't recollect a thing about him. He was just a shadowy memory now.

"Sure thing" Ace said with a big frown on his face. He grabbed the bag and carried it over his shoulder. Alexis on the other hand though has pre-extended her wires at a length of 4 feet. She looks around and spots alot of silhouettes roaming around. "This is gonna get nasty guys, stay sharp" She said
