Hiskue smiled and licked her cheek, "Alright, hold on tight." he said as he took off at a run.

rose tighten her hold around his neck and she buried her face in the crook of his neck smelling his scent.

Hiskue chuckled a bit, Rose's muzzle tickling his neck a little, he slowed a bit as they entered the tree line, not wanting to trip over a stay root or fallen log.

"I thought you wanted to be carried." Hiskue joked as he slowed to a stop and set her down gently. Taking her hand in his he smiled and pulled her gently along, they were nearing the clearing now.
